Impressive store but very poorly designed for customer experience. Staff is not available in each section so you have to hunt down someone to find your size. The Boost footwear is hidden behind a wall. It’s 85 degrees inside so you will sweat going up the stairs to find your gear. The layout is more for Instagram selfies and not to showcase product benefits. It’s very odd that a sportswear brand values such a bleak vibe for retail.
I ordered a few pairs of sock to pick up at this location. For some obscure software issues in the backend, the socks were delivered, but the order was never fulfilled on their system. The staff, Alpha, and the manager, Anthony, helped sort out the issue with the customer service on the phone over two hours in the store, and Anthony explicitly mentioned that Im not hanging up the phone until the issue is resolved for my customer. I finally walked away with my pairs of socks (with some consolation prize!) Though its clearly not the issue of this store, the staff here took ownership the problem and clearly spoke for the customer. I highly appreciate the effort and the attitude.
Beautiful location.Several floors of open raw space with an industrial/retro kinda vibe. The sales staff were supper friendly and very helpful.Theres a practice soccer space as well, amazing.I even observed some experimental virtual online shopping going on. Look out for that in the future. This place is definitely worth a visit!
Of all the shopping we have done in NY and all the stores we have been to this is the best store so far. It all boils down to the most friendliest staff who is so willing and eager to help. Makes you to wanna just buy. Multiple floors well stocked items. On our second visit my daughter mislaid her glove and within seconds the team found it. Love this store
If you like adidas, youll love it here! 4 floors of goodness, from classics to trending to sports catered.Fun environment and helpful people.Grab a juice from the juice bar on the main floor and check out the place.Although its location is super central, the store is not super crowded and the layout is great and spacious if you have kids and push a stroller!
I was returning a few items that I bought online that didn’t fit. Service was impeccable. Floyd processed my return with no muss or fuss. In fact, I had started the return online and he helped me get through to customer service on the phone to undo the online return so he could do it in the store. I was in and out in 5 min. Normally I would stay and browse but no time today.
Although we are not huge fans of the athletic shoes from Adidas in general, we really love the Adidas flagship store in NYC. A 4-stories industrial themed building has a very unique deep entrance that really provides a feeling of stepping into a special space. Within, the building has all sort of hard lines and metallic trimming to further emphasize the utilitarian motif. The first floor has a juice bar and the NYC specific merchandise. The second floor is women, and the third floor is men and classics. The coolest space is actually in the basement. Besides having the most athletic-focused shoes, there is an area for you to test out the shoes before you purchase. The sales representatives are very knowledgeable in the basement and will do their best to get you the right shoes for the particular sport that youre interested in getting shoes for. There are rarely discounts at this store, as most discounted items get shipped off to the outlets. However, if you dont mind the full price for the newest Adidas items, the Adidas flagship store will most likely have the items that youre looking for.
Friendly and helpful staff, large I felt distanced out due to covid and safe. Had a refillable water station which was nice. Only 4 not 5 because didn’t have many items match adidas website and much variety of size/stock in store. Sale items weren’t clearly marked. Otherwise would be 5.
Adidas Flagship New York is the largest Adidas store I I have ever visited. Located on the famous fifth avenue, it features many floors dedicated to sports equipement, clothing and accessories of all kinds and for all ages. The store is professionally managed by a dynamic young staff that is always ready to help. I highly recommend
The worst, I ordered online so I can pick up in store, didnt have it in store so they shipped to store. Called twice to try and cancel it since I needed same day. They couldnt do it, Im still waiting on my sneakers. Its been 13 days and no sneakers...meanwhile they took my money. Worst experience ever.
Love the layout and decor.Typical Adidas fare but with the added bonus of many unique New York themed Adidas items. These make great unique gifts than the usual tourist tat. Also a seating area to take a shopping break and watch a basketball game...Giant trainers are gr8.
Been going back and forth with an order number for a PU for two hours. Nobody has clue what is going on with me order. Nobody can locate it. Waste of time and effort! Although i met some amazing sales people who were willing to help. But to see managers clueless is appalling! I might as well worked as a volunteer at the store.
