Never will go to this location again, would rather have a broken car then ask anyone here for help here, very rude,no customer service and way over priced, as if they get a cut out of selling the more expensive product,. Went online and seen that this location had the part I need and they wanted to sell me a different one saying they didnt have it, when I called before I came and they said they did. I went to Auto zone and got everything I need for the price of one part at this location...beware if your not knowledgeable, shop around....
My experience has been great, the sales team has always gone above and beyond my expectations. I have the opportunity to shop elsewhere, the knowledgeable staff, quality products and reasonable price keep me coming back.
Only place besides the dealership that had my part for my car. I recommend trying this place first before anyone else and the price was great.

This place is the best. I never have any problems getting what I need for my vehicles and the employees are great. The Spencerport rd in Gates location is my favorite store.

I went to the store on ridge road where the staff refused to assist me, he called for all the men behind me until one gentleman was kind enough to speak on this.. I left and went to the Lyell ave store where I was greeted and assisted right away

2022-06-11I came here to purchase freon for my van and the guys were very friendly and professional!!! They gave me instructions and information about my a/c and the compressor!!! Tom, who had just came in, didnt even even clock in yet, came out to help me with checking to see if I had correctly put the freon in the car and if the a\/c was working effectively!!! Thanks to the Advance Auto Parts Team my a\/c is blowing cold!!!

2022-01-16I came in to buy a wiper and when I purchased my wiper I asked if it could be installed. The person stated that he is not allowed outside because employer dont want nobody out in weather. So sad of negative customer service. Then another worker assisted and even installed. Crazy experience:(

2021-05-05Walked in no one greeted us. Had to wait for cashiers attention from his cellphone to ask a question. Upon check out one cashier same as the first said I guess I can take you I cant find what Im searching for anyway. Used to be a good place to go.

2021-05-06Sheree (I hope I spelled that right) was amazing! She deserves ALL types of raises. She assisted the people next to me then she came over and assisted me. She knew exactly what I needed and hooked a sistah up! She needs to be kept around because he Customer Service is impeccable!!!

I like the knowledge of a few employees on vehicle matters and this is a reason too go for Help on the correct prts for your vehicle and tools won will need if fixing own car/truck etc...prices arent bad either on parts or tools and quality of them are pretty decent.Good Luck2021...🙏
