Nice customer service a quick to help if it was needed. ^_^ Ive been to several and Ive been treated the same; with a smile and a greeting. Id recommend it.
Needed a head light bulb and they were happy to help me find the right one. They are serious about keeping people safe with plexiglass and 6ft separation at every counter computer terminal. 👍

Terrible inventory system. Drove out of my way because they said they had a part in stock. Got there and they couldnt find it but told me a different store had it in stock. Cant really believe them since this store said they had it and didnt.
Absolutely horrible personnel. Literally stood at the counter in an empty store the lady refused to acknowledge I was there and once she did acknowledge me couldnt even be bothered to help. Would highly recommend auto zone two stores down.

Website said they had what I needed in stock at this store. I get there, clerk looks up part # I give him, his computer says none in stock. Wasted trip. Ordered from Ebay, parts will be at my house 2 days sooner than if I had Advance Auto Parts order them. SMH...

Nice variety of products. Checkout wait time was longer than it should have been. Friendly staff answer questions quickly without bothering you by following you around constantly asking if you need help.
These guys are always helpful. I was there to witness one of the counter guys be extremely patient with a phone customer which i found to be very satisfying. They could use a couple extra hands tho.

I come here for the parts for my van. I usually order them off their website and pick them up in store after 30 minutes. They are friendly. They usually give me some sort of discount online. They are a little expensive but then again so are parts for cars and there is no way around that. I wont go anywhere else.
This place is horrible . Waited at the counter for 10 minutes while 3 employees stood around talking and a fourth employee was stocking shelves. No customer at all.
Ordered something online to be picked up. They called me to let me know they didnt have it, but would have it delivered from another store and have it ready to pick up by the time I got there. Saved me from chasing it down around town.

The inventory never matches what is online! I cant tell you how many times Ive ordered a part online for store pickup only to get there and have them say its not in stock. Its completely frustrating. Especially since Im usually without a car hence the reason Im there is to fix mine!
God good parts and good deals price our little bit high but they dont honor any of their warranties and if youve gotten your warranty on or through them awesome over the years theyve never answered any of my warranties
Staff nice but I also have to wait long time for service and I must not be only one as I see mad people walking out and complaining about waiting for service. I live close by so my boyfriend and I go often.

Plenty of knowledge and willing to help you out with most things. Inventory is a bit better than Autozone but still lacking with some makes and models.

2022-06-03Slow service, when they finally realized I was there, someone rushed to the counter. He was friendly, however, this is an all too common complaint many people have. One tech is busy with a customer and doesnt call for help. A self service check out for the item I knew I needed would have saved me the 15 minutes I had to wait even to be acknowledged.

2022-02-11The staff went above and beyond in helping me get a replacement rear windshield wiper for my hatchback! I was blown away by how willing they were to go outside in the cold (after dark as well) and install it for me. They even took the time and asked me to turn my car on and give it a go to make sure everything worked ok! Absolutely phenomenal attention to customers. I will definitely be coming back if I ever need help with anything else. Thank you!

2021-06-30I bought some windshield wipers from them at first they couldnt help me put them on because there was only one worker available. I was having trouble getting them on so I went back in to get help. The man was very helpful and came out and helped me get the wiper on. Im very happy with the service I got.

2021-10-30You know Ive always leaned more toward advance instead of AutoZone but recently Ive either been treated poorly, not helped at all or been told Im SOL on whatever Im looking for. AutoZone had my back all those times. I may be switching loyalties

2020-09-17The two guys that helped me tonight are absolutely AMAZING! I came in at 9:50 p.m. (they close at 10:00 p.m.) I asked them to replace my battery. I explained to them I just left the NICU and realized my car wouldnt start. I also told them my baby was in NICU and it was important for me to be able to drive just incase I get a call to come up to the hospital. The guy said no worries and replaced my battery with no problem... THANK YOU GUYS I REALLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING YOUVE DONE FOR ME

2021-07-11Well this was the only place that I could find my radiator in stock, which was surprising in itself. Then the price was excellent! I couldnt be more happy with this Advance Auto!
