**This is the FIRST review I have ever written based on poor service.**An appointment was scheduled for Tuesday morning on Sunday evening with Roger to repair my washer. I scheduled my day around this (also a small business owner, no work, no pay). On Tuesday morning Roger calls my home and leaves a message. I return the call twenty minutes later and Roger states that I called him back too late and his day is full now because refrigerators take priority over washers. I stated I understand you have to run a business but calling the customer and stating in so many words its my fault for not calling back Tuesday morning quick enough and the fact that we scheduled the repair on Sunday for this morning is a huge red flag to me. Roger followed up my resistance to rescheduling with a ya know what, just go somewhere else. Dont use this service if you value your time and a SCHEDULE.
