My experience with Dr. Adelson was excellent. I spent years trying to find the right doctor to perform my functional rhinoplasty and Dr. Adelson was worth every minute I waited. Dr. Adelson made me instantly calm and I am so greatful for that because I was extremely nervous about the whole procedure. He was very professional and patient. Thanks to him I feel like a whole new person. I can breathe again and not struggle to do everyday things. I struggled with my nose problems almost all of my life and it definitely took an emotional toll on me. Not anymore, thanks to Dr. Adelson and his staff!

I would never recommend this Dr. He never got back to me with my results from CAT scan. Two weeks later and a lot of phone messages his assistant receptionist got back to me. I was in sinus pain for those two weeks and no one at the office could give me my results because Dr. didn’t sign off on them. Please find someone else to go to.

After a 2.5 year, 3 failed surgeries, nightmare experience my fortune changed the day I walked into Dr Adelsons office. After his revision surgery, I am now feeling human again. Symptoms of my infection are all either gone, or substantially reduced and continuing to diminish as I stay the course Dr. A prescribed for me. You will not easily find a more qualified doctor, or staff. Top marks for Albany ENT and Allergy Services. Ive spoken with other healthcare pros about them too, never have I ever gotten anything less than stellar reviews. If the other pros consider Dr. A THE PRO..., youre in the right place

I literally am not able to thank Robert Adelson enough for what he did for me. Absoutley everybody within 400 patroon creek was professional, courteous, helpful, and organized while maintaining a quiet clean atmosphere. I had chronic nasal inflammation due to a broken septum healing less then straight. I constantly dealt with not being able to breath whatsoever, I could not taste my food, I was sneezing seemingly non stop as many as 7-10 sneezes consecutivley. People would look at me as if I was a transgender Trump. This also caused emphysema like coughing. If you couldnt assume already I had also taken on anixety, anger, and irritation due to my condition. If my nose wasnt dripping watery mucus, I was sneezing, if not coughing and always dealing with dry mouth. If felt so inflamed it was as if I had socks wedged in my nasal passages. Robert Adelson preformed a septoplasy on me and 5 days later after the nasal packing removal I was astonished. My septum corrected more straight then When i was born, I could smell the asphalt,dirt, grass on the ground when I went outside. I could taste all the flavors in foods I consumed. Most importantly I am now able to breath thru my nose without flaw. I stopped constantly dripping mucus and finally could be around my girlfriend without violently sneezing 10 times and my relief was just indescribable.This may be a common surgery but the relief this doctor brought me is essentially priceless. I would have been a slave for Robert Adelson if it meant he would correct my previous condition. He is intelligent, informing, professional, calm and provides a comfortable energy allowing you to trust him to cut open your nose and peel the skin back, break your septum again and re shape it by cutting out pieces of cartilage and bone etc. He has a waiting list and thats expected with a surgeon of this caliper. Dont look any further Robert Adelson is the surgeon you NEED for ENT services. I had this septoplasy in April of 2015
