Billed me for a repair, hardware doesn’t work. Techs couldn’t fix it. I solved the problem myself by buying my own hardware. I want to return their hardware that they left at my place, but they “don’t accept returns”I still get a bill from them every month for the problem they couldn’t solve.

I feel ADT is just out there to charge your credit card.I brought a house and the seller was using ADT so I called ADT to reconnect. The ADT rep sold me $100 installation and $45.00 a month.Technician came and said the equipment doesnt work with the $45.00 package. He said I need to upgrade all of my equipment. The equipment in the house is seven years old and the tech said if he replaces a battery, that would cost me $15.00 each. He will need to send a salesperson to get all new equipment. I dont understand, I am a new customer, never had ADT and I could get $850 of free equipment as a new customer but because they sold me a reconnect at the same price as a new customer, I have to pay for any equipment even a battery.Ok, I call ADT to downgrade to $35 package because my equipment wont work with a $45 package. The rep said she cannot do that unless she sends a rep. Technician came and said the visit would cost $100 after I just paid $100 for a previous visit. I refused and after talking to his manager, said I wouldnt be charged for this visit. Of course, I was charged for visit. The bill said due to Covid, the technician would sign on my behalf.Bottom line: I cant wait unless my service with ADT is over and I can switch to a new provider. Avoid my nightmare: Start with another provider.

I am old coustomer with ADT when ask for additional windows and motion sensor, come to my knowledge theres no discount for old coustomer. Even I call ADT office the representative I spoke to there is no such discount it worse thank you for understanding.

Carlos was great. However, I wanted to speak and still want to speak with a manager. Carlos contacted his manager (named Joey) and he said that Joey was going to call me within 15 minutes on Friday. Today is Monday and Im still waiting for Joeys call or any other manager available.Im very disappointed that Joey didnt call me as he told Carlos he would.

Terrible service. Beware while the web site say you have 6 month to cancel they do not honor that. Instead they rush you into signing an online contract that in the fine print purports to bind you to pay for 60 months and threaten to sue you if you cancel (after 1 month). Service stinks. Promised one type of system but installed another. Often on hold for 30+ mins and still impossible to get anything done

Had a technician come out to fix a camera on 8/31/20. He fixed the camera but had no customer service skills what so ever. For the entire visit he said no more than 5 words to me that made me feel very uncomfortable. At the end I told h to assist me in setting the camera to record because I don’t know how to do it he rudely responded “do it online”. Later that evening I called ADT to waive the technician visit fee of $25 which they promised to do. I spoke to a woman named Mickey she sounded like a trainee and didn’t know what she was doing. I told her my camera was not in service for 7 days and I would like to be compensated Mickey said she will speak to her manager and call me back. Guess what Mickey never called back. Mickey also told me she fixed the camera to record like I had asked but I have to wait 24 hours for it to work. Guess what that too was a lie. I will terminate service with ADT. I have had it with their lies.

The wait time when you phone is terrible! I experienced this three times. The technician was fine and understood that I did not want him to wear shoes in my house. I have a service contract and I do not understand why I was billed. I questioned it but I have not received any answer.

ADT Virtual Keypad doesnt work efficiently - it always ask to log in again and sometimes never gets connected, leaving us with no choice but leaving the building insecure.In addition, the customer service staff which is on the keypad takes us directly to staff members in Florida who are unprofessional, unhelpful, and lack knowledge. I called Helen (Florida) (a customer service staff who was rude on the phone for asking when can we expect the technician dispatched by the company coz we cant wait whole night). LONG WAY TO GO - NEED TO TRAIN CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF

Had a great tech person install my upgrade for my old system to my new one! The tech showed up on time installed this perfectly very happy with ADT!
