This is a pretty dissatisfying international lounge experience.Their “dinner” consist of two soups, a mediocre salad bar, and a nice array of assorted cheese. At leastThey do with a nice assortment of bread and variety of cheeses. At least They did have some hot soup. The lounge is two story and it is not very spacious and they lack of outlets. We went when the lounge was super packed. To top it off, the Internet was slow. I am not sure they even taken count into the bandwidth of number of people or they are slowing it down to push people out. Who knows..??
Nothing to rave about here. Large salad bar but most of the items were missing and took forever for items to be replenished. Staff in the louge all seemed miserable and wanting to go home. Good alcohol selection with a couple french items such as cognac and champagne. 2 different soups were available, vegetable minestrone and lentil soup. Meager meats and cheeses.
A fantastic lounge! I visited the second floor, which I think is reserved for business class. What I liked: modern design, spacious, great selection of alcohol, real champagne, peaceful and lots of plugs in. Great French or French inspired food items. What I didnt like: nothing. One of the good things in the otherwise horrible terminal 1.
Deplorable welcome by the person behind the desk. Barely hello. The lounge is clean but the choice of food is very limited (no cheese, no starters ...). no quiet corner, everything is very bright, complicated to rest there. The staff is at a minimum, one person serves the dishes, no one clears the tables or whatever. Not very comfortable overall. I will go my way next time.
Looks like Air France business lounge is one of the early built lounges. The setting, lighting and furnitures are a bit dated. Food was just ok and I definitely wouldnt recommend the pasta which was sitting in the pot too long and became too soft. Will try other 3 lounges at terminal 1 at JFK next time.
The Air France lounge is located on the air-side of terminal 1. The entrance to the lounge is near Gate 1. It is accessible by anyone with at least Air France Business class seat, Priority Pass, etc. Upon entering the lounge, the check-in desk is to the right. Air France offers a free 15-minute spa service from Clarins that is located to the right of the entrance. A waiting list is at the counter if you wish to use the service. The lounge has two floors, and it seems during my visit that the second floor was less crowded compared to the first floor. Both serve the same meals, snacks, and drinks. There is a large assortment of bread offerings, and they were all very tasty. Soups and sandwiches are also available. Bathrooms are also located on both floors. Overall, I had a great time in the lounge, and the staff was very friendly to everyone.
The place is way better than the Korean airline first class lounge. They had good selection of wine and champagne and also had nice finger food that actually tast good! I recommend spending your priority pass here or even pay for entering this lounge. Just so you know sometime this place is packed and you might not find a place to set but in that case just wait for a while and people will move on quickly!
After a long flight , I entered the lounge only yo be turned down by staff who was extremely rude and said because they are expecting a 100 people to come in ( the lounge by the way at the time I walked in was completely empty) they would not allow me in ; which let me to believe that since they had none they didn’t feel like catering yo one person ; I asked to use the restrooms and they directed me outside the lounge ; did not even mind apologizing or offering a to go bag ; I asked to speak to a manager and they said there is no manager on site ; pretty sketchy and couldn’t believe it ; at the same time I had no energy to fight it ans just leftExtremely disappointed at the level of low customer service
Very practical. Open bar, snacks you can have your dîner before your trip (it is still plane food so dont get your hopes up), so over all it is a nice place... But how on earth a lounge for people in business and first class have no hangers or closet to hang suits or dresses! How is that even possible!!! I dont get it
Decent, its a good place to relax for a few hours, but there isnt much of a option for food. Just cold meats, chips and cookies. But like I said if you just need a place that has a clean restroom and wifi. This is your place... Because the entire terminal 1 at JFK has nothing in it.
I had to travel with an injured knee and needed wheelchair service. Air France receptionist lady when I entered the lounge told me she will not call for wheelchair service when Im ready to leave the lounge to head to my gate. In a rude tone she stated to me So I dont know how your going to leave here to get to your gate. Felt like poor customer service and blatantly making anyone needing wheelchair service feel unwelcomed. Thankfully the kind lady pushing my wheelchair reassured me she will come back to get me & I was welcome to stay in the lounge if I wanted to. Limited food items but did have good beverage selection.
When I first walked into the AirFrance lounge I immediately felt the change from the chaotic JFK international terminal. The environment is calming and reception was friendly. Food was a bit spartan for a business lounge breads, 1 type of sliced cheese, unidentifiable deli meat, cereal, ramen noodles (what?), good yogurt. The drinks were another story! Nespresso machine with inadequate instructions, alcohol, wine, champagne!
You can access to 2 floors when you pass through the counter. The upper level that you can reach with an elevator is organized more like a dining room when you can dine before flihing to save sleep time. The ground level is a classic lounge with a good selection of magazines, a simple neat decoration a bit in a scandinavian flare with decent snacks and wine. You have many outlets but no USB.WIFI is ok but not blazing fast.
I was so excited to be in the lounge and finally left out of a terminal that I could use my priority pass. It was convenient and quiet but there wasnt a scrap of food left to eat and no seats so...havent been to many lounges but this one wasnt anything to go crazy for
Appreciable welcome but very unpleasant buffet staff and bordering on disrespectful! They should remember to clean and empty the tables regularly (as is done in other lounges)Food level, lack of choice. At 2 p.m.: no bread, no cheese, no butter (the minimum for a French clientele).
Since the Korean Airlines office operates from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm, we contacted the airfrance lounge. At the entrance there is an advertisement for skytim, there is Aeroflot on the list. An unfriendly, even boorish guy at the reception gave up at the entrance, citing special conditions. When asked which hall you can go to, I dont know, when asked why there is a skytim sign and Aeroflot is on the list, I answered: You heard WHAT I said, with special conditions. This is the bottom!
Air France Lounge Kennedy Airport, Air France Lounge Kennedy Airport at JFK Airport in New York, USA, has shower rooms, meals, drinks and alcohol, instant noodles, etc., large glass windows, you can see the AirTrain outside the window, the elevated road outside the airport, and the airport apron EVA Air, Japan Airlines and other flights. Previously, on the Longteng Travel VIP Card website, many Chinese travelers complained that they could not enter. This time I entered the Air France VIP lounge between 9 am and 10 am in 20180219 (after checking in at the JFK airport counter of EVA Air and going through the security check). There were not many passengers in this VIP room in the morning, but the number of passengers gradually increased at noon. Is a Japanese or Korean tourist.

