Well... This is neither the brand reputation nor the position AF wants to be in. AFs flag lounge in North America is a shame and entire embarrassment to AF (and to business travelers): torn, stained carpet, torn chairs, crowded lounge, tables are not cleaned (understaffed?), wearout towels in the shower...And for aviation fans:no view of the tarmacFood; at groud floor: limited dishes on the menue, simple basic dishes no varietyThis lounge needs urget renovation and expansion....So, why 3 stars? Because of the evening service offers the passenger to eat the same meal as on board, in the lounge, and sleep on board.The meal (same as served on board) was very good, - in a restaurant style format, - served on the second floor of the lounge.The evening service is the only shining star of this lounge: good food, and attentive service of the waiter.

No food, poor selection of drinks (no vodka) and the dinner served is warmed up old catering from the flights. Oh and stale bread to make it all go down. They do have White Claw in several flavors

I had an enjoyable experience as the food and beverages were very good. It is not the most relaxing lounge. Also, they really only cater to Air France travelers as the hours are ridiculous for non-Air France travelers.

It is ok. Food is served by staff. Staff is unfriendly. Lounge itself is spacious and pleasant. Horrible coffee

The AirFrance T1 lounge has a decent food selection for COVID times and a nice beverage/alcohol selection. Unfortunately, when I was there the lounge was full of families letting their children run around and yell. It was hard to find a seat with a power outlet so I attempted to sit upstairs when the lady behind the desks started yelling at me that I couldn’t go up there because it’s for another airline. I’m flying AirFrance, why are you restricting your customers from using your lounge?

The worst lounge I have ever tried. Orange, apples, and beverages. That’s all what they have. Air France level, nothing surprising.

If you’re priority pass don’t even waste your time. I’ve tried going to this lounge multiple times during their “open hours” and they always make up which hours they’re open for priority pass members. We were traveling on Christmas Day and tried going in when there was no body inside when they just opened. And they said they couldn’t accept us because their hours for priority pass is 5:30-7:30 meanwhile that’s not what shows on the priority pass app. Additionally the associates and manager had TERRIBLE customer service. It’s Christmas, I would expect better customer service.

3 stars lost - no reliable WiFi onsite. Was given the password which allowed us to connect but the connection was dead. Tried on two devices - same result. Makes Air France airline, the country of France, the JFK airport, and the USA look inept as WiFi is a necessity in todays world and is very easy to supply by a developed nation. There should not be an excuse to not have working internet.

Not gonna lie I did love this lounge!Loooots of food option and pleeeeeeeeeenty of alcohol. The coffee situation was even better. Your own nespresso to make your own coffee! Like how bomb is that?I know some of you might go and compare lounges. I get it. Hey, this wasn’t bad at all. My card includes it. Free food. Free guest. Free booze. Nice area to relax in. Really nice restrooms AND showers! Also not too crowded. It’s perfect!
