AIRE Ancient Baths New York in New York
Great luxury experience in the middle of the city. This was my second visit and I must say that though the baths are amazing and one of a kind, the staff falls short of aligning with the same value $$$ and experience you would expect. On both my visits, I came at 9 PM and was disappointed with the assistance in the womens changing room. I was locked out of my locker and questioned (as if I did not know what I was doing). I would recommend going at a different time earlier in the day to avoid the night drill sergeants cleaning on top of you rushing you out after your service.
Such a romantic date spot! And the baths are amazing. Of course, its cool to be in a spot where John Wick was filmed, as well. I also did a massage, which was phenomenal! I would definitely go back and their amenities in the bathrooms are great - always a nice perk! On the pricey side for only 2 hours, but 100% worth it.
Lovely place. My boyfriend bought me a package as a christmas gift, and the service we received was great. They have a variety of baths and a steam room that was nice to go into after the cold bath. A complimentary juice is included with the package which I enjoyed.Place was great but I am only rating them 3 stars because the first time there, we arrived at 9 pm for our experience and at around 10 pm someone told us that one of the masseuse had gotten sick and we would not be able to get the massages that day. They told us that they would book the full experience for us for any other day we wanted and so we did. We came back the following week and I was so excited for the massage but it was TERRIBLE. Honestly worst massage I’ve ever gotten. She kept massaging me with one hand and I could hear her dragging a chair around so she could sit down while massaging me. I just couldn’t believe how bad she was. It was the last thing from relaxing. Considering the amount spent for the experience, they need to hire professionals.
Reservation for 8a on a Friday and had the entire place to myself until other guests arrived an hour later but not crowdedLoved all the different baths but the one w the jets wasnt strong enough for me and the temp didnt feel like 95°.Eucalyptus steam room definitely a must Felt amazing on my skinMy massage therapist Sami was amazingShe listened to what my needs were and adjusted the pressure of the massage upon request. All of the other staff were exceptional as well.Very personable, courteous, professional and made me feel welcome.Special shout out to Noah, George andmy girl Carmen.Overall, I had a wonderful and one of a kind experience and definitely will become a regular guest.😊
Service and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Massage therapists knew exactly what they were doing, providing a full-body experience + hot towels and stones. Great variety of baths and amenities made this a wonderful couples experience. Will definitely be going back!
UPDATE: We had the chance to return to AIRE and I am happy to say the experience was completely different. Noticeably, juice was offered at the beginning to patrons. The attitudes of the employees were so much better and the customer service during the entire bath was great. Didnt feel rushed at all. In addition, there was a manager on the bottom floor of the baths making sure things were running properly. Management obviously took our feedback very seriously and made changes.***We’ve been to our fair share of fancy spas and bathhouses and this one was underwhelming and overrated. We booked a 9pm slot for the Pampering Duo and the whole experience felt so rushed. The servers kept telling us that we needed to do our massage and we did it after enjoying the spa for 40 minutes. After the 1-hr massage, they told us they are closing. That’s only 100 minutes! Where is the rest of our time? The website says 135 minutes total for this package. The servers also don’t take the initiative to provide you the fruit juice. You need to ask or they forget. So why did I prepay the tip again? This place is a great concept but very poorly managed. Definitely not the white glove service you would expect from such an upscale place. Probably the only great thing were the masseuses. The hot pools were average too.
Such an amazing experience. The baths are great and varied among temperatures. Quite an experience. All the staff are way more than nice and helpful. All of them were great. The 60 minute massage was also thorough and overly pleasant and highly enjoyable. The masseuse/massage therapist knew exactly what she was doing. Its somewhat expensive but well worth it. I did the Pampering Duo package with my husband. I want to experience the wine bath. That will be my next trip.
My husband and I went to the one in Seville Spain before Covid. We booked the NYC spa based on that experience and it did not disappoint. The building is beautiful. The entire experience was heavenly. Never, ever, ever pass on an opportunity to enjoy a thermal bath! Never!
Look, its a nice place but the the massages are a complete rip off.$700 for a couples package. The main massages were so lazy. We were actually bored during the entire thing. No technique, no pressure, barely even trying. They upcharge an additional $200 for a foot scrub / head massage. Avoid this it is a total waste. The foot scrub AND head scrub lasted 30 seconds COMBINED. He basically scratched my head with his finger for 10 seconds and moved on. The entire experience was a hilariously expensive joke.2 stars because the vibe is nice but not worth the money at all. I could have achieved the same level of relaxation by lighting a candle in my bathroom.
An amazing, immersive experience. Incredibly luxurious and relaxing, transports you away from the city just above. Great value for the cost, in my opinion. Staff is incredibly kind and locker room areas are stocked with top tier amenities. Would absolutely recommend and will be returning.
This place is nice and clean but definitely way over priced. I purchased a package for two that came with a massage, foot scrub and scalp massage. After only an hour at the baths the massage was lacking and both massaged didn’t have the scalp massage. It would have been nice to spend more time at the baths considering I spend more than $600.
Its a great place to come with a significant other or friend for a fun date. A few negatives: appreciate they wanting to keep it quiet so the atmosphere is nice, but then when I had my massage, I felt it wasnt. The massage is much less private than other spas as people in the whirlpool below can see you undress and you hear everything around you. A bit lonely and boring if solo
Mixed feelings experience.Got it as a gift. Had the live together experience. Lockers, bathrooms and dressing rooms are fine, could have been more clean. The bathroom was dirty and the showers still had old bubbles and all the floor was wet.First we had the pool experience. They had a salty one, a jacuzzi, a hot one, 2 icy, 1 room temperatura and a sauna. It was nice. Too much people. There were like 20 or more people going around the pools. I wished it was more relaxing. Also a bit worried about covid. The jacuzzi one smelled like chlorine and made my eyes hurt. The salty one was great but so full of people that you couldn’t relax properly. Then had the couple massage that were awesome. They use oil and the pressure was great. Then went back to the locker area to change and have a shower. The cleaning lady was cleaning the shower next to mine at that time, it was not pleasant, and she wanted to pick up my towels quickly. It was like they were rushing me to leave.
Best massage of my life, hands down. I have tons of knots in my back that my massage therapist spotted and worked out with ease. I also like how I didn’t feel rushed - sometimes at spas I feel rushed during the massage or in the common areas, but Aire made me feel comfortable and at-ease from the second I entered to the second I left. The baths are incredible. They have a whirlpool bath, normal bath, hot bath, cold baths and a salt bath. My favorite was the salt bath - floating in the salt bath while hearing the music through the water was one of my highlights.I recommend going with a partner, this is an intimate experience! But of course you can enjoy by yourself, as well.
Just don’t pay for the massage. It’s mediocre at best. I paid for the grand experience that was supposed to include a foot massage, never happened. Wayyyy too much time was spent on the scrub. Definitely wasn’t 70 mins of full body massage. Truly not worth it. Everything else about the place is quite lovely. The ambiance is amazing and the pools are quite worth while. The Dead Sea pool is amazing. Just don’t pay their prices for a mediocre massage.
