Alamo Rent A Car in other cities:
Had a reservation for May 22nd. Maserati or similar. $350+ booking all coverages added. Called in a day prior at the albany alamo phone number listed on google to make sure I was good to pay with a debit card. I was told I would have to put a 600 deposit. Not a problem, I said. Card had enough funds to buy out the maserati cash multiple times over. Spoke with someone named Joe who said they would be at work 9am on 22nd. Upon arrival found out no Joe works there, number is for alamo customer service and no maseratis were available. Not just that, I was told I could not rent ANYTHING with a debit card. The guy at the desk was nice enough to explain and tell me phone number listed was wrong and tried calling Latham location to get me a rental with no luck. I sell luxury watches, I meet clients buying 100k plus watches thats why I am willing to pay the price regardless of the deposit amount. Horrible experience overall. Stay the hell away!! Lies!! Unprofessional!!
We had a late flight arrival (close to midnight) but were pleased with the easy process checking out our vehicle. The vehicle was comfortable, but we were disappointed to find that the AC in the vehicle we rented did not work. This unsatisfactory experience was offset, however, when we returned the vehicle. When we reported the problem to the attendant who checked us in, she asked how Alamo could make it right. We requested a price adjustment. We also asked if windshield scrapper might be available since we were expecting to find snow on our vehicle at our home airport. She offered a price adjustment and went out of her way to find a snow scrapper. We would give her effort five stars. Ill be using Alamo again next week.
Alamo rent a car at the Albany airport were extremely helpful! I was in and out in no time. The customer service was great answered all my questions and made sure I had everything I needed. They were also great with accomidating me with a mid size car because of the extra luggage I had. I was very please and grateful for their hard work with taking care of me.Dropping off was super fast and simple. I will be going back to them in the future! Thank you for taking care of me!
The pickup and return could not have gone smoother. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My only complaint is that I rented a full size vehicle and I feel it should have been classified as a medium size vehicle. The golf clubs took up an entire seat because we had to lay the seat down in order for the clubs to go from front to back. They would not fit side to side in the back of the car.
Ive had to rent for an extended period from Alamo, after my car was totaled in an accident. The staff at this location is outstanding - both at the counter and out in the actual lot. They are courteous, attentive and flexible...and quick! I cant see myself renting from any other company! A special thank you to Adam and Jennifer, for tolerating my hundred questions!
This was my last time using Alamo at Albany Airport. It is the slowest check-in that I have ever experienced. Last year on one trip I had an hour wait to get to the counter then I had to wait for the car to be ready. This trip it was over a 30 minute wait with only 3 people in front of me.. The same thing every time, only one person is behind the counter and it takes about 10+ minutes for each customer to get their car. This trip was offered a free upgrade as soon as I got to the counter. I declined and was told they did not have the type of car I reserved. I asked for a smaller car then. I was told there were no small cars available. The cars that they had were the ones which I was offered a free upgrade to. Actually they only had 2 cars left (same make and model). I was encouraged to take a pickup, van or SUV. I spend 10 minutes going through this whole process. If I should have told, here is what we have left and just pick one. Terrible service at the counter. Not sure if it their process or the rep or both at the counter. It is not surprising that you only see a queue at the Alamo counter. The other companies know how to get people to their cars.
I rent from Alamo at the Albany airport all the time. The rentals are great. Staff is great. The last rental was horrible! When I brought the car back the attendant listened to my concerns, checked them out right then and there and gave me a $25 credit. The manager even followed up with an email to apologize. Would definitely continue to rent from them again, can’t beat the customer service.
Best experience we have ever had with Alamo. It goes without saying that personnel make the difference. This location was in upstate NY, and the previous experience was in Columbus, Ohio. Different people, different experience. The Ohio experience was NOT very good, but the NY one was. Same company, its just that some employees do a better job than others. Kudos to the NY crew!
Recently rented an Alamo car at the Albany International Airport. I found the experience to be a very good one. The sign up process was quick and efficient, getting the car easy and the people involved were very nice. The car that we were given was easy to drive and everything worked at designed. Returning the car was even easier, very quick with all people being very helpful. I highly recommend Alamo.