Stopped by here to grab some new kicks and update my adidas wardrobe a bit. My wife and I had been walking around the aqua for quite a while and she needed a restroom. After seeing the restrooms beside the shoe section and watching employees go in and out of them, she asked the cashier if she could use the restroom while I checked out. The cashier said they were out of order… And she continued this story after we explained seeing adidas employees in and out of them. Such a disrespectful and inconsiderate approach to paying customers can’t be rewarded. We left our merchandise on the counter and left. No argument from the cashier, they do not care.
Excellent selection and very helpful staff. Ray helped us on both visits there this past weekend and his help was invaluable ☺️. This is a big, spacious and clean store in a great location near Rockefeller Plaza! Great selection of hard to find Stella McCartney Adidas collection!
Everybody was very lovely 😍I went in limping because Ive been walking all day and the first greeting I had was an associate offering help and explaining that I could sit down and they would take care of all the shopping for me! I bought some nice shoes and Im hoping to go back soon for more stuff!
Overall visiting this store was an awful experience. There was barley any customer service, we had to fish out employees to do their actual jobs because talking amongst their co-workers is more important than being at the cash register ready for any customers along with getting shoes from the back. The entire place seemed extremely unorganized and had the same offers that you could get at any other store.basically there isnt anything special about this place and it isnt beneficial to go there. Youd be better off just purchasing their products online , especially if you need larger or smaller sizes for products
The cashier automatically added donation fee to my purchase without asking me first and just read out the final amount when asking me to swipe my card. Its not a big deal for donation but its still a non-consensual transaction. Hope they are more transparent in the future.
Really cool stuff. I loved it. The design, the staff and obviously the brand. The only thing is that it needs more variety when it comes to clothing. You can find most of it in other stores when it’s supposed to be more exclusive or hard to find things but it’s still cool 👍🏾
Adidas is my chosen brand. I dont wear anything else. I had an amazing time in this store. Almost 500 bucks later I think Im good for the summer. Copped a pair of Ultra Boost and my 1st pair of Shell Toes. Ill be getting some fat laces for em...because Im old school like that.
Disinterested in helping me find a size. The first person I had to approach and when I asked where a section was he didnt even respond to me. Just pushed me off to another associate. She tried to help but wasnt super enthusiastic and didnt seem to know what they had or what size was available for a given style. Pretty disappointing.
My absolute favorite spot to be at in this solar system. I feel at home here. Nice layout, nice clothing selection. New things to choose from every week, i get discounts because I’m the highest rank in the Creators Club. This place is an absolute must if I’m nearby the area. Thank you Adidas. 🔥
I highly recommend this store for a quick and easy shoe shopping experience. Usually, the ADIDAS Flagship store isnt so busy on Wednesday afternoons. I noticed how professional and well kept the merchandise was. Hand sanitizer dispensers can be found around all 3 floors of this store. Plenty of courteous and friendly staff members waiting to make sure you have a pleasant day. Many Adidas products, not just sneakers, can be found here for men, women, and children!
Do you have a couple of years to buy sneakers? This is the SLOWEST service of any store anywhere ever. Took 20 minutes to get two sizes to try on. Finally get shoes. Go to check out. No one at register. I gesture to a worker across the room. Nothing. Leave register and someone takes other customers over and checks them out. Put my $300 of stuff on a bench and left.
Extremely frustrating when i make a purchase to find out all of the accessories to come with the shoe… are not in the box. I’ve been trying to call for the past 2 months. the phone was answered once. I was told they couldn’t ship me the accessories that i would have to come back in. Im unable to do that seeing as though i even live in New York. I have tried to set up countless times for someone to come and pick the accessories up and for the PAST 2 MONTHS … NO ONE HAS ANSWERED THE CONCIERGE PHONE!.. I love how they made sure that i review my experience before i left but didn’t even check to ensure that everything was in the box and won’t answer the phone. i had to go online later to discover that !! Beyond annoyed.
