No body realizes but Agape isnt just a cab company, theyre linked in with LOGISTIC, I also use them for discharges from Nursing Home. You have medicaid? Can get in and out of a car, have your healthcare provider call for transportation from Logistic request agape. (Public Service Announcement)
I’ve been using agape for years but their service is getting worse. Either too early to pick up time or too late. I rather have early pick up then late for my schedule. I scheduled for 8am pick up and received confirm call in the morning but the car wasn’t there. So I called them and ask where the car is, Then they start looking for the driver. Excuse me?? This is not even last min trip. Im already an hr late for my appointment. what is the point of setting up the pick up time then? I can’t understand this !
I use car services two-three times every week. Agape advertises as being top rated. Yet many times it can take nearly twenty minutes just to get ahold of them. My biggest issue with them is that they often have arrive nearly thirty minutes early. Today I had a driver arrive twenty-five minutes early. I asked her to wait maybe tens minutes. She said NO and hung up. It then took them nearly another thirty minutes to get another car to me.Right now, I am at my appointment and have been waiting for over one hour for a car. After it took me twenty minutes just to contact them to have a car sent. Then I had to call them again because no car came. I was told twenty minutes ago that a car would arrive in fourteen minutes.
They boast in their recorded message to simply type return to get a car. Frequently Ive done this and 30, 40 minutes to by with no information given. I then call and am on hold for 20 minutes and then often get a busy signal or just disconnected. When I do get a live person, I have been told itll be 30 to 60 minutes. And I had times even after that they havent shown up. They also boast in your message that you can chat with a lot the team live on their website but 90% of the time when I try to do that it says no ones available until tomorrow. Do yourself a favor and use someone else
Drivers are respectful. But never on time . It’s either too early or too late . And the lady that’s there at 6pm is very unprofessional. I should never have my child waiting for a car for 5 hrs ! Then she cancels the ride and think we was going to wait . Never again !
Im so annoyed with this cab service. Its honestly baffling how they will pick you up 30-40 minutes late every day no matter what. Today I decided to make my pick up the earliest I can possible , an hour and a half before I start work so that I can get to my appointment then get to work on time for once. They STILL came extremely late and theyre not even here yet and will now be late for work once again. They never fail to come late no matter what time you make your pick up for. Then the dispatchers will lie to you and say the drivers are 2-5 minutes away when it couldnt be further from the truth. Its time to cancel this company and find one that keeps their word, is professional, and with dispatchers that aren’t completely rude and who sound like they hate their life all the time 🤦🏻♀️
I had a 10 am dental appointment and even though it was a 9am pickup and driver was a bit late I got there 15 minutes before the appointment! Great driver! I finished my appointment in ten minutes texted Return and in 4 minutes a cab was there got home safe and the ride was very pleasant thank you Agape!
Drivers are pleasant , All i want is for a car to pick me up at the time we agreed , get me to the destination safe and on time. What do i need to do so i can just get to my location and then come back home. is there a phone number that i can call to communicate that i need to get picked up at 8 AM. All i need is a taxi to pick me up at Street and take me to Alabama Avenue to get dropped off. I need to stay here for some time to complete my group experience. When i am done please let me know what i need to do to get a medical ride home back to Queens 66-Burns Street Forest Hills, Do you have another contact number or what do you recommend. I have been using this company for years. I am very disappointed with the recent appointments with Agape. They wait atleast 10-15 mins before they answer the phone. They lie an cancel your appointment. You call for your pick up realizing a hour has pass just to call and hear they havent sent a car yet. You call to see if the car is on the way to pick you up from home. They lie and tell you the car was already there but you got no call or text the driver was outside. All of this has been going on way before the pandemic!
I only use Agape Luxury CorpFor all my rides.I had a ride right after the snow storm.My driver picked me early.He was very pleasant, and made sure I got to my appointment on time.I have read the other reviews andI have never have had any problems of being picked up on time. Usually the driver is early.Also when my appointment is finished. Before my scheduled time to for pickup. I text return and the driver is on their way in minutes.