What an experience! Staff is extremely polite, they will walk you through the experience explaing all the tubs. If you forget your swimsuit they have one available.Had The Holistic Ritual service which was an hour bath so much fun, great for couples or individuals, then a 45 min massage and 15 min scrub. Thought the massage was ok. This is an experience everyone should try!
I love Aire, when I lived in the city I would treat myself to an afternoon in the baths every once in awhile. The atmosphere is unbeatable and the staff are attentive and friendly. I appreciate how much they do in the locker rooms to keep them so clean, so when you’re fresh out of the baths, you still feel like it’s part of the experience. Pro tip - book yourself at a time that will be low attended - you can call them directly and ask for a day/time that isn’t super busy. It’s super relaxing when there are fewer people. This is a wee bit snobby of me, but part of what I like about it is how quiet it is, and the staff are very clear that this isn’t the spa to come and chat in with your friends. My complaints about Aire are more about the other guests being loud, and the couples that hole up in corners of the pools making it extremely awkward to move freely in the baths for fear of like, interrupting their super secret couple time, or whatever. I get that you’re here for a romantic time, but, other people are here and it’s not your hotel room. I would appreciate it if there were some guidelines from Aire/code of conduct just so we all are on the same page. (Sorry to rain on your parade if you are one of those couples but it’s super awkward)
It was my first time going to Aire and I absolutely adored it. The salt pool was extremely calming and going from the cold bath to the warm one was extremely refreshing for me. The steam room honestly opened up my lungs a lot and was really necessary for my breathing. The people who work there are very kind and attentive. The drinks were really great as well. I can’t wait to go back again soon! If you haven’t been it’s definitely worth going!
I went with my fiancé and the staff was very professional and kind. It was our first time there and the staff did a great job of explaining all the pools and accommodations. It is pricy being around $600 for a couples massage and a 1-hour experience of the pools, but if you have the money... It is an experience I would do over and over again.
Relaxing and calm space, with a high quality of finish. Not too crowded when we there there - one or two other people in each pool with us at a time. The level of pool cleaning chemicals in the air was fairly high, so people like me with sensitive eyes may find it uncomfortable.
Terrible experience and money down the drain. My partner got me a (very expensive) massage for my birthday. I was prompted to book online but there were no available times. I emailed and was told they only had weekday slots and even those were many weeks out. I asked for my partner to be refunded. They ignored me multiple times. Total scam.
Hands down one of the best and most memorable experiences I’ve had in NY. I’ve been wanting to go to Aire since I traveled to Sevilla years ago, but never was able to get in. This trip to NYC I booked my boyfriend and I the 75 minute massage package and it was absolutely incredible. I wish I had been able to take pictures but I will say being unplugged for the few hours was a luxury in itself, allowed us to truly be in the moment and take in the full experience. I feel like if they did allow photos people would go only to post it “for the gram” and it would disrupt the overall ambiance of the space. The staff was great, the space is absolutely gorgeous and our couples massage was fantastic. I had Tina who was so thorough and did a phenomenal job. I am usually a tough critic when it comes to my massages and she surpassed all my expectations. I really appreciated they also gave us the full 75 minutes hands on. A lot of spas I’ve visited have not, and include the dressing portion in the massage time. It was worth every penny and I cannot wait to go back next time I am in town! It is a new must have for us on every visit moving forward. Thank your Aire!!
It was the best spa that I have been. The place is magical. From the moment you step in you can feel the relaxing atmosphere. The service is absolutely amazing, the therapists were professional and thw baths were from other era. If you are into spa but not for regular one but something special go a head and visit this place. I will never forget it, from start to finish it was perfect!
Amazing aroma in this tribeca spa. There are over five salt baths for you and your partner to enjoy. All of the staff is very friendly and accommodating. After spending time in the baths, I had an excellent massage from Kaysla who has been working here for over a year, and has been in the industry for about 6 years. I would definitely recommend her as well.
Unfortunately its an almost, positioned as a luxurious place but in reality its an almost, the tea was cold, only a single restroom was working on the ladys side, the place smaller than it looks and as so feels crowded, we had to wait for an available seat in the sauna, and for our turn in the salt shower. I have to note that the massage was professional and great.
My wife booked us for the baths and a 1 hour massage. It was an amazing experience. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The ambiance was so relaxing and welcoming. It really felt like you were back in ancient times. The changing rooms were clean and had everything you needed. I highly recommend trying it.
Very neat experience. We did the massage and bath experience. Massage was nice and the different baths were really cool. There are baths of varying temperatures and a sauna. The salt bath was fun since you float effortlessly. Only thing was all the customers pretty much got out at the same time and lockers are extremely close together. This made getting changed uncomfortable since youre so close to someone else. Like a tighter 7th grade locker room. People were also coming in and getting into their robes. I got claustrophobic and got out a fast a I could.
The ambience of this place is amazing. I booked the renew together for my husband and I. We really did enjoy our experience here, the massages were great. My masseuse Christian was wonderful. The only negative was the attendant who greeted us outside of the locker rooms. She was not friendly at all, when we had to use the bathrooms in the locker rooms (there are no bathrooms in the main bath area) she had an accusatory tone like we were sneaking back in somehow. It was very unprofessional.
This is a truly gem. Gorgeous place, very quiet and relaxing. Plenty of pools options from salt water to ice water. Steam room, wine bath, tea and cold water. Batrooms are fantastic, plenty of room to change, great bath products, swimsuit dryer. Overall a great experience.
You know how they say quality over quantity? Well Aire have never changed since day one I have seen it open and in service. The best Spa in Manhattan hands down! Best services and what an opening experience and a getaway from the city. This place is relaxing romantically, artistically, physically, mentally, spiritually. If you never been, dont listen to no body and just go!
Treated my husband to the athlete ritual before our half marathon race. We were pleasantly surprised with all the services offered. We went in stressed and overworked from our jobs and life and came out relaxed and more connected to one another. We really enjoyed our whole experience from start to finish. The staff were very helpful. I highly recommend!
Went last week for a fourth time. I’ve only ever done the baths (no massages), but the baths alone are worth it.Locker rooms are incredibly clean, locker room staff are friendly and funny but they’re not intrusive and done chat with you unless you engage, which is nice if you just want quiet time to yourself. There are plenty of supplies in the locker rooms, pretty much anything you might need - brushes, lotion, q-tips, hair gel, hair elastics… There’s also a swimsuit dryer, which is fantastic. Throw your almost dry suit in a bag they provide and head out without worrying it’ll damage whatever you have in your bag.The baths are lovely, it’s hard to believe you’re in the city when you’re down there. My favorite is going back and forth between the hot pool and the cold plunge pools. Lounge around in the body temp pool. The floating pool is amazing and you can really get lost and blissed out in there if you completely let yourself relax. The salt scrub is GREAT - I totally want a giant pile of salt in my bathroom so I can replicate this experience. I don’t really go in the bubbly pool; it’s hard to relax and hard to stay put in one spot, but I like that it’s in its own little glass enclosure. Steam room is nice, but could be hotter.Typically the clientele are quiet and respectful of the vibe. This last visit there were a couple groups of people that were loud and obnoxious and the staff had to speak with them multiple times. When we left I mentioned it to the manager because it really wasn’t the experience we paid for; he was very understanding and immediately made it right, which we very much appreciated.I’ll keep going back, and would love to visit the other ones around the world. I wish they had monthly passes!