The counter clerk was friendly and helpful. Cesar, the guy who got us our car was wonderful; it was cold and he let us stay inside his heated office while he fetched our car. He took the time to tell us all about the car. When we returned the car, my daughter said she hoped Cesar was there, haha. I loved the convenience of the car being right there at the airport - no shuttle was needed. The car was new and fantastic. Best airport rental car experience I’ve had so far!
Service was excellent. Car was clean. I ordered a compact car and received an economy. Car was excellent on gas and upon returning car no extra charges were inquired. I have rented from another company and ended up with a larger amount upon returning. Thank You,I will use Alamo again
Very friendly and helpful staff. They will try and sell you all kinds of add-ons (because its their job, I suppose) but will not push you if you are firm and clear. Nice selection of cars. Very convenient for pickup and drop off. You can walk from the baggage claim in 4 minutes and be out of the airport in 12. Thats a rarity in most airport car rental places these days.
Terrible. Tried to swap my car out because of mechanical issues for three days. This manager Quincy Mack gives me a number to contact him directly. I haven’t spoken to him ever since he gave me the number. Brandon was more of a help. But still couldn’t resolve my issue. As a Alamo insider I should of been treated with way more respect. But I guess that Albany for u
Due to hurricane Irma, I had to make changes to my travel plans. I live in FL, but was in NY for my sons wedding during the hurricane. My scheduled flight home was canceled and I was not able to book a flight before the following Sunday. We decided to rent a car and drive. I was issued a Traverse- After driving it around town, I realized that it had terrible gas mileage. Since gas was scarce down south and this was a very long drive, I asked to exchange the truck for a smaller SUV- everyone, from the agent on the phone and at the desk to the guys in the garage made it happen- no problems, fast, efficient service and pleasant happy faces. Excellent customer service! The car I ended up driving to FL was a great car as well, clean and fuel efficient, handled and rode well. The whole experience was outstanding.
My experience with Albany Airport Alamo was good -- better than Alamo cars I have rented in Florida. Counter agent was polite and cheery, and check-in was fast. However, I did have one major complaint -- I had signed up weeks in advance for a Corolla or similar compact. Instead, I got a free upgrade to a Jeep Compass 4-wheel drive. The Jeeps gas mileage was poor, so I ended up spending about $70 on gas, instead of $30 or so. So free was not really free. Also, the Jeep did not handle as well as a Corolla
I would just like to say that Casey T at Albany County Airport is absolutely amazing!!!!! We were stuck at the airport because Hertz never informed us of a credit score review prior to pick up. So Alamo helped us. They were great. Excellent customer service, attitude and everything!!!! She was wonderful!
We picked up a Nissan Versa at the Albany, New York Airport (ALB) Alamo counter. The wait on line was about 20 minutes. The cars trunk popped open spontaneously repeatedly during the 8 days I had the car. The passenger side rear window opened spontaneously twice. The car automatically locked the keys in the car (luckily, I had one window part way down). On return, the service person accepting the car was disinterested in the above issues and, in fact, did not have a means by which to report and/or act on them. In 8 days I never could figure out how to use the trip odometer the controls were so confusing and confounding.
I’m extremely annoyed with the service I received at this establishment and do not plan to ever rent with this company again. My husband reserved a SUV with Alamo and upon his arrival was notified that not only was he unable to receive this vehicle due to his age but he received a vehicle that was half the size for a higher price. The attendant we were serviced by was extremely rude and dismissive. Save yourself the time. Would give them no stars if able.
We had a great experience from start to finish. Nice people with an efficient operation from check in to car return. The RAV 4 wasnt available so they upgraded us to a new Ford Explorer. The extra room came in handy as we we moving our son from California to a dormitory at Williams College in Massachusetts. The Explorer was a very nice vehicle. I was surprised at how well it drove and the gas mileage was very good.
This was a terrible experience. I have rented cars through other companies and never have I received such terrible customer service as I did with Alamo at Albany Airport. I had my reservations, confirmations, even did the online check in. Get to the airport counter to pick up my car and Whitney tells me the rate has gone up, I told her I already paid for it when I booked it over a month before, and handed her my printed out confirmation, she states shes not sure what to do as the rate went up. I told her that should have nothing to do with me and this was not acceptable. Whitney then said to me Im trying to help you, let me call my manager. Her helping me with something I had already taken care of, that wasnt helping me, thats called doing your job and taking care of the customer. This took over 20 minutes for me to finally get my keys, with me having to show all my printed paperwork AND e-mails I had received. I received no apology, no sorry for the confusion, no thank you. Then I get to the car and its filthly dirty, windows were disgusting, interior was very dusty. At this point Im late trying to get to an appointment with no time to deal with them on this matter. There are many other car rental companies and in the future I will not be using Alamo and I have nothing nice to say about them.
