Dr. Bernstein is a top-notch, full-service, highly professional audiologist. He takes great care to explain everything clearly (multiple times if necessary). He is extremely caring, concerned, and patient with my elderly mother...his respect for people is clearly genuine, matched only by his professional skills. My mom loves her hearing aids, and is confident and comfortable with Dr. Bernsteins care. Dr. Bernstein is a full-service audiologist who goes the extra mile. I would recommend him highly to anyone!

If you have any concerns regarding your hearing, there is no one better to see on Staten Island than Dr. Bernstein. I have had the greatest experience with Dr. Bernstein and Christy at Advanced Care Audiology. I lost total hearing in my right ear and Dr. Bernstein took me through all the different options and helped me find the solution that was right for me. The continuing care to keep my hearing aids in great condition, and to monitor my hearing has been 100% easy and comfortable. I can not express how the level of care, and the willingness to help has greatly taken any worry off my mind. 5 stars all around.

Advanced Care Audiology was a positive experience. The methods that were used was satisfying. I brought my daughter in with some concerns and thankfully it was confirmed that her hearing was normal. I too had concerns and Advanced Care Audiology was able to fit me in even though I did not have an appointment. I would highly recommend them.

I was so delighted to find Advanced Care Audiology. The doctor is thorough, knowledgeable, kind and the secretary is excellent. I went there for a problem with tinnitus. I now have hearing aids that are connected to my iPhone and have special settings that help me with this condition. Highly recommended!

2021-10-13I went to see Dr. Bernstein after having a bad experience with another Audiologist. He was able to properly re-make and re-program my Hearing Aids - which is what the previous Audiologist was unable to handle. In addition, he suggested I go see another specialist that may be able to help me restore my hearing loss with corrective surgery. I followed his advice, and after two surgeries later (one for each ear) I can now hear without Hearing Aids. This has been a life changer for me and my family, and Im so grateful to have met Dr. Bernstein. He is honest, knowledgeable, sincere, and caring which is not easy to find a doctor like that these days.Thank you so much Dr. Bernstein!!

2021-05-24Dr. Bernstein and his staff are fabulous!From the moment you call for an appointment through out the visit your care is their priority. What I found truly helpful was the in-depth testing and explanation of results. Followed by the demonstration of the actual product.I was able to test wear the hearing aids before making a comment.But possibly the best thing I can share is how pleased I am with the results!
