They are the best. I had two corrupted SD cards and they were able to retrieve all of the material off both cards. I have been going to them for years. I am always frazzled and always need it done ASAP and they always accommodate me.

I contracted these guys to give me an insurance estimate after a power surge fried my hard drive. They charged me $50 upfront and never contacted me afterwards. They refused to refund my money and claimed they couldnt help me after all. These guys are scammers. Avoid them and go to ABI Computers a few blocks away on Hoosick.

They recently built a high end computer for me and of the seven desk top PCs I have purchased previously from the big names, AITs is the BEST! I highly recommend their services. Competent, friendly, easy to deal with and always helpful.

Best in town. Great customer service. Never make any mistakes and do great work very. They are fast based on my experience. Reasonable prices and they are very smart and will articulate your computer problems for you. Ive been going there for years and always lest satisfied. They treat all their customers with care and respect but if you are a regular you will be surprised how much they can work with you price wise.

Very honest. Brought my computer in because my screen went blank. I figured it was a big deal and was bracing myself. I go in after to work to hear the bad news and the gentleman there brings over my computer, the screen fine, and tells me it just went into hibernation. I have used them numerous times and I am always pleased with their service.

NOT HELPFUL WHATSOEVER! His computer knowledge is very limited. The owner Ahmed Yusuf Ali also engages in duplicitous practices. He looks for ways to find or even create more problems so that you have to spend even more money to fix the problems. This happened to me on a number of occasions. His trustworthiness is ever more evident by his conviction of supporting terrorism several years ago! He would have been in prison but avoided it by giving up all of his accomplices. Look him up if you dont believe me. It is indeed very alarming!!
