When my car got repod this is where it was sent for storage, and my car came back damaged. The entire drivers side doors were creased in and scratched up. Worst company on the planet.
As a car hauler it was extremely nice getting what I needed and staff is great and helpful.

2021-03-02Heather at Adesa Buffalo is very unprofessional. Unprofessional with her phone etiquette. Our car was wrongfully transported there by Credit Acceptance and she gave my fiancé the run around, no one would answer their phones when my fiancé found the information he needed to give them, they wouldn’t even answer for Credit Acceptance. 0/10, would not recommend to deal with them.

2018-09-15To many fees locations rust buckets bin to other dealers.... they believe to keep their workers and treat them fair to hold them to run a Organize company when you put Corporate and regional out of their ... To hold their employees to run a firm operation.... What its all about the money in the office its cheaper to hire an individual worker s Instead of keeping the workers and pay in them good and treating them fair you find anything to get rid of them security lets keep the media out of there when you have so many incidents in the car auction I hope to God they Sue the h*** out of them Like I said the outside of their place looks like a hole in the ground they just wanna run with the money and screw the employees

2018-02-26Been sitting for almost an hour to tow a vehicle from here and the guys still haven’t found the correct dodge for me big waste of time time is money guys instead of having personal conversations about their dog messing up the house while I wait help outPs I had an appointment to pick up the vehicle at 9 am I arrived at 10...update the gm mike handled the situation great and timely so that everyone is satisfied

2018-08-25Huge selection of good vehicles came through. Didnt like jumping from lane to lane to bid but that make short work of the vehicles coming through its very efficient here and a fun even!

2016-03-15The worst auction I go to, been going since day one. Check out time, they have 1 person working the desk, under staffed, waited 30 minutes to pay for 1 car!! Come-on, paid $350 buyers fee for 1 vehicle and takes 30 minutes to pay?

2020-02-26Auction fees way too high, thats why i dont go there anymore, and there is never gas in the cars , auction fees in rochester are half of what they are at adesa, the only reason i gave 1 star, because it wouldnt let me give no stars

2017-02-28Had to get my car back and it was damaged and they did not Fix it I had to spend $2350.00 to get it fixed but the customer service was good though recommend dont have your card be placed there