Adidas has created an incredible flagship space to not just highlight the newest product, but also to host athletic and wellness events. This week I had the chance to host a running based workout for women and then attend a goal setting workshop led by professionals in the NY fitness community. Im addition they also have a cafe where they sell healthy plant based smoothies and snacks...AND the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the product.
I rate them bruv, they have a good wide selection across 4 floors (1 underground). Building itself is what youd expect from a.building in Manhattan. Staff member helped me with what I was looking for and got me the right size shoe. Id say if youre in doubt over if a store has an Adidas product, this place is your best odds. Quick, efficient service; bound to come back here.
This is THE. BEST. CLOTHING. BRAND. EVER. I love the vibe in their stores. I could literally spend all day there. Adidas is a huge passion for me. Their stores are well organized, amazing decorated, and have a groundbreaking personality. Each store is unique and has some special type of decor. I love their bold design. Walking into an Adidas makes me feel like I can do anything. This brand makes me feel empowered, which is something rare for a clothing and shoes seller. I love you 3000 Adidas. 💕💕💕 Someday I want to work there so I can wear Adidas all the time.
Someone greets you outside the main door with hand sanitizers. Upon entering someone helps you go in the right direction. I dont know if the service here has always been this way or its easier to get customer service due to the thin amount of people outside these days but I appreciated the space and quiet to shop. Sanitizer is throughout the building and staff is very polite which I love cause the extra attention gave this big store such a small boutique feel. If I was ever shopping in the area again Id go back!
I am not a huge fan of shopping for leisure wear but this store is good. they have a small tee collection on each floor but there are so many other things to purchase (shoes, socks, etc). The staff on the first floor greets customers which complements the space design up front. After climbing to the next level (take a rest on their bleachers), the staff on the second floor are pretty nice as well. We didnt need to go further but we sat and hung out for awhile after purchasing some clothing. The atmosphere is really great --- being that it is a store with customers in and out all of the time. We had a blast!NOTE: There is a soccer net for people to try out shoes in.
Bought a bunch of Christmas gifts last week and had them ship them to me. They have not sent them and will not answer their phones or return any of a dozen messages we have left. They had no problem taking our money but did not give us the products. That is usually called stealing. You don’t have worse customer service than this!!
Worst Customer Service I have ever received from any company. I have called for 6 months about a Warranty Claim and am told the same thing each and every time. 6 Months!! To review and confirm the claim. I never hear back from them even though they tell me they would, no call or emails. This is hands down the worst company to buy from and work with. Avoid buying and using this companies products. Poor customer care.
This store is really spacious and laid out with lots of open space in it. The window designs and the interior are contemporary and clean in style, with the typical Adidas look. Plenty of merchandise available to choose from. Prices of course are fairly high on most items.
Great adidas shop, it is more like a high-end boutique than a sports store. The place is carefully curated so you can have an amazing experience shopping.Take your time to explore store and to appreciate the little details that the team put for you to find. You will not regret it.
This place is glorious. Adidas is my favorite athletic brand hands down, and their flagship store is like an Adidas Mall. Really cool selection of kicks for everyone, and awesome apparel. There’s a mini “juice bar” area, nice places to sit and relax while others shop, and even concierge. Staff was super sweet, and not pushy AT ALL. I think that was the most rewarding part of my whole experience there. Will be back for for sure.
This store is absolutely gorgeous, we had a guy named Joseph on the fourth floor help us out a lot! Dude getting the shoes was taking too long and he ran back and grabbed ours, great customer service and that guy needs a raise for his dedication and motivation. He made my whole store experience
Its okay. Its a big nice looking building and store for adidas. They just carry regular sneakers and clothes. They do not carry limited release sneakers. Customer service is nice and the store looks good too. If you are looking for limited release sneakers you wont find it here.