This was such a great experience. I booked the ancient baths thermal tour only with no massage and it was still amazing. I would’ve loved a massage as well but unfortunately there were no time slots for massages available when I booked. The baths were sooo relaxing. I even dipped into the cold ones and I didn’t think I would have the courage, but I just felt so good I went for it.But overall great experience from start to finish. Staff and locker room attendant were great! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would visit here again.
I came to this place with my husband for our anniversary over the MLK weekend. We were ready to feel relaxed. However, 15 min into our experience we go into the large back pool and there was a used tampon in the water. It was really disgusting because there had been a couple in the corner of that pool being too touchy a few minutes before. I immediately advised staff about this incident and walked to another pool. I thought they would close the pool to clean it. Well they did not. They let that tampon stay there and when we returned to the pool, not only was the tampon there but it seem like others had stepped on it and now there was bloody footsteps around the pool. These bloody footsteps were also in another pool. I got so disgusted and left. I couldn’t believe the staff didn’t take care of it as soon as I had reported it. I complained on my way out and only got a free juice as a way of apologizing. I paid so much for a horrible disgusting experience. I will not be coming back.
This was my husband and I first visiting this beautiful spa. From walking in to walking out the service we had was AMAZING. We had a purchased the couples package. After we checked in we were escorted to the locker rooms. There were 2 attendees in the locker room to assist with everything. I put on my swim suite and the provided very soft robes and water slippers. After we were done in the locker rooms we were given a juice menu. We choose what beverage we wanted and then were escorted to the baths. There were several different kinds, my 2 favorite happened to be the floating bath and room temperature bath. Each bath is different temperature and all help different ways. When I tell you this part was beyond amazing, I mean it!!!! After thr baths an associate called each couple 1 at a time to escort them to their masseuse. After meeting our masseuse we given instructions to prepare for our massages and foot scrub. The room was very soothing relaxing and my massage was just what I needed l. She was able to knock out all of my knots in my back and shoulder and I left there feeling so refreshed.
This was the most wonderful experience. The staff who welcomed me and the tour guide were so kind and friendly. Best spa hospitality I’ve experienced so far. The amenities are great, you only have to bring a bathing suit and everything else is provided for you. The baths aren’t overcrowded at all and the atmosphere is amazing and really takes you out of nyc for a few hours. I can’t wait to go back again.
AIRE promises an unforgettable time through sensations across various baths with water temperatures that transport you to ancient Roman, Greek and Ottoman days. Well, yes and no. My partner and I were there for the 132 min (each) experience combining bath and massage. When we arrived at Aire in an absolutely beautiful historical building in Tribeca, we were shown the change room with robe and silicon-grip footsies. After changing into our swimsuits and donning the robe and the pair of footsies, we went down to the basement pool-spa baths, salt-bath that makes you float, the hot jacuzzi, and steam room. A few minutes here and a few minutes there, soon our names were called and we climbed the stairs for a quick towel dry and the 60-min massage. We really enjoyed the totally relaxing massage. After that, we went downstairs to the steam room and back to the change-shower area. Aire seems to be a hot-on relaxation favourite with executives and just about anybody who could afford its >US$200 pp fee. Apart from free hot tea or a cold citrus-infused water, a fruit-based drink from the menu could set you back by US$15. The baths-massage fee seems to be on the high-side as theres really nothing so special about all, except the salt bath and a pile of salt near the open shower where you can rub salt all over your body and face and feel how good it is for your skin after a quick hot water shower. Aire certainly has snob appeal and it was a wonderful experience. A wish list ticked off.
An amazing immersive experience but this is mainly a couples only venture. It took me a month to book it for just myself. No phones past the locker room so thats why I didnt post photos. A friendly amazing staff, I had an excellent massage just the way I like it. It is expensive so book it for that oh so special occasion. They provide trunks if you dont have them, water shoes and wash rags. Soap, shampoo, and lotion but I highly recommend you bring your own. Overall a great experience and definitely worth the price of admission.
I enjoyed my bath and my experience here but honestly the attendant in the bathroom completely ruined my mood. I asked for another towel and she acted like it was too much to ask of her. Idk? She was way nicer to the other ladies for the other reasons not sure if they were regulars and that’s why but really strange behavior and bad vibes to end it with. Probably wouldn’t go again because of that
We really enjoyed our stay at AIRE! My wife and I went for our wedding anniversary today and they did an amazing job with our service experience. The gentleman in the men’s locker room was a great guy and so supportive in his service approach. I also enjoyed our massages and the bath experience! Job well done AIRE!
Great place and ambiance. We really enjoyed the baths. However, given the reputation of the establishment and the price of services, we had expectation ito have skilled massage therapists. We had a special massage booked but it was terrible.Thats extremely disappointing
Really a waste of money and time! I’ve been the less expensive spa’s and had a wayyy better experience. The locker room was overcrowded I felt like I was at a YMCA. The entire place is one large room with a couple of hot tubs and pools. That is it. The steam room was broken. We paid for a couples message and the room we had message in was right over a pool in the main area and the entire 45 minutes message we could what conversation super loud from the pool area. The message was okay, nothing special for the price. The staff was rude. Just a stupid experience overall. Save your money.
I purchased a combo massage and pool swim experience. You swim for 30 min in the pools, which are truly lovely, then have a massage and then are able to swim again. You dont know when they will come get you for your massage because they find you once the therapist frees up, so I was caught in a cold pool, and then only had a thin robe to sit in (they didnt even give a towel for wet hair) and was told to wait in a cold hallway til the therapist called me in. I waited there for 15 min. This chilled me to the bone, gave me chicken skin and I started to shiver. I wondered why they pulled me out early just to sit and wait freezing. I was so looking forward to the massage, but the massage therapist was mediocre and had no interesting technique. For the high price point, I was expecting a more trained and talented therapist. It was also extremely short (probably because the long wait) and felt like more like a massage factory filtering people through, rather than providing a therapeutic, healing moment. Beautiful place though and the staff was friendly... maybe youll have a better experience, I hope so.
Beautiful spa, we booked the tandem package. We got a 1 hr massage and then spent time in the baths. 1 bath was warm water, one hot, one cold. Another bath was room temp with massaging jets. Last bath was salt water bath like the dead sea, this was fun because you can float. Really a great experience. They had everything you needed in the locker room area. Just bring a swimsuit and a mask.