I drove there today and experienced such unprofessional service, the manager was beyond rude. We live in upstate NY, and had a flight to catch out of JFK. It is more cost effective to rent a car one way to get to the airport, and another one way to get from the airport to home instead of paying for long term parking. They told us we can park our car there since we were renting from them. When I drove to pick up our rental, they said I have to pay for long-term parking! I said do you know how ridiculous that is considering if I drove my own car to JFK I would have to pay for long-term parking and no rental fees. The manager came out of their office into the parking lot , got argumentative with me while I was sitting in my car talking to my wife on the phone, so I used a few choice words and he told me that I am not allowed to curse outside their office which is public property. He threatened to call the sheriff on me and have me removed from public property which he does not own. I told him go ahead and when you’re in violation of my first amendment right of free speech, you will be looking for a new job. How fast he went back into his office to try to show face in front of his employees . I walked to the window and said I want to know your name, he said I’m the manager. I said so people call you the manager? He refused to give his name. I did talk to the sheriffs that were in the parking lot and told them the situation and they said I would be a little annoyed too and for me to have a good day. I would highly recommend using enterprise, budget, hertz or any other place than Alamo. Now I have gotten email after email asking for our name, reference number etc. it had been given along with my phone number and to no surprise I haven’t heard from them with any sort of resolution to the matter. I truly would consider not doing business with them especially in their Albany location
I was extremely oversold at the counter. At first, the agent could not properly run through my business credit card. I had to use another card. She said my fuel would be prorated but for the 32 miles I drove, I was charged $9.99! I could have easily refilled the card, but I was fooled into buying the fuel option. I will not use Alamo at DFW again.
Checking in with the front desk was very smooth. However, the car I got was not very clean and I noticed the gas tank was on empty. Luckily, I noticed this and brought it to the attention of the attendants in the rental garage. They immediately got me a different car; a smaller car. After driving it for an hour it became obvious that the interior windshield was very dirty - like a smoke haze. I cleaned it myself so I could continue driving into the sunlight. Other than that, everything else was as-expected. A disappointing experience.
Great experience with Alamo! I had the car for 12 days driving through the NE, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. The toll pass was well worth the extra fee, driving into Canada was hassle-free with our rental, and the car fit every need of ours! Checking it out and back in was quick and easy! I would definitely use Alamo again!
Rented a vehicle through Alamo at the Albany NY international Airport. Vehicle was filthy. Windows were so dirty, I had to clean them myself. Crumbs and foods specs in back seat as well. vehicle also had mechanical issues which I reported and attendant wrote off as some new Jeep feature. A car does not lunge forward when you have the brake depressed at a stop light ! I reported my issues to Alamo and a district manger did reply immediately as well as a local manager. No follow up what so ever from the local manager who asked how they could make my next rental right !
Rolled in late on a Saturday night, no line so walked up to the counter. Attendent was curtious and funny, and we were on our way in no time.Picked up the car from the garage, I thought I was going to get an econo box, but ended up with a Jeep Cherokee. So that was a nice surprise. Although no fault of Alamo, I didnt like the Jeep, I banged my knee pretty bad trying to get out of it and I am of average height.Drop off was just as easy and painless and attendant was also nice.My only real complaint, is that the Alamo cars are the furthest away from the Airport, so a little bit of a walk. Would use them again.
I liked the car. Did not take long to get used to. Only two complaints the windshield was dirty, I believe they thought it a bug but wasnt it to alcohol to clean the windshield. Then while driving the car the maintenance light came on. I called the 1-800 number and was told I could bring it back and get a different car. That was a great suggestion but the closest place was where I picked the car up approximately 40 miles away. With light on not sure the car was safe to drive.