Great design, but that‘s about it. I wanted to buy an outdoor running shoe but it never made it out of the storage. After 10 minutes, I asked a salesperson but they just said to be patient because there is only 1(!) person working the storage. I had to leave after 20 minutes - it should not take so long to get a pair of shoes out of the storage unit. It was especially frustrating to see 4 salespeople just lingering around, looking at their phones and NOT being able to help me. Could they maybe help out in the back?
They’ve been closed and boarded up for almost 2 weeks! They never pick up the phone even when they are open to confirm if they’re opened before making trips all the way down there. I’ve been down there to 46th and 5th ave multiple times to do a return and called all the neighboring stores to check if they’ve reopened and they’re the only store still closed post election. Such a waste of time and money. The other 2 locations (brand center and spring street) both in soho have been closed as well. People running their Instagram page are no help either, writing me that it’s up to the managers when they reopen. There’s no need to be closed and boarded up this long. The hours here on google are wrong. Every time I go down there, they’re closed.
Worst phone customer service ever. Get it together Adidas. Seems like a fake company when you call. Can’t speak to manager when you call customer service. Issues with order tracking and shipping. Get it together Adidas. Took 16 days to ship an item 54 miles. Embarrassing.
Though the inventory is impressive and the layout engaging, I found the majority of the staff members to be more concerned with gossiping together as opposed to helping the clientele. I needed to really put myself out there to receive assistance, but once I did, I was lucky to have a very friendly staff member aid me. I did buy a pair of shoes and I am quite pleased with my purchase.
Customer service is on point here!! Great store and I feel like the adidas team really wants to help you have a great shopping experience. The store is several flights. I love that they can custom fit your shoes for you. Great selection and great quality. I love that you can find adidas fashion items here. Way better than the store in SoHo. Super friendly staff. I highly recommend this store and will be a loyal customer here.
If you want attentive and friendly customer service DO NOT shop at this store. I have visited this store with my family twice within the last 5 days and on both occasions the customer service was so bad that we left without making a purchase. The staff are more interested in socializing with each other and if you happen to interrupt them to ask for a shoe size expect to receive a sigh and an eye roll. It wasn’t confined to one area either as it happened in both the men’s and ladies sections. I do not write reviews but due this appalling experience felt it was needed. Take a trip down to Adidas in SOHO for friendlier staff and shop ANYWHERE but Adidas on Fifth Avenue.
Store looks cool tho.Alot of merchandise. I liked the designs and the fact that the crew is nice.I bought shoes and the staff was helpful. The store was packed at the time I was there so take it in your mind if you hop for a visit.Few floors full of goods.5/5 for me adidas !
Each visit is a good one. Ive had enough experiences at this store to expect each subsequent visit to be good. I havent been disappointed yet. The environment is lively and the offers of assistance seem genuine.I like the selection and appreciate the NYC-specific tees.
Super friendly staff and wide selction of products. this is how a flagship store should be run. i was visiting from the UK and went in here looking for some running shoes. The guys were great and pointed me in the right direction for what i was looking for. very funny too, even with their dodgy attempt at singing
It’s not a flagship store when the sneakers are not better than the ones in Footlocker or Champs. This store should have a better selection of sneakers. Clothes were decent and there is a bigger selection to choose from if you are looking solely to purchase clothes. However, if you want both sneakers and clothes don’t waste your time! Get a better selection of sneakers, so disappointed!!!!
I had a great experience at this location as I love Adidas! The staff werent pushy or anything, but would conveniently pop up when finally deciding to try on a couple fits. In the end, I bought 4 items plus a track suit that came up to $60! Quite the steal! Would recommend this place to anyone looking for some deals!
Staff was very friendly. I was automatically greeted at the entrance by a nice guy who broke down the store for me describing what each floor contained. He also told me that this location is THE largest Adidas store in existence. Definitely worth a peek as they have several items in stock. Otherwise its just an Adidas store.