This place has a great atmosphere of peace and tranquility. The lobby is immaculate with hot tea waiting for guests. They actually called me prior to my appointment to confirm I was running on time. Once entering they showed me to a changing room with lockers. They provide towels, robes, slippers, etc. There are a couple baths with differing temperatures and a cold pool so you can do a water circuit. Overall an amazing experience.
Aire is such a relaxing and tranquil spa. The prices are very reasonable for the amenities they provide. My BFF and I enjoyed the 2 hour bathing session with a 30 minute massage. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I would suggest that new comers request information about the different baths prior to starting their sessions; its a bit difficult to read the signage next to the pools--- space is dimly lit.
Came here with my boyfriend. We booked a massage so this includes in the package 1 hour to roam the baths (hot, cold, salt, warm, whirlpool, & steam room) followed by an hour massage. We were super relaxed by the end of the experience here. The decor suits well and immerses you in this place that gives a moorish feel. It’s like a spa playground or candy store, if you will. Water and hot tea is available as well in lovely ornamented tea kettle. The massages were very good and I was very satisfied with the technique. Felt extremely blissful and relaxed after! If I were to provide feedback this is what I’d say:- locker rooms are great, but I think the lockers should have a hook inside as well to hang purses etc. the hanger did not have the “pant” bar/holder which I think would be very convenient as not to leave your clothes folded on top the towel you will later be using for a shower.- a change of robes/slippers between baths and massage. We had to use the same cold robes after the massage/relaxation and that was like a jolt back to reality town. (Kind of a buzzkill!)- warmer temp in the locker roomsOverall I’d totally come back here again and we have already started talking about what we will do next time! Thanks for an amazing experience.
This was one of the most magical spa moments ever! I had the loveliest time. The ambience is wonderful, soft lighting, underground, extremely relaxing. My massage was fantastic. Just what I needed after an 8 day conference. The lockers are extremely clean and the entry space is friendly and inviting. I would highly recommend a visit.
Amazing experience. Totally worth it. Been there in a weekday and the place wasn’t crowded at all, although it never really gets crowded because they accept a max of 14 people for time slot. Everything is clean and they assist you thought the experience and give everything you might need. A M A Z I N G
I was elated to visit the spa for my birthday. I booked my package ahead of time and did not regret it. The ambience is entrancing. Bathing suits, robes, shoes, and shower caps are included! I felt comfortable with the secured locker system. The massage was deeply relaxing. I fell asleep for the 90-minute experience. The manager was extremely discrete and helpful In helping with my query. I don’t recall her name but I do remember that she is a February Pisces. The baths were great as well. My personal favorites were the salt water and hot pools. I personally wish I had the room all to myself! Staff offered me a beverage upon arrival and were very helpful. From locker staff and administration, I was pleased with my experience. I look forward to returning with friends next time.
Apparently the hostess doesn’t know what a sauna is :) but the place has a steam-room that is not properly designed… overall experience is ok if you want to spend time in heated pools, the salted one is really good when the music is right lol… otherwise I would the owners in Spain to reduce the fee and create a proper steam-room!
The girls who gave massage was amazing ! I cant remember her name. Wanna say billy... but that dont sound right.. non the less, she made me feel like a whole new person. The staff was really friendly and attentive. The different bath was really nice. Its wasnt overly crowded. I enjoyed myself a lot.
After experiencing other AIRE locations, this one was a slight letdown. We went for a post-marathon treatment, which was supposed to be focused on the legs, but both masseuses did a pretty standard full body massage. When visiting the baths, employees were rolling trash bins through the area and having somewhat loud conversation. We also found a vape cartridge in one of the baths and exposed wires (thermometer maybe?) hanging from the ceiling in the sauna. This location has all of the right pieces to create an incredible experience, but seems to need a bit more attention to detail from their management. For an amazing AIRE experience, I highly recommend the Barcelona location.
This place is incredible! Came out feeling brand new. Make sure you alott at least a half hour to get ready after the baths and take advantage of all the amenities. Would definitely recommend this place for a girls get away or even a romantic experience with your SO.
The room where the baths were was so unbelievably hot and humid I was overheating just from being in the 97 degree baths, or sitting in the hydration area that had a heated seat. The other baths that were hot I was unable to use because the entire building is sweltering. Had to take a cold shower to cool down. Would be nice if they had a bath that was pool temperature instead of only a freezing cold bath. Massage was not great, had better massages at a local hand and stone. Overall for the price it wasn’t worth it as we couldn’t enjoy the hot tubs or steam room. Salt bath was cool to float in. Dressing rooms were very clean and staff was great, but having to change in the open locker room is remnant of high school days. No where private to change out of bathing suit.
Love the pools. Have been coming here for years. The only thing I dislike about the spa is the locker room. Maybe no big deal to some but there is no privacy whatsoever so you have to change in front of everyone including spa attendants and certain attendants are very rude and too aggressive for what is supposed to be a relaxing environment. My last visit felt like I was in a prison locker room lol!
If Im being completely honest the massage is similar to what youd get at any standard massage parlor in China. The atmosphere of the baths section is pretty special though. Sad that the steam room was closed due to covid. I dont think Id do it again at the current price point. A relaxing experience nonetheless.
My first time there and the staff was great. The facility is beautiful and very clean. I didnt get to a chance to experience there massage services due to a computer error. 😫 However, Mr. Duran was able to ease my disappointment and booked me for a future date. I did get to use the facility various bath pools. My favorites were the salt bath, hot pool, & cold plunge.Looking forward to going back for the full experience 😀 in a few weeks.
O M G!!! Every year for our anniversary the Mr. and I do a spa day. This was so different than anything weve ever done and it was incredible!!! The dead sea float pool was my personal favorite. I left all my stress and tension behind. We will be back!!! What an experience
So I received an early birthday gift for the Wine bath experience and it was great! I enjoyed rocking the red robe and felt like a Queen. The wine bath area was beautiful and really relaxing. I enjoyed getting a few wonderful pictures with me in a tub full of WINE! Lol, what’s not to love. The staff was great and overall great experience. There were a few things that I noticed. So this was not any of the staff’s fault however I noticed that while I was having my wine bath experience which is in a private room, two people tried to come in. When I left the room of the wine bath i noticed that the room next to it says private but mine didn’t. I guess wine bath room also needs a Private room sign because people lack common sense. Another thing was i think the wine experience could have been a little longer. Then while soaking in the bath area, in two different pools there were minor issues. One of the baths made my skin super sensitive. So if you have sensitive skin avoid the salt bath. My eyes were burning a bit after and I did not even dunk my head under or anything. Also the pool with the super jets ( it was my favorite), you really need to hold onto that railing because there is a step that people kept missing. I at least saw three people including myself lose balance because of that sneaky step. Lol. Otherwise wonderful experience, massage, wine bath was amazing and everything was great.
From start to finish, a delightful experience. I got to the spaa bit early. I was checked in and escorted to the changing area. I got a tour and after was taken to the pools.I relaxed for about 45 minutes before it was time for my treatment. My masseuse was super proficient. After a few minutes I was fast asleep. After my massage and scrub, I went back to the relaxation of rhe pools. An evening well spent. The facility was clean, and the staff were professional, friendly and very efficient.