Pick-up was a breeze and the car was great. However, the car return process needs work. There were 2 employees and 1 customer at the booth when I pulled up. Retrieved belongings from the car without any greeting. After waiting to be acknowledged, I put my paperwork on the counter, pointed to the car and said Im returning that vehicle, and walked away. No one said a word.
We are from Canada and had a car accident near Albany NY on our way to Wilwood NJ. We had to rent a car for the rest of our trip so we chose Alamo, because that way we could drop off the car in Montreal QC. The lady employee at the front desk was very impatient and rude with us. She clearly showed a lack of empathy in the stressful situation we were stuck in. She put pressure on us to pay and told us to hurry up because she supposedly had a really busy day even though there was only two people after us. She didnt explain to us all the fees on the bill, she didnt correct my name on the bill (even if we told her she had written it incorrectly) and asked us three times the same question. Clearly, she could have listened and taken her time to complete the form correctly without making us feel like she didnt have time for us. If we had the chance to go back in time, we clearly would have chosen another company. Also, we think the price is very high (around 1000$US for a 4 day rental with unexplained fees and incomplete receipt).
I must praise and thank the staff at the AlamoTampa , Florida airport rental for their outstanding service and assistance. I had placed my rental information through Orbitz for Alamo. When I arrived at the Alamo desk, I was immediately faced with a problem. Evidently , Orbitz had made my reservation at the downtown Alamo rental center and misquoted the charges for our rental. After figuring out what the priblem was, Alamo staff, Mirek, assured us he would straighten the whole think out. He along with his supervisor, Beverley went to work and made necessay adjustments to get me my rental car right there, and straighten out the amount for our rental. These two of Alamos employees went the extra distance to make our rental experience successful. I cannot tell you enough as to how they went about their jobs professionally and reassuringly for me. As a result of my experience with these two employees, I will use Alamo whenever my rental needs occur. Thanks Mirek and Beverly
The Hyundai SUV was great on gas, however I assumed renting an SUV would have meant the vehicle was a 4 wheel drive. It was not and the snow in mid-state New York made it very unsafe to operate. Additionally, the vehicle had issues climbing the hills. Will never rent this vehicle again.
I love Alamo, however, I asked for a mid-sized car and got a KIA Soul? The car wasso uncomfortable for my passengers and there was not enough room as advertisedfor a midsize. After renting the car I asked the desk if we could avoidgetting a Soul in the future and they told me that the car I would get is basedon the luck of the draw.Im renting in December and January and was hoping someone could help me get acar that suites my needs better?
It was the worst rental experience in my life. I needed a mid-size car to drop off my nephew in college since he didnt have that much stuff i thought a mid-size car would be perfect. We get there at 6:30 am and no one was present to assist us, we waited 15mins until the lady showed up, she showed no interest in helping us. After getting my informations she convinced me to prepaid for the gas because its cheeper and the chevy Cruze that im taking is good for gas and i wont have to worry about gas, after everything was done she told me my total was 66$ and i had booked the car for 11$+15$ gas and she tried to tell me that it is all the other fees. Since i was on a tight schedule i had to take it. WE get to the booth and they dont have a mid-size car!!!!!! we had to wait another 20mins for them to get us a dirty Chrysler 200 so i had to take it quick so i wont be late. One the way it started snowing and here we go there is no fluid to clean the windshield, we had no vision in a very dangerous road in middle of a the snow fall, so we got to our destination 1h30mins late and we called the company and it took them about 45mins to get us a solution which is going to enterprise to get a fluid for the windshield, when we get there the employees were much nicer and they even offered us to switch cars which we did. After coming back from my trip i found that they charged me 86$ instead of 66$ for no reason that i know of. This is the last time i will use their services.
We splurged and ordered Sirius radio with our rental car. At the desk we were told that it was not available in the car we rented. BUT, we could switch to an SUV which did have it. No mention of the fact that it would have been $30 per day more. Fortunately, we elected to stay with the Sentra . When I asked why it was not available, I was told that it was not a guaranteed option. (Seinfeld moment). The good news was that the young man who gave us the keys told us Sirius could be turned on if we still wanted it. He made a phone call and we drove away, listening to Classic Vinyl. He redeemed the experience for us.
