I noticed that I had some mold spots in my basement on my exterior walls. I called in All dry USA their office staff was fantastic In taking down all my information and scheduling the inspection. Joey and Shane came to my property within the hour and on time. They assess my basement explain to me what was causing Mold damage on my exterior walls. They Were very professional and knowledgeable on all the information they was giving us. I highly recommend this company and their team they are fantastic to work with thank you again.

Shane from All dry USA was very professional and quick to help and educate my wife and I on what we needed to do when a sewage pipe burst on the second floor of our home. He was thorough and did a great job. My wife was very happy with their work. I would only use All dry USA after our experience.

A few months ago my family experienced a sewage back up & did not know where to turn. I remembered hearing from a friend about Sarah Miller & All Dry NY, so I gave Sarah a call. She immediately hopped on the opportunity to help us by referring in a plumber to snake our line & assess the extent of the back up. Soon after she had a member of her team come out to our property for a free inspection to further guide us on the best course of action for our property/issue. I had water all over my basement. Going through this experience for the very first time so you can imagine the high levels of stress. My mother-in-law recommended All Dry USA. I have to say, the day of the incident Tom Kerwin arrived and he walked us through the process. He mentally prepared me and my husband for the clean up and drying process and bless his soul, when he was done explaining, he went over it again with such patience (we had so many questions). Then the next day his crew Andrew and Gerard came to our house to start working and I was very impressed with the way they handled everything. Very professional, respectful and efficient team. So much that our 8 year old son was asking about Andrew and Gerard. Not that I would ever want to go through this again, but if I do, I know who We’re gonna call.

I was referred to Shane P at All Dry for asbestos in my home in Brooklyn. Shane came to my home the same day and explained what I needed to do. From our first experience with All Dry, which was after the flooding from the pipes in our master bath into our den ceased, we were confident we were in the right hands. Mark Grossman, Construction manager, explained each step of the mitigation & rebuild process. He was straight, thorough and followed through on each step. I called ALL DRY USA because I had a leak in my dining room. I was able to arrange for an inspector to come to my house. The call and appointment was easily handled. Martin Light, Operations Manager, came to my house. I explained the problem. Martin took out his equipment and was able to identify the problem and suggested a remedy. He was able to assess, identify the leak, and suggest a remedy in about 20 minutes. He is truly a professional at his craft. I am so pleased with ALL DRY USA and their employees. Very quick response to our situation. The glass door on our shower exploded and left shards of glass everywhere in the bathroom our medically frail daughter uses. James arrived within an hour and cleaned up everything quickly. He was very courteous and professional. Wonderful service.
I know Shane Pitta to be an honest hard working professional of the highest integrity. Although I have not used his company as of yet, I have definite plans of using him when and if the need arises. We were told we had some sort of water leak and the bathroom would need to be torn apart to find it. Only having one bathroom in our house, I was a bit upset. I would like to take a moment to thank and tell you about Shane from All Dry USA for stepping up to plate and hitting the ball out the park as he does every time when he’s up to bat. Shane is a true team player taking control and setting a game winning plan for his team to deal with what ever play life throws their way.Recently I had a customer call me in a panic, their main line sewer had backed up in the basement and blew the cap right off the trap. They now had sewer waste and water all over the basement and didn’t know what to do. I went over there and assured the customer that we had this handled could take care of it for them, and have them back to normal for the holiday right around the corner. Mark and the team at All Dry took what should have been a painful experience with our kitchen and basement and transformed it into a great experience. Incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, and HONEST. My boiler broke spewing water like I turned on the water hose. I had 3 of water within 20 min in my basement. I live in New York this past week my mother, who lives in Florida, was hit by tropical storm . One side of her roof literally lifted and flipped over onto the other side. She called me in a panic, I told her theres a company Ive worked with here and not to call anyone else till I check to make sure they have an office near you. Thank god they did. At 88 years old she get worried easily. Not only did they make her feel comfortable and do a great job but went above and beyond to check everything else out. I can honestly say that no matter where you are this is the company to call.
These guys are true professionals, they came in, assessed the problem, planned the remediation and delivered quality work, taking down walls and part of the ceiling in my closet.They ran a dehumidifier for a few days.I highly recommend them.