2022-06-25Not sure Google got it correct as the Air France lounge seems to be separate from KLM. This is from Air France. Upstairs is very nice with great views over JFK. We ate before our flight and the food and service was very good. Drinks were top notch and most of food was very good. My wife’s risotto was excellent but my shrimp was way over cooked and very dry (otherwise I works have given five stars). Overall one of the better airport lounges.

2022-04-14The staff at the desk is unfortunately overwhelmed by a plethora of passengers making excuses to get into the lounge -not to mention upstairs. The downstairs area gets extremely crowded and busy as one too many of the aforementioned manage to get through using everything from a library card to “…I once flew premium economy in the early nineties”. I digress, if you’re on one of the Air France late flights it makes sense to dine on the ground and fly fast asleep; using the flatbed as intended. The meal service is a bit slow but oh how they fill those glasses to keep passengers happy (just remember to get down to your flight as they seem to announce boarding late). The lounge has lost the vibe it once had; clad with pictures of personalities on the tarmac, Air France in the background. Still a solid four star experience.

2022-06-29Probably the worst lounge I have been in my life. Food is minimal, dried over and tasteless. Where are the cheeses and charcuterie ? The place is dirty and missing some love and guidance. I was looking forward to visit the lounge with a business ticket where I believe the lounge is part of the experience. I am French an this is certainly not to French standard. The staff was unwelcoming and frigid to boot.

2022-05-07It’s the worst lounge in Jfk Airport It has two Levels and they segregate among the two levels one is full of food and beverages and the other is minimum drinks only The airline pays per passenger to enter not per sandwich

2022-02-17It was nice and the staff were very nice. If you decide not to have your meal on the flight they will serve it to you in the lounge. If you are eating on the plane, there are still food choices to be had - though nothing like the excellent food on the plane. Not a large space and def basic, but hey, you get to hide away from the crazy airport. Manage your expectations when visiting, it’s not an Emirates or Virgin Atlantic lounge like those in London or New York. Safe travels campers.

2022-05-01This was a let down when compared to the other lounges on terminal 1 . There was literally no food , just some snacks and chips . The expresso machine did not seem to work , and there were no staff present to clean the tables either

2022-06-16The spread of food and drink is not exhaustive but its good. Loved the champagne, pasta and chicken that was served during my visit. Good service by the staff as well.

2019-01-26No matter how you look at it, the Air France Lounge in New York JFK Airport would never be the most luxurious lounge, not by a long shot. However, it is a very well managed lounge and staffs are extremely friendly. I entered it through my Priority Pass membership. Strictly speaking, I could only get it after 11:00pm, and I was early, by about 15 minutes. Since there were only 2 lounge users inside the lounge, I was let in. I appreciated the flexibility. You cant really expect upscale restaurant food quality there, but the selection is more than enough for most people. I dont drink, so I couldnt comment on the alcohol selection, but there were enough beers there for a party. During my stay, the lounge was fairly quiet, but it might just be because it was late in the day (to be honest, if you can, you really should fly in weird hours these days to avoid the crowd). To summarize, this lounge is a quite pleasant resting place for people waiting to board.

2022-06-27Staff was very nice, food was tasty, and drink selection was good. But facilities were a bit cramped and older than expected.