An experience all onto itself! The location was truly exceptional, also very well maintained and clean. The staff took full care of me both inside the locker room and out. Aire encompasses what a true luxury spa experience should be from start to finish. As a result I will be booking my next experience next month and for the foreseeable future
PROS: The ambiance was lovely. Staff was attentive. Female locker room attendant was helpful. Not crowded, enforced safety protocols for COVID.CONS: The couples massage has left my partner and myself in pain. It was not relaxing at all. The jacuzzi was cold. The chlorine in the jacuzzi and salt bath made me and my partner’s skin itch and uncomfortable. No special rates even though the steam and sauna room amenities are closed. Spent roughly $400 before tip for 2 adults- 45min bath 45min massage. My time there seemed a little rushed. My reservation stated I would have a total of 120 min, I arrived 15 min early for check in and did not get the full time for my experience. Overall value wasn’t worth it in my opinion.
This location was amazing. We got the wholistic ritual massage by Debbie. She gave me the best massage. Perfect pressure, and enjoyed the head to toe, scrub and rub! The baths were perfect. Not crowded everyone kept their distance and they were maxed at 5 people per bath. Will def be returning.
Relaxing experience beginning to end. It was clean and staff was friendly. All 6 pools were great and I love that it was so quiet for a Saturday evening. They only book a few people an hour so youre never around alot of people at once and masks are required when going to each pool. Massage therapist are amazing!
This place is literally my heaven on earth. If you enjoy quiet and stillness and water, this place is for you. I was there for 2 hours and literally could have stayed the whole day, if not longer! I took a turn in all of the pools, but the floating one was my favorite. Definitely expensive, but worth it. I wish we had one in Boston!
This spa is AMAZING! Like no complaints at all.The only thing I would nitpick at is that they don’t allow phones which defeats the purpose of you want to show off your experience and the temperatures of the baths weren’t accurate. Like the 96 degree felt more like 75-80. But man was this well needed. My masseuse was Michael I believe and I got all the nooks and crannies ! Definitely recommend !
Appt. For 3. By the time we got downstairs it was about 320. They only have four baths. We purchased the tandem. They came to get us at 4 for our massages and took our bath bracelets so we no longer had access to the baths. Massages were done and we were escorted to the locker room at 4:57. Fastest $650. Ever spent to play in water. This place is over priced and they rush you out. Go to Sojo day spa in Edgewater.
I loved it here! I did the Holistic Ritual for my birthday and I found their prices to be pretty reasonable for what I got. I looked at other spas that didnt have the pools and cost as much as I paid just for a massage. I liked getting to go on a Monday; the pools were fairly uncrowded and made it easy to relax. I dont think Id want to go on a weekend if there were too many people using the pools but on a weekday, its so calm, zen, and serene. My massage, body scrub, and hair treatment were all done by Ken, and he is AWESOME. What a fantastic massage! Their locker rooms and showers are also lovely and every person who works there is extremely polite and helpful. I love that they even dry your swimsuit for you before you leave. I would absolutely go back!
Came here for a massage for the new year and it was a great experience! Extremely clean facilities, there was always a staff member in the locker room area disinfecting and cleaning. The massage was great with Veronica, and the pools were great afterwards. Will def be back!
The design, decor, and ambiance are very nice, which is why I gave it some stars. The services are at best average. I realized the following:When I hire a therapist from thumbtack, the therapist gets $160 for ninety minutes and tries for 90 minutes to do a good job so that I hire them again. Here on the other hand, regardless what I pay, the therapist works by the hour and couldnt care less if I come back again. My wife and I had two different therapists, we both had the identical impression.
I took my best friend here for a girls spa trip and it was definitely beautiful inside and fun but not at all worth 500$. I went to the aire in Seville, Spain and had a 100x better experience. Baths were just ok.. not up to par from what Spain had. In addition, the experience was very rushed and massages were way to average to be paying that much. It was just ok. The woman working the locker room was also hovering over us the whole time it would be nice to have a little space... come here strictly for the experience but if your looking for a real good massage this is not the place.
Fantastic experience, from beginning to end. The staff was excellent, especially the attendants in the womens locker room. This is an experience that everyone should treat themselves to, as it was well worth it. I can only speak to the baths as I did not get a massage, but the baths were phenomenal especially the heated pool. Left with glowing skin, and feeling like I was walking on air. Definitely considering making this an annual tradition.
Came here for a relaxing dip and massage a week before our wedding. Pools were nice but massage was definitely not worth what we paid. The wood on the headrest was loose and kept digging into my face. Told masseuse, but no adjustments were made. Barely enjoyed a single minute of massage before it was over. Was told that a manager would be reaching out to us the next day via phone. Have still not received a call more than two weeks later. Nice place, but expect better quality / service for $.
I went here for a quick relaxing getaway.Well it did the job!2 hours spent here were more than enough, it was a quiet, clean environment.Staff was extremely friendly & helpful navigating. And oh MY my 30 minute massage was HEAVEN.If you are looking for a unique experience in NYC, I would recommend this place(No pics to share, because no phones allowed!)
I absolutely love this place. I have only ever been during Covid so I don’t know how it was before that. Each time I’ve been the service has been excellent and the staff has been super friendly. They are very Covid-respectful which I appreciate as a physician. We always get a massage along with the baths and it’s always so relaxing. Highly recommend.
Amazing experience... perfect relaxation after work! The location is grande and extremely clean. Multiple pools (different temperatures), couples massage room with amazing masseuses (maybe we got luck but they were awesome!), and the staff are all very friendly (especially the male changing room attendant). The experience: 30 minutes massage but you’re there for 2 hours first soaking in the baths or in the steam room (which wasn’t hot enough for my Russian blood), then you’re called to a private room for the massage.
The baths are outstanding. The pools are really nice and it is not crowded (at least during the week). They had live music, which was a nice bonus and the baths simulate the old Roman baths, really beautiful. That said, we had booked the special experience with wine soaking and this is the part I didnt love, for the price we paid I would have liked the experience to be perfect, but it wasnt. Taking this experience into account here are the pros and cons:Pros- staff was very attentive and very nice- baths/pools are amazing- dressing rooms are nice, clean and fully equiped- Overall experience is nice, ambience in the baths is relaxing and everything is clean- Live music- wine and cheese with the wine soaking is niceCons- The transition between the wine soaking and the massage feels rushed. No time to relax, which kind of defeats the purpose- You cant go back to the private room after the massage, which is interesting, given there wasnt anybody there after us- They dont ask you whether you want male or female therapist, huge miss for the price you are paying- The massage is flat... I could honestly do that massage, no real technique. Also they ask if there is anything you want them to focus on, but they dont really take it into account, so not sure why even bother asking....? Also the pillows werent even in the right place....for the price we paid this was a huge disappointment- The order is backwards i/m/o they should start with the massage instead of the soaking. Having a massage wet was not my favourite- They gave us extra wine and cheese after the massage. While it was nice, it fet really awkward having to drink it in the middle of the baths, rather than being able to go back to our private room- The baths get loud sometimes. They might need to take extra care making sure people are respecting the relaxing mood. It was difficult to relax during the massage with people chatting outsideSo overall, if you are looking for a spa and going to the pools, this place is perfect. If you are looking for something more private or for a massage, I think this is too expensive for what you get. I would not repeat the experience, but I would go back to the baths.
