Dr. Tsai checked my husbands eyes carefully and explained his situation with great patience. The staff are very friendly and patient as well. I highly recommend this clinic!

Terrible service. I wanted to get my charts today, so i called them on the phone to ask them to send over my charts. they refused to give me my charts unless i signed for them. so i asked if i can come by today to pick them up and they said they wouldnt be able to with no explanation. i asked if i could pick them up tomorrow, they said they would be short on staff, and very insistent that i came on Saturday. i dont understand why they cant just email me or fax me the verification forms and email me my charts. what if i was out of state? receptionist was rude on the phone, and after i asked for her name, she waited and hung up.

2022-09-08Dr Nancy was amazing. Great bedside manner. We were in from out of town and needed to see an eye doctor. Naturally we were nervous of not knowing the area but the staff made us feel comfortable and at ease. They were also able to fit us in same day! Highly recommend.

2022-09-12Had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Nancy N. Tsai during an emergency eye visit. She was able to see me within the hour I called, quickly diagnosed the problem, prescribed a solution and rearranged her schedule to see me before I flew back home. Would absolutely recommend her. 2022-01-17Zero Star. Yesterday I left review for office. However, they deleted my review today.Funny! I know why this place always has 5 stars reviews.Dont go to this place. Doctor Tsai never cares about you. The service provided were horrible. She will play game with you by charging more money by pushing you do exams which you dont necessarily need.

2021-10-13It has been 4 to 5 years since I saw an optometrist. The people there were really friendly and helpful. They try their best to get everyone in and seen as soon as possible.