My dad was scheduled for a 9:45am pick up for a 10:30am appointment he was picked up after 10:30am. I called the office and contacted them via chat was first told someone was on their way would be there in 10 minutes 15 minutes went by no one showed up, I called back and was told that the person could not complete the trip and someone was coming in 25 minutes. My dad is 78 years old with dementia and has to be escorted to his appointment with an aide, he got to his appointment after 11am. Pick up for return home was scheduled for 12:45pm a driver called at 12:30pm stating he was outside. I explained to him that your transportation was late this morning and as a result my dad got to his appointment late and will not be ready until 12:45 or maybe after. My dad finished at 12:45pm and went out no transportation was there. I called the dispatcher and was informed that the driver was canceled and another one would be there in 25 minutes. Fortunately the driver was still there and was able to contact the base to complete the trip. This is not the way you treat sick and vulnerable people do better
The pickup was 20 minutes late, and there was no call to let me know about it. Called after my medical procedures to return home, and the dispatcher said a vehicle would be sent right away. Called back 30 minutes later and was told that they were overbooked and would not be sending me a vehicle to return home... worst service ever.
After being a patient/customer of Agape for quasi-five-(5)-years, I had to go to another car service company. And heres why;I. I have had to deal with two-(2)-months of either a half an hour or more of the car being late for the anitial pick up. Sometimes they did not show up at all for the pick up. They repudiate your calls to speak with a supervisor or manager to ameliorate the issues with being picked up as scheduled.Ii. You call this company for your return pick up and you get no answer after waiting more than fifteen-(15)- minutes on hold. Sometimes even longer.Then you are advised that you will have to wait another ...thirty-(30)- minutes or less for your driver... Sometimes they meet their promise, however, most times they do not.III. You call an hour or more to Agape to confirm your ride and are advised that your driver will be there on time. Alas, this is never the case. Agape isnt even professional enough to call you at least a half an hour in advance to inform you of all the issues that they seem to incessantly have. To let you know that your ride will not be there so that you may make--if at all possible--other arrangements. We are talking about making long-awaited and especially important medical appointments.Lastly, considering the importance of all these medical appointments, this is unacceptable to tolerate even for a moment the utterly poor quality of service that Agape is offering. So, after five years I have no other choice, but to leave Agape forthwith. The only thing that I will miss is the beautiful voices of some of the women that answers the call at times. Afape, you earn an F-.
I would like to get in touch with the person in charge or someone that can actually give a solution! Because this IS NOT the first time. When I use to ride in mid day or afternoon I had no problem at all but ever since I started riding in the morning everything started. Most dispatcher are great and polite but the morning guy has the most careless rude attitude has no empathy or consideration, he forgets the people transporting are PATIENTS heading to their treatments. He canceled my ride just cause he felt like it and when called he said the driver had to leave and that I’m suppose to be outside waiting, very rudely, doesn’t even apologize careless just says “when a driver is available he’ll call you “ and hangs up. What kind of response is that ?? If he hates his job so bad or can’t deal with patients maybe he shouldn’t be there, sorry ! After messaging the driver on why he couldn’t call to say he left and he responded “ You are right, I apologize, I really got upset with the dispatcher, I wasted time getting to your house to look for you and in the end he canceled your pick-up for the minutes it took you to leave. Again I offer my apologies.”So the dispatcher cancelled my pickup ?? And again didn’t have the decency to call? Mind you I took exactly 8 mins to come outside, again he needs to keep in mind he’s not working at a regular cab company, Agape is transporting patient going to chemotherapy and dialysis and other treatments have a bit more empathy and consideration please !!
One of the worst car service -0 costumer serviceMy daughter with disabilities was supposed to be picked up from Brookdale hospital 11 amShe finished with her doctor early and from 10 am I was trying to reach the agape office and many many attempts but no one answered . After await for almost 2 1/2 hours I have to take off from jib and went personally to pick them up .My daughter and my wife under went very stressThe MAS transportation Dept is need to ban them from their plateformI am going to take this matter very seriously and going to take it to the top Managment
I will never use this company again!They picked me up and dropped me off at my appointment when it was time for them to pick they never came. They first said in 35 mins they will come. 35 min came and I called back and they said in another 45 mins that they don’t have any drivers. The company called me 3hrs later.Another time they didn’t call me for a confirmation pick up the night before and I called them and they said sorry we don’t have that many drivers and we called Mas transportation to cancel your appointment. I never got a phone call.