Asked for a sale item I found online on the webstore. They didnt have it but they showed me an even better deal. Super busy yet still very helpful and efficient customer care. Overall A+ customer service. Im usually Checks over Stripes, but in this case: Stripes 1, Checks 0. And also, the Pulseboosts are the most comfortable shoes, ever.
First of all Im not a fan of these places or buying things from these places. But the kids love to stop since addidas is in right now. The store is huge. Three floors. At least. Spread out well and not crowded together. Have bathrooms major plus in NYC. People were friendly. Prices were what you would expect. No real big sales. Cant believe how these stores have so much room and sell so little amount of stuff for the space they have. But the store was definitely a neat place to stop in. My girl bought a shirt with her own money. 5 stars for being cool not because of shopping although younger generation will love it
I give them 3 stars just because I really like Adidas, but the service is bad... If you dont ask they never pay attention to what you are looking for. Is like soccer shoes? Yes, over there and thats it... Being the Brand Flag Store, they should offer better experience. The store is nice but I will think twice before I purchase something in this store... Adidas definitely Ill buy again but probably I will go to other places.
The stuff there is very helpful. I went there to look for a running shoes, the guy responsible for that section performed the diagnostics for my feet, sent me the results on my email and helped me to choose the correct shoes patiently even I didn’t buy any at the end. This kind of customer servise approach we don’t have in Czech Republic yet. Thank you!
I ordered a package to SHIP TO THE STORE for over 2 weeks and the only status i have received is that the package is in transit. The customer service people (from the 1800 number) Told me it was shipped but could not provide an approximate date for pickup. They also told me i could not cancel my order until the store received it. Now Im trying to contact the store and no one will answer or call me back. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE. EVER. I work a few blocks away and i am forced to go in now to ask, Where the hell is my package?! Next time i will order to my home and avoid this store ordeal.
Pretty nice store. Very well maintained and the style is on point with sports.Give them 3 stars as they sent me wrong floor for some juventus jerseys, then when I made it to the right floor, they werent stocked at all. So ended up not getting what I traveled miles for, even tho online said they had it in Stock.
This Adidas store is by far my most favorite to shop in. Things are organized and never outta place. Staff has always been friendly and helpful with all my inquiries. Cashing out is simple and never take long. Also I have always found something I like and they always have all the latest styles from the brand that I love. They also have a rest area between the ground level and the second floor. A few benches with outlets to plug in and rest while watching TV. Definitely love coming here to shop for all my Adidas needs.
Extremely poor service this trip. I’ve come here many times and purchased countless numbers of shoes when I had been much much busier. Wanted the sizing on two pairs of woman’s shoes. Went upstairs and found it to be fairly “calm”. Plenty of staffing to handle customer demand. Asked an associate to find the sizes I was interested in and after 10 minutes of waiting he returned to say the sizes were unavailable. No big deal I thought. He states we do have the half size under you are looking for in stock, would you like that? I told him sure I will check it out. Well after waiting and still no shoe to see I figured I would ask the status. He replies “I told you we didn’t have that”. I’m so disappointed and will not be back.
This was my all time favorite athletic clothes shopping experience. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. Extremely courteous and helpful. My husband and I both splurged a bit. The music is great, the visuals are great and the vibe was amazing. I will most definately return to shop on my next visit to NYC.
As much as I am a fan of the company, I cant say this is a good representation for them. For a flagship store it did lack some things that could easily be found in other Adidas stores. Also most of things came only in black and white. It is a massive store though, so wortha visit as you will likely find something you would like.
The service was great very attentive but the toddler selection was horrible they dont carry much of anything for kids which is sad because I wanted to make some purchases for my daughter that needs certain things Im very displeased with the facts that they dont carry anything for kids in a wide variety
Hi dear,I have gone through your store information and seen that there is few things that need to change. You need to update your profile for better search and better look. I an SCO expert i can help you in this. This is the only message to contact with you. Please feel free to write me at [email protected] for more information.Thank you
This store represent Adidas the way they should be represented. The employees there are kind and dont hound you to buy nothing. They you do you need help and let you shop. I was amaze how Adidas set the stadium like atmosphere up in the building. There three levels and they cover all sports. I wear a lot and mean a lot of there cloth wear because of the quality of their product. I end up buying a lot there. So anyone going to New York sure check out this store. Adidas, you are my best friend.
