Admiral Real Estate managed my retail/office building for many years. They treated the building, the tenants and me as the owner as if they owned it. They are practical real estate people with great empathy for whomever they are working with. This wasn’t an easy building to manage. It had 35 small office tenants, a busy restaurant, a dress shop and day spa. They provided all of the bookkeeping, day to day management and managed the capital improvements. When it came time for me to sell after 30 years of ownership, they provided excellent market analysis data, a superb marketing plan, aided with buyer negotiations and got the deal done. In general they are honest, hardworking, honorable people that are a pleasure to work with.

We likely would not have opened our doors had we not met Haryn. She “got” what we were looking for and helped us sign a beautiful space that we didn’t realize we wanted until we saw it. Then, that’s all we wanted. She helped us close the deal and shepherded us through the process with the right amounts of humor and knowledge. And I say this after working with a couple agents who didn’t get it” first. Finding the right agent makes all the difference.
