Over the top customer service. When I had questions prior to my purchase, Rich went out of his way to call and talk to me on my schedule. He guided me through the process of selecting a unit that was within my budget and had the capabilities I needed. There are many options out there when you decide to purchase a precision guidance unit for your farm. They are great guys to deal with. Customer service is outstanding. More then once they have been on the phone helping me while they are at home after normal business hours. They understand agriculture isn’t a 9-5 job.

Two times he has helped me out with Trimble monitor, the 750 and FMX1000. He is very knowledgeable knowing how to set up the seed rate monitor, which in the 750 is very difficult. The precision ag equipment I buy will be from him, because the service the most important thing.