Such a relaxing experience. The baths include a salt water pool, salt to scrub your body with, jet pool, hot/cold combo pool, lounging pool, steam room and seating area to enjoy tea or water. The bath experience is 1 hour in total and not guided. I recommend going with one other person otherwise you might get bored being alone the whole time. Just know that if you have a massage, they first ask you to go to the bath area and then they come and get you once your masseuse is ready. If you have any time remaining from the 1 hour bath time, they allow you to go back until.
Although we had some mishaps with our reservation, we had a great experience at AIRE. We received exceptional service from all of the teammates (Sandy, the locker attendants, etc.) and that is really what made our experience stand out. We are so appreciative of our time at AIRE and will definitely be back in the future to experience the deep relaxation this place has to offer.I also must mention that I felt totally comfortable with the way they took COVID-19 precautions.
The place looks beautiful nice ambiance. Massage was great. Too expensive for the use of the pools and 1 hour massage. It was given to me as a Gift. The ladies locker room was very clean. However they did not have enough blow dryers 3 in all.No moisturizer for the face or cotton balls. The light on the make up lamps was not working. Two hand held lamps only worked. No tissues. I was told they have everything we need to get ready after wards. I went prepared luckily. I brought my own flat iron. The lady next to me complained hers was not warming up. The staff at the front desk was supper nice.Over all relaxing. Too many people in the spa and pools at the same time. Too much commotion.
An overall tremendous, relaxing and wonderful experience. The ambiance is very chill and dim with light pools and real candlelight. The music is just right for relaxing, too. The facility itself is very well kept and the staff are polite and attentive. My massage was very good but not quite what I had asked for thus only 4 out of 5 stars but, still a definite reccommendation 👍👍
I went for the first time yesterday and had a great experience. I spent an hour in the baths, which are very clean and beautiful, and had a 60 minute massage, which was among the best Ive had anywhere. As a slightly skeptical NYC resident, I found the theme and decor to be more reminiscent of a nightclub than a high-end spa, but I was eventually won over by the uniquely relaxing experience that you wont find anywhere else in the city. The masseur was excellent, but the service staff dont quite live up to delivering a top spa experience - some were wonderfully trained while others felt like they worked at a gym.
This place is just AMAZING! It’s a great experience since you step your foot there. Every single person working there is very friendly and helpful.Very spacious bathrooms and locker room. The pools are great and my massage was excellent!!!!I went on a Saturday and surprisingly it was not crowded.
My wife and I visited Aire the a second time, to take a much needed respite. We spent a relaxing 3 hours in this fantastic hidden gem. If youre looking for a quaint, intimate, upscale, great/polite staff and serene spa then this is the place to visit. We enjoyed a wonderful couples massage by Billy and Nick after enjoying the many different heated and cold pools. Huge shoutout to the lounge attendants, they were extremely personable. Thanks Aire for the much needed reset.
This place is amazing! A good friend gifted me a session and I was thoroughly impressed. There are different temp baths, a steam room and a hot marble. I had a 60 min massage that made me feel like a new person. Jenny I believe was my massage therapist. Its worth a visit if you need to relax and cant get away from the city.
A dream land come to life. I enjoy the baths and the massage was heavenly. Felt well care for and it is very private - I actually went to a corner myself and hid from my partner for awhile (playing hide & seek) lol. We had a great romantic time there. I recommend this place for couples and singles.
Got a family member a gift card for the bath package (no massages or extras). It was surprisingly super relaxing! Check in was quick, the locker rooms are fully stocked with anything you may need after a treatment and all the employees were nice and helpful. It wasnt packed but Id suggest trying to go at an odd time to get even less people. We ended up there with a ton of couples and some acted more appropriate than others. Nothing horrible but some of the pools are small and it gets pretty awkward when one couple decides to cozy up in the corner!
Very good, although some parts of the customer experience could be improved:It took 4 phone calls and 30 minutes to book with a gift card. When you come in they dont really explain what the different baths and aromatherapy are, nor what the history of the place is. However the space is grand, the staff very attentive, the baths are very relaxing and the massages were truly excellent!
Received a bath session as a birthday present this year. BEST PRESENT EVER! The staff is extremely friendly and the bath area is incredible. You can float in the salt bath, rest in the Jacuzzi, go for a hot bath, then freezing cold dip. A neat maze pool that is insanely relaxing and makes you feel like youre royalty in a Game of Thrones castle. The saunas were great with the eucalyptus steam. 10/10, will come again!
Amazing place to relax, felt calm and re-energized afterwards. Really loved the thousand springs pool -- its just an amazing massage for your muscles. The ambience was lovely and music just right. Great staff! Went on a weekday afternoon so it wasnt very crowded which made it even better! Highly recommended as a unique experience for yourself or as a gift. They will remember you :)
I really enjoyed Aire and was very relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. The employees were very polite and they even had music being played by performers for us. Me and my friend booked an appointment pretty late and it wasnt that crowded. We loved the whirlpool and my favorite was the hot temperature pool and steam room. I also tried the cold pool which was very cold but felt good! We also had a 45 min massage which was okay. It started off good, but my therapist (Brittney or Briana I think that was her name) kept hitting my bun while massaging my shoulder and neck (my hair was braided in a bun). She also was pressing down on top of my legs pretty hard which are sensitive. I get massages regularly and mines just felt like she was rubbing oil/lotion on me. Sometimes she would stop during the massage to step away for some reason. I dont know what she was doing. My friend enjoyed her therapist though. We loved that they dry your bathing suit after you leave and offer tea and water. We love the scenery. It was very serene.
The customer service on arrival was pretty bad. Totally disorganized and not attentive, even though it wasnt that busy. The baths are pretty nice. However, despite the Silence signs posted everywhere, the staff doesnt do a good job of enforcing the rule. There were a few people that were incredibly loud and made it difficult to relax in the space. Also, the massage was pretty bad. I asked for strong pressure and it barely felt like she was touching me, even after I asked her to increase the pressure. She clearly wasnt trained and my back wound up hurting more after the massage than it did before.
You MUST go!!! It was a wonderful and serene experience. We had thermal bath and 60 min massage combo. It was worth EVERY. SINGLE. DIME. The staff is extremely friendly and are highly skilled. There are several different thermal and chilled pools and an eucalyptus steam room. My skin is radiant and soft. Im so relaxed. I will certainly visit again in the near future.