I wanted to take the time to write about all-dry. After our basement was damaged, they came to fix it. They worked quickly and efficiently. The team leader, John, was professional, listened to all of our concerns and was excellent. Rich, who did alot of work, was meticulous and you could tell he knew what he was doing. The other members (I apologize, I dont remember all of their names) were on time and did exactly as asked and took care of any unplanned issues. The team went out of their way to take care of us. 2022-05-04I WOULD NEVER USE ANYONE ELSE !!!!!! . From the moment that I realized that there was a leak and then sewage all over , Shawn was rite there . We sat down and he explained every detail and what was going to happen first and then next and next ……….he sent his plumber rite over to temporarily repair the rusted cast iron pipe , and also sent a company to snake out the rest of the pipe to ensure that it was completely clear, giving us piece of mind . The same day one of the Kruse came and removed everything that was damaged, and or wet, to prevent any mildew and war mold from developing. The next step was for us to pick out the finishes for downstairs, which we did, and they picked up all the materials and drop them off at the house and a day later dear crew began to completely renovate the basement area, a few days later it was done and it looks unbelievably beautiful. Everyone at All Dry was very knowledgeable and informed and every day kept us informed also; never left us hanging or wondering what was next. I hope I never have an issue like this again, but if I do the first call I’m going to make is to All Dry . Trust me, just call them and you’ll be very happy that you read this review

2022-03-21I needed to utilize the services of All Dry USA a few years back when I had the unfortunate occurrence of a sewer backup causing significant damage to the basement which required an asbestos abatement. The company management was very responsive dealing with my homeowners insurance during a very stressful time. Recently, I called All Dry for another unrelated matter, and once again they were extremely responsive and immediately sent an inspector over to survey the potential problem. This company is responsive, professional and easy to work with.

2022-05-27AVOID AT ALL COSTS! This company continues to harass me after they attempted to scam my insurance company. Only use this company if you want to be harassed and hounded for tens of thousands of dollars that you never agreed to pay! Ignore the bogus positive reviews on Google - check out all the stories on Yelp and other sites from all the people theyve scammed.

2021-11-18I cant say enough about this company and Joey Jennewien in particular. Joey works tirelessly to educate us, help us make the best decisions, navigate insurance, and get the job done. He has truly inspired our trust and we will use him any time we have a water damage issue. Not only is he super available, returning calls in the evening and coming out to take a look at whatever is going on quickly, but he is easy to talk to and seems to truly take pride in his work. So grateful we found him!

2021-01-01We had a busted pipe and All Dry was recommended to us. It was the best recommendation we ever got!!! Martin, the owner, was so responsive. He had a crew out to our home within hours. Joey was in charge of the crew and he was the nicest and most accommodating person. Whatever issues that came up, he would deal with efficiently and turned any problems around. Mark was our project manager and he was awesome!!! He helped steer us in the right direction and got all the permits and red tape handled with ease. Shane also was terrific and helped quite a bit. We were extremely satisfied with their services and my husband and I would highly recommend them!

2020-12-31All dry really stepped up and took care of the flood in my basement Shane came in and quickly assessed the situation and assured us it would get taken care of asap! Not even an hour later his crew James and Javier were at my door ready to extract the water and remove the walls that got wet. I am extremely happy with the dedication and hard work from the whole team! Joey was there for any other questions i had concerning my damaged house and Mark the reconstruction manager really made me feel more comfortable with how things were going to get put back together. I highly recomend this company if you ever have a leak or or flood in your house. Great job All Dry Team!

2020-12-22Shortly after my mother moved into her home we noticed that her water heater had broke and flooded her entire basement. A neighbor recommended we call Shane Pitta with All Dry USA. She spoke very highly of him and the company she reassured us that he will assess the situation free of charge and walk us through the process without being sale-sly. Well, she was right! I couldnt be any more grateful for Shane!!! He showed up on time, he showed us what we couldnt see using his equipment, he thoroughly explained the process of what needed to be done and why. He went as far as explaining the insurance process to me and assured me that everything would be covered under insurance and helped me make the claim. His employees were beyond polite and professional . Andrew & Gerard worked like a well oiled machine just as Shane advised. The job was completed in 1 day and machines were out and everything was dry!!! I was so nervous it would be a mess afterwards but it was a seamless process from beginning to end!! Shane and his team are impeccable!! I cant imagine using anyone else for my home or business. Shane and the Entire ALL DRY are by far the best!!!!