Ive been riding with Agape for about a little over a year. Theyre usually pretty good at being on time. But, when they dont have rides OMG! Thats when they have you waiting... Ive only experienced that some nights. But today took the cake and they were playing the blame game with the other company. They stated they sent emails and I dont believe they did.Because of their incompetence I had to cancel a doctors visit that was rather important. I dont think they care enough about their riders. They didnt do anything to accommodate me...other than telling lies to cover up their mistakes. Im so unhappy with this company. Im in the process trying to find another transportation service who picks up their customers quickly.Oh! To add insult to injury Shawn from Agape called back to be the bearer of bad news. To inform that they rerouted my trips for the next day. At this time I was so DISGUSTED WITH THIS COMPANY.I had to call my insurance to fix the issue yet again. So I then called Agape & spoke to a Genevieve who explained that Agape didnt have any rides in my area. I thought that was crazy & I then sever ties with them. THEY SUCK!!!!
Use to love agape, but they have fallen off terribly. As it stands i am waiting for them right now and I cant get through and when I texted return, nobody as of an hour ago has texted me back. Something has to be done. Maybe management needs to step in. As it stands i will not give them my business again unless someone very reputable says that they have got back on there game. I also like the drivers. Oh well Im tired and Im getting ready to go home
This is the worst transportation company I have ever dealt with I am an American who was born here and raised to speak English people that work here should also speak English.If you’re in a service job you should speak and understand English.Alsothey left me for an hour and a half waiting to be picked so far I’m still waiting to be picked up (I am writing this as I wait)They will not answer the phone. Worst customer services ever. On hold for 15 minutes and appointment was for 10:00 am it was 9:45 and no cab available. This company wants to accept rides and do not have the capability to serve the client. they are just trying to make money and have no care for the patients needs to be on time for their appointment. This company needs to be more responsible they are dealing with elderly patient trying to make it to their important appointments is not like the client are going grocery shopping. This company should be held accountable for their lack of responsibility. The insurances company should remove them from their roistered.
Often car not on time. I do not recommend this company!The company has gotten worse. They do not pick up the phone. If you are lucky enough to reach someone, they are very rude and tell you all kinds of stories about why they do not pick you up. I take a child to physical therapy and I call before the therapy even starts and wait for 45 mins at times. I text return before I even start the therapy. Forgot calling , they don’t pick up the phone till like after 15 mins. . On occasions I call to say I was reads and was told to wait 30 mins then I call back and they say there was no record of me calling. Meanwhile I am In fromtof the therapists office with a child for almost an hour. I want to change them.
The drivers show up late all the time for pickup and drop off.Update again for today: Feb 24 6 pm tripI had already confirmed the return ride for 6 pm and they did not send a driver. After i called again the lady on the phone said that i had not picked up the call for reconfirming. Why would i have to reconfirm a return trip which i already confirmed. Also they said they had called me which is not accurate since my cell phone log clearly has no record of this.Please fix this issue for needy customers who are waiting in hospitals to be picked up on timeUpdate : Feb 25.Still waiting for 6.00 ride and the time now is 6.37 and driver has not been assigned4. Finally got picked up at 6.50
You miss appointments because they show up late. They leave you waiting a hour, or better after your appointment for pick up. They do not care about patients. When you call to find out what the issue is you get argumentative individuals who have 50 excuses and no answers . They are rude, and uncooperative.
I have been a customer with them for over 5 years and I’m considering changing companies I take them every day standers ride Monday thru Friday from 6:30 am pick up and return at 4pm these last few months it’s been hell getting home they keep you waiting for over a hour when the trip has been confirmed this is really unexceptional for the morning you have the drivers coming to get you at 6am rushing you and making you nervous when they come too early when you confirm your pick up at 6:30 am they can’t get it together leaving me out here seriously stranded my hair dresss recommend me them but they are not providing good service any more when you ask it speak with a supervisor of course they tell you there is no one to speak with you and hang up the phone after you wait more than 10 minutes for them to pick up the phone I’m am stuck right now without having a way of getting home
First driver I had was on time.....all very nice ..but the dispatchers have been rude to me...dont answer.Have left me stranded at hosp 4 times out of few trips.When i call...they dont answer...if she does...always a female....nasty attitude.U r not doing me a favor.U r being paid for these trips.I called to speak to manager or supervisor...she wouldnt give me name..or connect me.She knows my info...name..etc.Im really so appalled by these people.No compassion for sick people.If u r the owner please contact me.....Thanks.😒
Back department is really unfriendly & always delay Toll payments. After sending emailz, you have to remind them everytime please to check the back date emails and they vll just say sorry to compensate your own money. , its since 2yrs & now this become a habit, poor service
We have taken about 20 appointment rides with agape and 10 have been good drivers and the other 10 have been crazy , unsafe drivers that don’t realize they are driving hospital patients. They really need to train their drivers on safety . People use the service for medical appointments not to go clubbing!!!Plus they swear that they must take the long way to avoid tolls Because agape doesn’t pay for tolls smh .