This is a nice big flag ship store. It has 4 floors. Basement are mens department, lobby is a showroom, 2nd womens department plus a running floor to test your shoes, 3rd are both men and women shoes. The staff is nice and attentive. This place doesnt get crowded. I like going here and just check out stuff.
Worst customer service ever. I ask for a size 9 1/2 shoe...after waiting 20 min I had to reapproach the sales rep who says “oh yeah, we don’t have it.” So I ask for a size 10 in that color or a 9 1/2 in white. Waited another 15 min and had to check in again where he consulted with another rep on the floor who just said “no we don’t have them” and never checked. What a waste of 45 min to buy nothing. Now I know why buying online is better.
Shopping for shoes smaller than size 7.5? According to our sales rep not in stock at this mega flagship store. Not a single pair of shoes was supposedly available in size 7 or smaller. Fitting size 7.5 while my actual size is 7 resulted in this sales rep concluding that 7.5 is my correct size !?! (I have bought shoes before in my adult life) I wanted to order my preferred model in size 7 using their hand held tablets, but his tablet did not let us select the mandatory field of my state.
Unbelievable, easter weekend, spring sales and the store without sufficient employees. I asked for 2 pairs of shoes i waited 20m they brought one and didnt want to wait more for the other. Then only one cashier so other 15 m to pay.And this us supposed to be their flagship store! Come on!
If you cant find what youre loooking for here you have to be really hard to please as theres so many floors with a huge amount of choice. My ownly downside to this place is that it was very busy which is what made me want to leave instead of trying stuff on. If you dont mind a crowd this is really an amazing place to shop!Shoes and other clothing all here, with some extra shopping things added in as well!
Horrible experience with this location. During the release of the yeezy clays I called the store every day up until the release they stated it was first come first serve I arrived at 6 am line was not to bad but all off the sudden people start coming with wristbands say they gave them out at 1am 🤦🏾♀️ ok so now I’m upset... Only people who had wristbands were the scammers literally and I’m talking 10 to 20 wristbands. The sad part is they were selling them to the people standing on the line knowing that they wouldn’t be grantee they would have the shoes... sad part is security was in on it as well.. they would let some people in who had a wristband take it and give it to the scammers and the scammers sell it to people waiting on the line ... the whole experience was a disaster and I wish it was more I could do other than writing this review but hey it is what it is I guess..
Whenever I call I am never able to get through to anyone. The phone will either ring for a very long time (with no answer) or the message machine will picked up. When this took place, I left a message inquring about a jersey I was interested in. I recieved a call back 2 days later (which I missed because I was at work). They did not leave a message. A very frustrating experience that sends a negative message to the shopper before they even have the opportunity to enter the store.
Staff were really quite rude. After spending $150 on a pair of sneakers I wanted to leave the box and packaging. Staff demanded receipt and wouldn’t explain why. I also asked if I could pay and just pick the shoes up the next day (this was apparently impossible) a service no other shop in newyork would deny. Last time I go here. Utterly abismal retail experience.
I’m an addidas fan through and through, and have a wardrobe full of their trainers, both fashion and for running in all types of terrain. If I could have one wish, their app would provide more info on their running trainers for the type of run, foot work and pronation, then I wouldn’t order so many!.
My problem with Adidas store is no Escalators , you will get a good workout walking around this place , especially the walk up to the 3rd floor. There are Elevators but for people even slightly claustrophobic, you will get tense as the elevator inches its way up. This is one of the few multi floor stores in Manhatten without a Escalator and it was a mistake .The store is very interesting in the basement level there is a place for kids to play. The whole place has a stylish design if you consider a grey concrete design stylish. The main lobby has a giant screen , I have never been there when a big football game was on so I dont know if football games are aired live, there is always a Basketball game .I think they have a lot planned for this locationIt joins the Nike Store and NBA store as new entries into New York sports cultureI dont know if escalators can be added - but I recommend them- at least up Escalators, because it really is a good workout getting to the third level- maybe that was the idea.