I was very displeased with this company for the main reason that they lack basic communication skills. While making the reservation it was not stated that there would be a $250 drop free. I understand its for security reasons but as this is a big chunk of money, it would have been nice to know before getting to the airport. There was also miscommunication with the fact that the primary driver had to be the person to pay with a CREDIT card (not a debit card). This information was also not relayed while making the reservation. All in all it was an unpleasant and stressful experience when if proper information would have been relayed correctly at the time of making the reservation it could have been a smooth and quick process.
Horrible. I was told, in writing, by one agent prior to my trip that I could use my debit card if I had proof that I was flying into and and out of the airports that I was renting and returning the car to, Albany and LaGuardia. Upon arrival the agent at Albany told me I could not do this and refused to rent me a car, stranding myself and my three young children at the airport where we knew nobody. Eventually I decided to buy a $200 return ticket out of Albany just so I could rent a car and get my children out of the airport. Later I was told by another Alamo representative that the original agent was correct and the Albany agent was not. I wasted $200 on a flight plus caused myself and my children emotional distress due to this situation. I wrote to the Albany manager and have not heard from him. I am incredibly disappointed with Alamo.
After turning in my rental. I discovered that I’d left money in the console. I called customer service just as a matter of course but I knew it was a pipe dream. 8 months later they just returned my money! My actual money, they FedExed it overnight! Whattt??? Unbelievable. That’s customer service!
I wanted to take a moment to let you know what a wonderful employee you have working for you at the Albany airport. I’m sorry if the spelling is wrong, I believe her name is Mariana. She is such a kind, dedicated employee. She always goes out of her way to help you and is pleasant while doing it. We have been very good and loyal customers of Alamo and 99% of the cars we rent are from Albany, Mariana is a big part of us returning over and over again. Alamo is lucky to have her.Thank you, Donna O’Mara
Since we did not fly into the albany airport the day we rented we did not go to the counter inside instead we walked directly to the cars where the agent there didnt heasitate to help us.That saved a walk back into the airport and going to the counter and returning to the cars. Ill continue to use Alamo because of their fantastic service
Absolutely disappointed in this location. Called to reserve a rental for an afternoon. I asked about all charges and was sent a confirmation email. The email stated the amount of $32. I informed my family that they didnt need to pick me up. At the desk they informed me of a $250 hold that was I guess in the fine print. Unfortunately I only had one card in me, now Im stuck,in the airport , going to be late for the only thing I flew in for. I am beyond upset. Buyer beware, wouldnt have been a problem if I was at least informed b4 hand!!
Ok I going to say this. DO not cuss AT THE COUTNER REPS. I am sorry if you do not like certain policies, but they have a job to do NO one should be treated bad by anyone. Do not go on google reviews and make up stories about ALAMO when you were the one cussing at them. Treat people with the way you would want to be treated. Cussing will not help the situation, it will make is worse for you, act like adults please.
Worse rental experience i had at albany airport checking in counter lady could not hear well i had to repeat my self twice every thing i was telling her and then when i went to get the car i reserved 2 child seats they had only one seat its took them like 15 minutes to find the other seat which was broked from the bottom where you hooked up with actual seat i told that lady its not safe for my kid to travel like that and her answer was i had a kids 18 years ago back then they didnt have these options on the seat she was really really roude she picked up that seat in front of me and throw in the garbage can really hard and said to me we dont have any other car seat her name was jaki all that happened at national car rental booth i think national and almo both company work together and then there was another girl she seems little nice she ask me to wait and went to enterprise both and finally got me a proper car seat its took 1 hour by the time i got out from there i will never ever rent a car from them in my life
I MUST SAY ALAMO CAR RENTAL AT THE ALBANY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! FROM START TO FINISH... THE LADIES AT THE INSIDE COUNTER ARE THE BESTTTTT... 2021-12-31I rent frequently for work. Ive rented from every company at Albany International Airport and Alamo is hands down the best! Alamo Rental sales agents are always professional and courteous, the vehicles are always clean and new and Ive never been charged for anything outside of what I agreed to at pickup. Alamo isnt always the cheapest, but Ive learned its worth paying a few dollars more to not have to deal with dirty, older vehicles, unprofessional agents and billing discrepancies from the other companies (looking at you Budget and Hertz).