Ok I give. Ive been looking at this pic of a cake that says Agape 5000 list of fastest growing... , for 2+ yrs now & I just realized they gave me med car service a long time ago. But why would they post a pic of a cake to represent a car service? I mean Ive posted some pics unrelated to the place I was at for humor, but this was obviously done by people who work there. Unless some bandit snuck in, took cake pic, posted... No. Why wouldnt U post a pic of a fleet of cars to represent the Co. instead of a cake? That is just confusing to us visual people.Anyway the service was good, but nothing to right home about, is that what U wanted? Now stop asking me.
Excellent service my sister has been traveling with agape for 2 years now would never change them for nothing in the world! AGAPE is an awesome team!!! Drivers always on time, dispatchers are very polite. My sister rides 3xs a week and she is pleased with Agapes service(And shes a hard one to please lol) Agape you are #1 keep up the good work! I don’t understand this company until Friday night I had only one issue of being picked up late and have them a second chance; now I can’t even get through and now that I have their computers are down. I don’t understand the point of them changing their systems; now they can’t get anything right; I’m gonna give them another chance if not I’m switching.
This company is highly unprofessional, i called the base for my grandmother and the lady on the phone was nothing but rude and had an attitude the entire time while i was just trying to help her help me , trying to give her my callback number and she keeps cutting me off and being rude, then she says okay , 1 hour wait and then hangs up out of nowhere, i highly do not recommend
Management needs to take responsibility for the etiquette of the people which they employ, I had a very bad experience with one of their drivers and he not only was rude, but he was very disrespectful so I asked to speak to a Supervisor or Manager and they did not have the time to resolve my issues, I suppose thats where these drivers and office workers get their manners from...Management!
I have been using this company for years. I do not know what is going on lately. I have a list of 4 drivers now, I will not use because their driving is unsafe. These drivers have been driving with excessive speed,or constantly taking their eyes off of the road. I would like the owner or whoever is in charge to reach out to me. To acquire this license takes work and the drivers should drive carefully. One driver told me he had 2 accidents. Are you kidding me? I had the former CEO’s number,but I was told he no longer works for the company. So who is the CEO?Your drivers need refresher courses on driving safely. Because you are asking for a law suit.

I have less than a year with the company, at first I had no problems but after a while they started to arrive late to take me home after the treatment and now these last few weeks, nobody comes for me and I have to drink the bus, I call the office and they leave me the hold almost the hour 😡 and they dont give a reason.... it has become garbage
I very much doubt the credibility of this company and how they got the insurance companys contract. Yes, this is a taxi company that signs a contract with the government. Those elderly people who have insurance dont have to pay 😘 Their insurance company transfers the cost to this Agape transpertation company. It is very strange that the driver of our car at 12 oclock was late for an entire hour and arrived at our address at 12:59. I want to think that an old man who has a disease and cant stand still can have the strength to complain. You will receive a text message 45 minutes before the appointed time. The driver will arrive in 10 minutes, which is more than 20 minutes earlier than expected. There is even a network connection that makes you think you can see the driver’s location by clicking on it. In fact, this link is invalid, 404/ no fund page. This is pure deception. Until you call for the car on the return trip is the same driver, you must not call the car after you have seen the doctor. In this way, we really dont know how long we will wait. this is really scamming company. What they have advertising said onTime. We waiting driver as 59 mins late. Can not believe that. Most patients think because u do not pay fee, it is your insurance covered. But I think differ way, this company how they get contracts with insurance company. Is it any compliant about delaying, how we complain further level for insurance company, the contract between Agape (mean love), I did not feeling at all. My Moms insurance company transportation department guy even blamed us why we order ride from them. But from begin to the end, all the booking through insurance linked with olderly care service. I will dig up what scams theyre. I am not eat it.
