2021-11-30Great pharmacy, very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Overall always have had a great experience until I needed to get a document notarized. I had to wait 15 plus minutes for a “lady” who was packing boxes for delivery (which could wait) also, knowing walk in customer is waiting for her and she was notified several times by her co-workers. I would like to remind to that particular person that by making a customer service top priority your customers will appreciate that and feel respected. If your customers are satisfied with the service provided they want to come back.

2021-11-30One of my favorite pharmacy in area! Clean and neat at all times, staff is very friendly, good variety of supplements and choice of drugs availability. Russian medicine also available. Most of all i like that this store works until late not like other pharmacies.

2021-12-28Pharmacy is one chaotic mess. They offer scheduling online for Covid 19 tests which they don’t honor. They don’t even have the decency to send an email or make a phone call to say they can no longer honor the appointment time. We drove all the way from Westchester County, paid for over an hour worth of parking, only to be told, “even though you have an appointment, we simply cannot do it.” Things can happen, simply be a professional and inform people that you can no longer honor appointment times made. It’s call an email or phone call.

2021-12-29Aj Woodhaven has been serving the Community and giving back for years and even more so during this time off in need. I’m sorry people feel like we aren’t doing our job right there is big miss understanding they have nothing to do with not having enough supply or making appointments for people there is a website that our customers make appointments and they come we as providers don’t know who comes in till they walk in with your voucher and we take care as quickly as possible with all the proper Covid 19 protocol so make there visit quick and easy. We have recently been working under staffed and trying our best please understand us as we fight to keep to New York safe

2021-02-08I came for covid-19 testing in January. The pharmacist was very friendly and helped thru the process. No wait time around 10 am and the place was clean. Thank you!

2020-04-01Really awesome guys. Bought a thermometer for $20 earlier today that didnt work. Came to the store to exchange it, they gave me the one worth a lot more (around $60) immediately. Really grateful.
