The assistant manager, John, refused to refund an air filter I bought last. Despite having both the part in the box with the receipt, he denied returning the air filter because I purchased it with a debit card. Then he embarrassed me in front of other customers and staff by speaking sarcastically and with a grin he said have a nice day. Will never go back here again, and I guess Im stuck with an air filter I cant use, and cant return.
Real nice guys and gals that work there. Very knowledgeable about parts. And they love to laugh with a great joke 😆😆😆
Much better help than Auto zone down the street, which I will never go back to again. Advance is the way to go!

Always very helpful and knowledgeable. Thou was not happy to here my last purchase was not put under my phone number to keep the history so I could return the broken part.
Good service usually get in and out quick they have always found me the correct part I need and are pleasant and eager to help customers. And usually has parts I need in stock.
This place does not care about independent shops. Even though they have a commercial department they only keep minimum stock. And never deliver on time. And if they do deliver the parts are usually wrong.
Ordered battery online, got 25% off. Picked it up at the store. Very efficient and they installed it without a charge.
Great store. They even have snow plow parts and oil for the plow. Which i needed. The guys at the pro desk were great.

2021-12-29I wanna Let you guys know that Ray from advanced auto is rhe best,he is so helpful and attentive to his customers,I went to 3 auto part stores to het windshield wipers put on and no one could do them, went to advanced auto purchased more and asked Ray could he put on for me, he never hesitated he said no problem, it was pouring rain and Im so Thankful because he was able to do both wipes in 3.2 seconds! Thus guy is awesome ask for him 2hen u visit here ! He is the Best

2021-02-15Often order parts for pickup or walk in to get items. Staff is uniformly professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful. They are also very patient of disabled people like me who cant carry heavy items to their vehicles. Also, when its hot in the summer or my service dog has a coat on in the winter they dont hassle me about bringing her in because they know she is a service dog.All around good value and pleasant experience every time.

2018-01-09This parts store is amazing compared to others in the area.... the guys behind the counter are quick to help you and they get the lines down as fast as they physically can.I only come here now because of the amazing customer experience. They will even call you by your first name if they are aware of it which is a small but huge impact on a shopping experience. 5 stars from me every day.

2016-09-06The staff was friendly and help me look for what I wanted. They helped us select a good brand of windshield fluid and coolant and were up front with prices and quality. A little dirty inside but not too bad.