Unfortunately this company has made a change from better to worse, before they were punctual, but now oh my God, its a disaster, before they send text messages to let people know the arrival of the taxi before up to 15 minutes before they could pick up the residence of the patient I understand that 60 minutes were given to pick up the place after the appointment ended, but last week it was at 10 am when it was at 9; 15 am I had to call 4 times and even speak loudly because they only said in 10 minutes until it was uploaded and I arrived at 10am, it is a shame that after spending so many years in this company instead of improving and giving better service it is worse, and its employees are very friendly but a company that does not value its employees or take care of your customers, you should think about whether you are able to maintain a company to serve the general public
I worked in this company, every day it was worse until it became a regular and current base, I filed a complaint and instead of improving they blocked me, they left $ 180 in work that did not pay me they justified it in 2 week base payments while I was blocked because they wanted to talk to me first and I didnt want to talk, I just wanted my money and not to go back, the Sun today loses drivers and accounts, OSEA DO NOT WRONG.I continued to work on another one the next day, earning my money and they losing more and more today to call a client make false announcements when UBER is making the most calls of the few that remain because they do not have drivers
On February 3, my father received your service, the arrival at the hospital very well, but when we finished, we called so that they did not pick up and they did not say in 45 minutes and they never arrived, but they did not have the grace to call us say there is no car, they started well, but never in my life, I do not want the service of your personal inrresponsible, you should know that it is with people with delicate health that you are treating, the worst taxi company is Agape and then I call to give the complaint and no case they make me
I have calculated the fare with the tlc calculator and they pay less than what they should pay to the drivers and the toll fare does not pay it as well as time they give a trip when it ends you get tired of requesting a new trip even if it is close to the passenger you do not give. They have a lousy way to operate.
I think that drivers do not give routes, especially those who work 10 hours a day could only answer as 4 calls are not worth working with them, they do not give the driver ease and nothing matters, and has been within 1 minute of distance and never give me the call, he who thinks to work alone for this company would go hungry

2022-04-17I have been with this company for years now. It has been going down the drain in a matter of a year. Many new workers are rude and dont even say good morning. Many times they stay talking on their cell on private calls. I am always ready way before my pick up time. The other day a driver called me 4 times, I felt like I was being harassed. Very unprofessional to say the lease. Also, the text return option is not working. The owner needs to make sure that their drivers are trained properly and not have meetings where he tells them if they dont like it they can leave, this is Not good leadership. The good thing that I can say is that pick-up time is on point.

2022-05-21I have an experienced with this Agape Transportation with my husband going to and coming from Medical appointments, I can say most of the drivers are kind but some of them are rushing the patients & their relatives to inside & outside of their cars. Out of 6 rides we have with them, 3 are extremely very nice and 3 are not so nice drivers. I am sharing this so they can improve in their services. They have to remember that patients & their relatives are going through difficult situations that they never experienced before adding to their stress is not going to help the patients recover. 2022-05-05I had a reservation for 5pm. I called the company because I never received a call with cap info. I was told they were still looking for a driver. The cab came at 5:30pm with made me 15 minutes late for my doctor appointment. My return was scheduled for 7:30pm I wasnt picked up until 8:11pm.

2022-05-20I made a appointment for a 10 am pick up so i could make it to my daughters 11 am appointment days in advance. On the day of the appointment at 10:00 there was no car and i called at 10:00 then again at 10:30 both times they told me where looking for a car. This is the first time they have done this.

2021-12-03I have used this service for the past 3 years and was very satisfied all the way around (pickup and dropoff plus pleasant drivers) until today. Both trips I was subjected to an ongoing phone conversation while the drivers were driving. First off lots of times they are driving ill persons who dont wish to listen to their entire conversation. For me it was quite irritating, not to mention it just might break their focus on the road. Both trips were over 1 hour, so I think management should let their drivers know do not hold lengthly conversations on the phone that are not work related. Hopefully the next time I ride for MEDICAL REASONS, I will again be pleased with the service I receive.

2022-03-20Im sorry but is anyone going to bother picking up the phone today? Been trying to call for HOURS as I need something important done. This is a common occurrence with this company. Sometimes the dispatchers will even hang up the phone on you when they dont feel like doing what you ask of them 🤣🤣 then you gotta wait forever again for someone else to answer. its beyond ridiculous