Wasn’t even busy and I was actively ignored by the staff. I went up to one employee and said excuse me to which he looked me in the eyes and then walked away saying nothing. Was gonna buy my first Adidas shoes today but I guess the brand is too cool for me, I’ll be buying another brand.
Cool store with abysmal staff. The absolute most useless staff I’ve ever encountered anywhere. I came to look for simple joggers with a cuff and not a SINGLE employee could help me find them. The first floor sent me to the second floor. The second floor was worse than the first. The girl had on the same joggers I wanted and I asked her where to get them and she literally shrugged and said “I don’t know. Maybe the third floor...” So I go to the third floor and all the employees are standing around yacking with each other rather than helping anybody. So I ask again where to find joggers. They HAD NO IDEA!!! What a surprise! One of them walked around helplessly with me and said “I don’t know.” and proceeded to talk back with his coworkers. Useless staff! Completely and utterly wasted my time even walking into this trash store.

2022-04-01A great experience and very helpful staff. I was a heartbroken that a few shoes that I really really wanted were not in stock (11.5). For whatever reason I just figured that the flagship store would have a near endless supply of everything. This isnt to knock the brand or those who work in the store. I just had to get it off my chest. I think we all know the feeling of finding that perfect shoe but not having the right size. Outside of that, a great experience.

2022-03-31The Adidas Flagship in New York City is amazing! Its almost like the store is an entire mall. There are so many clothes and sneakers, you could be in there for hours. If youre looking for new Adidas sneakers or clothing, this is definitely the place you want to check out. The customer service is great and the staff are courteous and helpful.

2022-04-11Wonderful selection. EXCELLENT staff to include extremely knowledgeable in products and services. Grant was the associate who assisted me and I was well pleased with how good his customer service skills were. He is very knowledgeable of the products and provided me with the foot graph service which he then was able to determine the exact arch and shoe supports I needed.

2022-05-20All the staff I came in contact with were nice.Brandon & Chyna did awesome.I love the layout of the store, roomy clean & spacious. I love how the products are displayed. If I could have given them a higher rating I would have done so

2022-02-15The sheer amount of clothes in the store is overwhelming. Its like a mall experience. Four floors of pure sport and entertainment. #MrAdidas

2022-06-22This store is set up very nicely. I had one major problem. The shoe service was very disappointing. There were at least 5 or 6 workers on the shoe floor/area, and not many customers (store was very empty). The lady took my shoe size and said it would be out in a couple of minutes (she was nice). Then about 15 minutes went by, they saw me sitting and waiting in my socks and gave me no update, and it took so long I had to leave.

2022-06-26Cool layout and it’s easier to find everything compared to the Nike store.

2022-05-13The sizes had run out mostly. I didnt find my Kermit the Frog Stan Smiths that I really really really wanted but got something else that really caught my eye in a quarter size smaller snugger fit. Again stock issues for a flagship store. Weird! Its a stretchable material so a non-issue for now at least. Limited edition so had to get them. You win some you lose some! Staff was very helpful and friendly regardless. So that was that!

2022-03-29Rude staff that’s as not focused on finding easy solutions for a customer. Tried to buy a Y3 sweatshirt at 630, but was told I could not try on because they had closed the dressing rooms. Prioritizing the employees getting out earlier over a customer wanting to spend on a top collection in store.

2022-05-21SoHo store has a superior selection. Fair service with aloof staff and a rude manager. After my experience I had in this store I decided it’s time to move on from Adidas. They will collaborate with anyone and anything with no interest in style, function, or comfort. They have a clientele they are looking to attract and that isn’t me. Stock down >50% in last year suggest this brand has issues. This store is the embodiment of those brand issues.