This place is absolutely beautiful. Super clean and simple yet incredibly ethereal. You feel like youre in an Incredibly old city from the past. Id recommend going with someone, a friend, oror romantic partner, but Ive also been on my own and had a perfectly lovely experience. Believe it or not the freezing ice cold plunge is a really amazing experience. Worth a trip.
My experience here was just okay. The locker rooms felt cramped and the room with the baths was a bit too dim for my taste. The steam room wasn’t hot enough. The Jet pool was eh. The staff were not rude exactly, but didn’t make me feel comfortable either. My massage was supposed to be an hour but only lasted 45 minutes. It wasn’t that great either. I really wanted to love this place but I left feeling likeI didn’t get what I paid for.
The place sure looks amazing BUT the service is horrible. When you pay 350$+ for a massage you’d think it will be amazing. Staff is rude, place is full even during the week and not very quite. Massage therapy was ok not amazing(done by Kimberly). Some parts felt good and mostly it was ok. Relaxing music turned off during the massage and that was the worst part. Staff taking a break right next to where I was getting massage and you can hear all the giggling and talking. At the end I wasn’t even asked about how was my experience.I’d advice to save your money and go to a different place. Not sure why their ratings are above 4.5 but I did expect more from this place.
I am not sure what disappoints me more- my experience at Aire or the poor customer service. I had booked online for myself and a friend, to celebrate my birthday. For two pool experiences and two half hour massages (plus gratuity), the total was $419; this connotes a luxurious, high-end, seamless 2-hour visit. This was not the case.At each and every step of Aire, there is an attendant letting you know what the rules are and what to expect- it is clear, however, that there is poor communication and oversight. We checked in and were told that an attendant would show us what to do in the locker room. We entered the locker room and stood awkwardly waiting for an attendant who, while nice and apologetic, was disorganized and couldn’t find us a locker with a robe and slippers. We did eventually change and she led us out to the stairs where another attendant told us we would get a tour of the pools, would have an hour in the pools, and then would go to a particular area to be called for our massages. We were whisked off for our tour by the third attendant, who, as she rattled off the rules and regulations, told us to report after 1 hour, 20 minutes (1:20pm)to the waiting area for our massages. When we shared that this is not what we had been told, she sternly said, no, 1 hour, 20 minutes (1:20pm). At exactly that time, we reported to the waiting area. 10 minutes passed, and I asked a different attendant when we would be called for our massages, that we had lunch reservations. She curtly said, oh yes they will come at 1:35, they are still with other clients. 1:40 arrived and I tracked down yet another attendant; he, too, dismissively and unapologetically said they were with other clients. Our massage therapists finally arrived at 1:45pm to get us. While we did get the full half hour promised, we were then running late for our lunch reservations. Again, no apology. At check-out I shared my feedback with the receptionist. She said she was sorry, but no offer to rectify the problem, to reduce our already-paid bill, etc. She noted my number and assured me a manager would be in touch. I never heard a word.As a 24-year NYC resident, I’ve been to many spas here. I can soundly say that this is the most overrated experience in Manhattan. I have come to expect what I pay for. My bill should have been cut in half.
Today was a special event , so I took my partner to this spa so they could relax and unwind. I purchased two Thermal Bath + Aroma Therapy specials, and they were well worth the price. Without giving too much away I would just like to say this is a once in a lifetime experience. The service was amazing, and the staff members were extremely accommodating. As for the cleanliness of the facility , I have no complaints because there wasnt a moment where the cleaning staff disappointed me. The locker room was constantly being cleaned , and the bathrooms were just as well kept , and also well stocked with any toiletries a woman could possibly need. Literally, there are blow dryers, flat irons, hair bands, brushes, combs, razors, shaving cream set out next to the mirror area for anyone in need. I was amazed to find that their was a bathing suit dryer in the corner of the locker room, which was so convenient since I didnt want to dampen the other items in my bag. My partner was equally as shocked at the beautiful decor and set up of this spa, and mentioned to me multiple times how wonderful of a time they were having while relaxing in the many baths. This experience was worth the money and I will definitely return.
Came here the day after 14 hours of flying and it did not disappoint. Spend the first hour enjoying the thermal baths (50° - 102°) then get a massage for the second half of your visit. Your body will thank you. I especially liked the salt bath where you can kick your feet up, lay back, and just just float effortlessly. The architecture and design are stunning. The staff was friendly and helpful. I went on a Sunday and it was definitely a little crowded, but not uncomfortably. I can’t think of any reason not to rate a 5/5. It was expensive, but that was expected and I feel that the value of the experience was worth it. From walking in the door to walking out was about 2.5 hours.
Aire is a unique spa for NY. It’s an international chain and the experience is more about the baths then the treatments.Once you check in you are taken to a locker room where you change into a bathing suit (the baths are co-Ed) and put on a robe and neoprene slippers (provided). You can borrow a bathing suit as well, if needed. The baths are down a set of stairs in a very dimly lit subterranean area. There’s a long soaking pool, a small salt water pool, a small hot pool (105) and a medium sized “whirlpool” type bath. There are also two very small cold plunge pools (57 & 50 degrees) as well as a steam room. The baths were clean and during my midday visit on a Friday it wasn’t too crowded. I was wishing the staff would encourage patrons to be more silent, but it wasn’t obnoxiously loud.I had the holistic treatment which included a massage, body scrub, and hair treatment. It was pretty disappointing. I get regular massages and this one was just not good. I didn’t feel that the therapist was skilled, and the whole experience felt rushed. My hair treatment was less than 5 minutes total and the body scrub left me itchy. After a second round in the baths I went back to the locker room to shower and get dressed. There are blow dryers and the showers are stocked with l’occitane products. I was a little surprised that each guest is only given one medium sized bath towel though.Overall I can see this being a luxurious gift or experience for a special occasion, but given the price and the quality of the treatment it’s just not worth it.
Favorite spa of all time. As soon as you stepped down the stairs you feel like youve entered a different world. The ambiance immediately puts you in a calm, magical mood. On the expensive side, but worth every penny. If you can afford it, definitely splurge on the massages. They are very good and totally worth it.
IGNORE all these other REVIEWS this place is amazing. Let just walk you through it so that way I touch every aspect of what you need to know and how to go about this experience. First of all I called July 4th to get a spa treatment but there werent any packages available. The only thing they had was like a 30 minute experience that is not worth it. You need more time for a place like this because it is an outer body experience. So instead I decided to book for the upcoming weekend their package An Indulgence for Two. It was a total of 180 minutes, broken down into a full body massage, a body scrub, and a foot massage. In addition to being able to enjoy all the pools they have. We arrived a few minutes early provided our information just in case of an emergency etc. Then we were called when they were ready for us to enter the locker room. The locker room is very clean and has everything from robes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, Q-Tips, hair ties, flat iron, blow dryer, hair comb/brush, and even razors with shaving cream. We got into our bathing suits, and put on our robe with these cute footies they have that you must wear while in any area of the pools, or amenities. As we walked down the stairs the room, and space where the pool was located was lit up in candles. Then we met two host that were there to provide you a tour and a few rules to keep in place such as a whisper kind of voice in order to keep the quiet. Then we had a small tour of what every pool was for in terms of temperature and how it helps your skin. There was also a sauna that is very refreshing. They provided free water and tea at the tables of a warm seating area in front of the sauna. As we explored all the different kind of pools, I enjoyed the silence because everyone made sure to keep their voices at a minimum. The pools were very clean, the sauna was very clean as well, and the showers inside of the pool area were also very clean. They ring a bell to keep track of time for everything that sounds loud but at the same time soothing. Its like a soft knock. And then they also go around if needed to have you get ready for your massage if you included one. The massages are totally worth it, because the massage therapist are great in making sure to not only get the task done at hand. But they actually ask about how the pressure feels for you? Just in case it is too low or too high they will change it into a lighter pressure. Many massage therapist do not use this option. That is what I think prevents people from going to get a good massage and a relaxing experience. This place is like going away from New York City and experiencing another universe.
