Airtite carries excellent product lines. They are more expensive than the big box stores but you are getting what you pay for with the better product (longevity). Since they are a wholesale business they saved me thousands of dollars on a new Provia entry door I recently purchased for my home, compared to other area competitors pricing. This allowed me to make a few upgrades to my door. The staff was very nice to deal with, very helpful and knowledgeable with assisting me with my purchase.

I have been dealing with the aweasome staff over at Airtite now for over 5 years now and still receive great service everytime I go in there. Always very helpful and knowledgeable. I would not go anywhere else for my outside building products. From windows, siding,roofing, vinyl handrail and decks, there products are top notch. Every contractor I believe needs a reliable team of suppliers and Ive found that at Airtite.

So, the hours they post are NOT their hours. We walked in today and the woman behind the counter said, “How can I help you?” We said, “We need 34 windows, 5 doors, and siding.” She said, “Well, I’m only open for like 3 minutes so how can I help you?” I pulled out my phone and checked the time and saw that it’s well before the advertised closing time on Saturday as we received an Insert last week stating such and checked this morning, so I asked what are their hours. The response I got was 8-4 during the week and “whenever my driver gets back on Saturdays, which could be by 10 a.m.” So, we walked out. We’ll take our business elsewhere. I’m sure someone else will be glad to have the business and knows how to treat customers, especially when they go out of their way to advertise to the public and not just contractors.

I called needing windows Sam was very helpful she sent me to a video on how to measure correctly we picked them up awhile ago and i just installed them in my back room. When i ordered them they came the next week i definatly plan to order more this spring/summer!

Very unprofessional person working at the counter. She was very rude and upset with her job. Takes her frustration out on me the customer/me who treated her with respect and professionalism. Wouldnt recommend dealing with her if you dont have to. They also have only limited supplies in stock. Sometimes a wasted trip even after calling ahead to see if the items are in stock. They do not post hours of operation and the voice mail system hasnt been updated. Lame excuses with attitude for unprofessional experiences.
