Went in to inquire if I still was under warranty on my battery. Ian (I believe was his name) helped and was great. Super friendly and helpful. Came out and tested my battery for me and had a lot of good info on all the batteries in stock.

Wish I could add more stars.. We cant thank this location enough for the help this past weekend. We were towing our camper and one of the axels in the truck completely fell apart. We got home and called this location explained the situation and to see if they had the parts we needed. When I went to pick up the parts, Brandon was beyond helpful. He took the time to research and make sure we had everything we needed. He made sure we werent buying parts we did not need. He was even able to find out that the main part we were replacing was under their warranty still and was able to help out with that too (which I never even considered to be an option)!! AMAZING customer service from Brandon and Theresa who was there as well helping out.

Went to pick up my online order at this location. My order email says they do curbside pickup, so I did as it said and called the store while parked up front. The women on the phone was very rude, at first the phone broke up on her end, so I said hello and asked if someone could please bring my order out(two packages of blinker bulbs) to the car, she said “ok”. I said thank you very much, she said “ok”. I was the only customer at this location, so why she made it seem like she was busy was besides me. This seems like laziness when it’s not far of a walk to just drop my items off with me maybe 10 feet away from the entrance. Had my window down, knows that she spoke to a women, proceeds to go to my boyfriends side of the car and hand him the receipt to sign. I took the receipt from him and I sign it, as it was my order and I paid for it, made no sense why she did this. Employee name on the receipt says Teresa. Such a simple transaction, yet she turned it into a hassle with her attitude and actions. This is not proper customer service, maybe this is not the job for her if she could not deal with simple tasks such as this.

I recently bought a battery from your store at 2235 south road,12601, Eric Kellerhouse ,managerwas very knowledgeable and helpful. He did the installation quickly, yet carried on amiable conversation the whole time. He is obviously very qualified as a mechanic and as a people person. Two thumbs up. Have a blessed day.

The sales person I was dealing with never told me am item I was looking for was on sale. I needed wipers and save 15.00 as I saw the sales ad for a better brand than what I put on the counter. I think the sale people in Wappingers are a little more helpful and a better mood. But I got what I needed.

The Store rep. was very hard to deal with. I had to pick up my Car battery and required installation also. I visited on 16th July around 7.30 pm. Before going there I called the store to let them know in advance (at around 7 pm) and told the Store rep. that Installation will be required and he said ok.When I arrived at the store, the Store rep. looked for my Order in his system and processed it as Customer picked up. When I asked him to install the battery he mentioned he is the only person at the store and can not install the battery now and he was insisting me to take the battery with me. He gave some disorganized arguments and excuses like the there was other person who is not here at the moment, he/she is in hopewell so, installation is not possible. His body language, tone and attitude towards a customer was not appropriate from customer service point of view. He was trying to act like it’s not his fault and was expecting adjustment from my side.I asked some questions but did not get any logical answers.1. If I called before coming to store and was confirmed for battery installation then it’s store’s resource communication skills or resource management issue. How can store rep. act like he is doing the right thing by saying no to installation and doing illogical arguments with Customer?2. I offered to come back next day but he was insisting on taking the battery with me because he has marked that as picked up. He said “that’s the process. If he goes in and look for the order in the system it gets marked as processed.” I don’t believe that and he should not have marked the Order as picked up before completing the battery installation. If he was not able to complete the installation due to some reason he should have told me “can’t install” over the phone or when I arrived at the store but not after marking the order as “picked up”.Worst experience in Advance Auto Parts!This one deserves negative rating just because of the customer service skills of the store rep.Finally, I returned/cancelled my Car battery order as a result of this behavior of the Store rep.

I was told earlier today by the dealership Id have to get a new cabin filter. Cost $60. I recall doing it once a couple years ago, with help from YouTube. I thought Id give it a try again.Walked into Advanced Auto Parts, spoke with an associate named Justice (real name, how cool is that?) and grabbed filter. Told him my idea, asked if he knew how to get it started. He walked out with me and 3 min later cabin filter was swapped out!!So I spent $27.02 for a cabin air filter, with a few min of time to remove and replace glove box, and saved $33 (not to mention a little time in the waiting room) to do it myself!Appreciated the help. Recommend this place, great staff.