I really enjoyed my time here. I went alone on a Monday afternoon for just the thermal baths. It was $100 ($110 on weekends). I changed in the locker room where there were showers (complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), a large vanity with blow dryers and flat irons, and restrooms. They provide you with a robe and slippers. There were 6 different baths and a steam room. My favorites were the body temperature bath and the eucalyptus steam room. Each reservation was for 90 minutes and I felt that was a good amount of time. It wasnt crowded as they limit the number of reservations per hour. Overall a great experience and would recommend.

2022-03-18Couldn’t wait to go here and my partner got us a couple massage. The staff was extremely respectful and nice from beginning to end.You cannot bring your phones in due to “privacy” felt like I was in a private club. Personally if I’m spending all this money to be in the spa I would want to have memories of it with my partner. I get the privacy but no one is there to record or take pictures of strangers but simple take pictures and share the moments.Walking down the stairs and seeing how beautiful it was really had me in Awe. You get an hour to soak in the baths. We didn’t get to do all of them before our massage unfortunately. When we got our massages the ladies were really nice and as I was getting my massage I’m not certain what was going on but it felt like something was constantly scratching my back. It made the massage uncomfortable at a point. I’m not sure if it was the lack of massage oil or what. I’ve definitely experienced better massages for sure. The package came with a juice but it should personally come with a glass of wine or champagne but not a juice that we didn’t enjoy and threw out when we left.It was uncomfortable to lay on the massage bed after being soaked from the baths. I recommend them doing massages first and then the baths. You literally stick onto the massage bed.Overall it is a wonderful, intimate and romantic experience but it isn’t worth the price.

2022-01-01Kinda of a modern bath house. I wished they had a sauna and few of tubs were hotter. But it is nice and clean. No pictures of tubs themselves. Phones aren’t allowed down.

2021-08-02Me and my boyfriend came here on Saturday at 6pm. We did the perfect tandem 1 hour in the baths and 1 hour full body massage. It was amazing, the ambiance was amazing the aromatherapy was excellent, as soon as you walk in you can smell it, such a tranquil and relaxing experience. We came here to celebrate my birthday/our anniversary. I would highly recommend, they give you everything you need from bathing suits to all toiletries you need. High end products in the shower by LOccitane. All the stay is attentive. Definitely something to experience, highly recommend!

2022-05-12This is truly the ultimate experience, the pools are all spotless; the candle lighting and air temperature harmonize perfectly and the massage after our wonderful flotation and spa relaxation sent the AIRE experience in total, to next level. Thankyou.

2022-02-17I purchased a Valentine’s couple package on Vday weekend for a couples massage. Great parking on a Sunday, Spa is extremely gorgeous and clean. BEAUTIFULLY decorated, Amazing atmosphere! As soon as you walk in you feel stress free and warmly welcomed by the staff. Bottle of Chardonnay, a snack, tea and water is provided in the waiting entrance.I was welcomed by Sharlena (not sure if I spelt her name correctly) in the locker room. She was most welcoming and extremely attentive making sure that I was comfortable and has everything that I needed for the baths. The spa area was breath taking and amazingly perfect !! Complimentary fruit juice, and access to all baths. The only downfall that I experienced was the staff members hounding everybody down as we were children. There was only a handful of us in this area, the lady with the dreads was approaching everybody there telling them to be quiet, following people around and making everybody extremely uncomfortable.Everybody paid a pretty penny in this spa and it just sucked to have staff members following people around as if then were toddlers. Nobody was either loud or not following the rules. I just found it very uneasy to relax with 3 staff members hawking you while trying to unwind. Our masseuses Tanya and Christian were perfect! They made sure that the pressure was comfortable and targeted exactly what we asked for. Will definitely request them if possible for the next time.My experience was truly amazing, an impressive Vday treat!

2022-05-26Amazing experience from start to finish. They set the mood with the music and lighting right from the moment you walk in. The different baths are fun to try each in their own way. Massages were on point! We did a couples massage with Nick and Jennifer. They were both amazing! We will definitely be back!!

2022-01-02Such a relaxing experience. The second you walk into the doors, its already like youve been transported out of the city. The staff was attentive without hovering, and the baths themselves were absolutely amazing. Youre able to explore them at your own pace, and I also appreciated that they limited the number or reservations to make sure that there would be at least one bath open per group. We also had a massage included in our package, which were very relaxing. The masseuses were adaptable to whatever suited your needs best. The one recommendation I have is to give more time between the baths and the massage. We were summoned from the baths and were asked to stand and wait in a chilly air conditioned room with just our wet bathing suits and a thin robe until the massage was ready. After the massage we were then ushered back downstairs for the remaining 20 minutes. I would have preferred a heads up on the timing of each segment at the baths and some time to truly dry off because that made an otherwise great experience a bit disjointed.

2022-05-30The staff & manager was VERY rude as soon as we stepped in the pool area. First being greeted with ‘you have to be quiet!’ In a nasty tone. I came with 2 other friends. It was our first time treating ourselves to a ‘luxury spa’ didn’t know there was so many rules… no phones & quiet whispering/silence. The worker that greeted us didn’t like us at all & wanted us out from the start. As little as a laugh. He would run over ‘keep your voices down!!’ But like way louder then we ever was… the locker room is pretty creepy too bc the person that works in the locker room doesn’t give you privacy, therefore I had to change out of my swimwear in the showers. As I met up with friends in the lobby. The manager had lasting words for us. We were told by the manager that one of my friends was a long time guest. And when she brings others, make sure they’re respectful bc people were complaining about us … but ahh it was our first time there & felt like we were pretty respectful…. I don’t want to pull the race card but definitely sure felt like it.Overall NEVER spending my hard earned money at this place again. It literally felt like prison more then a luxury experience.

2022-05-18I feel like butter- smooth, soft and delicious. I did the holistic package. First hour was soaking in the 4 bath types to get the blood circulation going. Second hour I got the most amazing hair mask and scalp massage, followed by a full body massage and ending with a scrub.I came out of the experience so relaxed and pampered. Highly recommend.
