Staff was nice but I truly feel like I was ripped off with the charge for two USPS priority packages being sent to Italy. I should’ve compared the price to what USPS would’ve charged directly, but my work schedule didn’t allow for that.

(Extensive review ahead)I had an incredible experience working with the proprietors of this FedEx/DHL/UPS shipping business.Two months ago I went to Ahmad Pack n Ship to have an extremely important package shipped International Priority Express to my mother who is residing with full time caretakers in Kenya. (Note: she is an American citizen).The package contained medication to treat my 84-year old mothers Alzheimers disease. Unfortunately, the specific medication I shipped is not manufactured in Kenya. Other medication she is taking is and can easily be prescribed there. Hence, why I spent the amount of money I did to ship her meds overseas, and had it sent priority -- because it was urgently needed.The package arrived in less than a week. Customs in Nairobi held that package for almost two full months while making me do acrobatics to get it out of customs and to my mums caregivers. All the while my mothers health deteriorated.Out of desperation, I contacted the worker at Ahmad Pack n Ship who had originally shipped the package, and dod so with great care. Not only did he offer to help me, but he was already aware of the situation when I called in. He had been tracking the package himself even a month after it left their establishment. He was horrified that it was lingering in customs given the circumstance.I dont know how he did it, but over the course of the next 2.5 weeks, he moved heaven and earth to get that package moved out of customs and to my mother, who finally received it today, two months after the original shipping date.When so many other businesses take your money and turn their backs on you, these guys are not only operating a great business, they are also almost like angels among us -- compassionate and helpful beings.Thank you, Ahmad Pack n Ship. You helped me (and my mother) more than you can ever imagine.

Nice people, lots of cool stuff, have everything you need to pack and ship your things and all that jazz, BUT I was told I would be getting the cheapest rate and I ended up paying nearly double what I would have if I had gone straight to the Post Office or FedEx myself. I suppose its a convenience tax, and thats okay, but it would have been nice to be told that upfront. Ill probably visit again for the supplies but not for the actual shipping part.

Very very efficient. Wait was not very long at all in terms of the number of people in the store when I arrived. And the emails with my receipt and tracking number link were sent right away. Clean, courteous and well organized. I highly recommend patronizing this establishment.

I dropped off a package on 3/17/2022 to be delivered Priority overnight by Fedex as of today I have not received it.Upon inquiry the owner of the location said the package was sent.Further questioning determined that he still had my package of perishable items sitting on a shelf because he was waiting on payment of $5.00 that he claims was for the tape used to place the label on the box. All Fedex labels and packaging are self sticking so there would be no need to charge for that.The result of this poor customer service is that my perishable items are now spoiled with no opportunity for replacement.Delaying a shipment over $5.00 is a lack of poor business decisions made my this owner as well as lying and trying to shift the blame on Fedex when all the while he had retained the package in his back office.I would not recommend this location if you are looking for a honest business transaction and GREAT customer service

An A+ from this teacher! The service here is efficient and the staff is so helpful. I’m always greeted by name, with a friendly smile. I’m treated like a valued customer not just a box number.
