This would also be considered 5 stars in Dubai!! What a wonderful place to gain back strength and to refresh after giving birth. Everything is set to the highest standards and quality. Food, entertainment, and what not?! My wife just can’t have enough of this place!I literally couldn’t come up with a reason for someone to give this a bad review unless there is some conflict of interest.

If I could choose not to give this place a star I would. They pretty much only care about the money running through the facility. The manager is beyond disrespectful not only to her employees but also to the mothers that spend tons of money staying in this intolerable place. The nurses on staff do not have any qualifications or degrees to answer any of the mothers questions. Some of them are coming straight out of high school, they pretty much hire anyone. A lot of the employees quit because of how the facility is ran and how they are treated. The nurses arent properly trained by the head manager. The night shift crew is ALWAYS short staffed and some of them while on duty sleep or stay on their phones. After having a baby or twins maybe more I wouldnt recommend this place what so ever! Theyve been fixing up the nursery for a while now, and while the babies are around they have been painting, fixing the ceiling, and a whole bunch of other construction work that results in dust particles flowing through the air. In conclusion, this facility has proven to be an inadequete place for infant children, and someone should take action to properly shut down the facility.

OMG! The best place ever for postpartum!!! This place is a 5 Star hotel in every way!!! The food, the room service, the nursery, the staff, whatever you can think of is just great here!!! Money spent real well!!!

BEFORE I START I WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT IF YOUR HUSBAND IS GONNA COME TO VISIT YOU THE ONLY TIME IS AT NIGHT TOGETHER WITH EVERYONE AND THEIR IS KNOW SEPARATE TIME FOR THE HUSBAND TO VISIT!! AND WHILE VISITING HOURS THEY DONT GIVE OUT THE BABY SO IF YOUR HUSBAND WILL WANT TO SEE THE NEW BORN BABY HE WILL NEED TO LOOK THROUGH THE WINDOW TOGETHER WITH ALL THE WOMEN WHO ARE STANDING THERE AND LOOKING AT DIFFERENT BABYS AND MAKING PHOTOS AND ETC !!!!IT WILL BE A GOOD THING TO MAKE ONE HOUR A DAY VISITING FOR THE HUSBAND!!!!!!😍😍😍😍Did you gave birth on a baby and need to rest here is the place!!😃You can have a private room or a sheared room in the private room you have a private bathroom and shower a private fridge and freezer you can also have a private porchThe building is a brand new building and it is as nice as a 5 star hotel service is the bast linen changed evry second dayThe food gets a 100% a great cheafA beautiful garden with waterfalls and swings around it its a mustThe nursery room is better then in any hospital!!! Good nurses and nice gentle people looking after the baby and you!!ITS A MUST!!!well deserved the price 😅

The staff is very not nice they wake up the mothers while they rest your baby is crying come pick up they are under staff now with nurses cause of Covid it’s not worth the money you pay
