I found this company to be highly professional and on the ball. They gave us an appointment around our schedule, and at our office, in our parking lot. They called to confirm our appointment and showed up on time. Ray installed shelving in our company van. He had a great personality and showed our tech all the details of what he installed. Great deal and very smooth transaction. Everyone was very helpful with my order from start to finish. I called several outfitters and Shannon was the only one to take the time to find the special parts I needed to make my ladder racks work with the ladders I have. I was also very impressed with her communications. She handled almost the entire thing through email and was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Ill certainly be calling them again in the future.

I order walls and ceilings for 4 of my company vehicles, they didnt ship out what i ordered correctly. Boxes were taped up with green masking tape, wrong sizes in the wrong boxes which messed up the end result and spent a lot of time modifying them to fit. The VP reached out after hearing about the issues I had and made it right. Great guy