2021-12-17Great customer service. I wanted a 4x4 truck but there was no option for 4x4. I called a month in advance to inquire if Alamo had a 4x4 truck option. I was told I could request for one. Which I did.The truck was perfect for hauling multiple pairs of skis and driving around the snow covered ski towns.I also learned Alamo is owned by Enterprise.Alamo had better pricing than Enterprise and Hertz.

2021-11-26Car needed to warm up in order for music to play. There was only one type of charging port for our 5hr commute. ALL of the door handles were dirty, including manual. Unnecessary added stress.

2021-07-20Radio did not work when I picked up the mini van. I asked for help from attendant who told me to google how to reset the radio and that he would waive the gas. I told him I googled how to reset the radio already and that it wouldn’t work. The attendant said he did have any other vehicles and that it might eventually start working and that he would come back and check on me. The atttendant proceeded to go back into the office and grab his backpack and walked away and never came back. Worst customer service ever. Ended up stopping at a dodge dealer who was able to help me with the radio didn’t cost me anything other than time away from my family while on vacation that I won’t ever get back.

2022-01-18Updating this review since I just realized this is literally a Jerry Seinfeld episode! Rewatched the series while stuck at home during COVID. All I can say is it’s much less funny when it actually happens to you instead of Jerry and Elaine! But points to Alamo for making the horrible New York experience just like a TV show sitcom also set in New York.Read on to find out how bad the reality was…. Then do yourself a favor and rent from ANYONE else. Yes, even Kramer’s rent-a-wreck would be an improvement.….Do not rent from these people if you have a choice. We had booked a standard size car for a trip from Albany to Montreal. They said we had no reservation...when I showed them the confirmation email they said there were not enough digits in the confirmation number. When I showed them the confirmation that was live on their website they tried to say there must be some glitch in the system.Clearly they had mistakenly given our reserved car to a walk-up and then figured they’d just give us a car three “classes” below what we had reserved. And they figured they could just lie about what happened as if we lived in the pre-internet era. They’re too ignorant to realize everything they do leaves a trail. So we had to make the 200 mile trip from Albany to Montreal in an economy Hyundai in snow flurries with no winter tires and what was clearly NOT sub-freezing wiper fluid. This company is an abomination. They do not care about the customer—not just their happiness but they literally don’t care if you survive your trip and will lie and force you to accept cars that are actually dangerous to drive under whatever the current conditions are. You’ve been warned.

2021-05-09My Girlfriend used them using priceline, upon picking up car, they tried charging an extra 400 on to price, even management was very disrespectful to her. She went to Avis and they were amazing to her. I was not there, they are lucky as I dont tolerate bullies and as a Army veteran, I have no issue teaching someone how to respect a lady as well as customer.

2019-12-17I used a third party site to rent a car and they linked me with Alamo in Albany, NY. There I was assisted by Casey, who had a very pleasant demeanor. Upon checkout I was charged 125 with the option to allow them to refuel at 2.44 per gallon.I immediately noticed that my rental agreement had an error and I was being charged 3.00 per gallon and she had me sign a document fixing it then suggesting that it would be adjusted in the computer. After being convinced the agreement would be honored I left with a vehicle.Upon my return I was given no receipt and ushered off. When I looked at my credit card bill a few weeks later, I noticed I was charged 4.00 a gallon (bringing my total bill to 221 from 125) and a call to customer service led to a man named Victor who was very little help and offered nothing but resistance to handling my issue.I was told to call back the number that was said to lead me to the airport office and hit certain prompts. Both times the prompts didn’t exist. After sitting on hold for 2 hours, I was informed that the person on the line Tasha, centrally located like Victor could help me. I was charged tax on the overall bill with and that raised the rate of the concession recovery fee as well as the amount of the sales tax. All in all I still paid an extra 60+ dollars for 18 gallons of gas instead of 43.92 (@2.44 per gal). I’ll probably never rent from them again but Tasha was patient and attentive to my concerns about the bill.

2020-09-25I made a reservation for a standard SUV but the only vehicles available were a minivan and a truck. I did not want either so I was instead offered a Toyota Camry that had just come in and was being detailed. Once the car was delivered it was extremely apparent that either the prior renter or the detailer has recently smoked pot inside the vehicle. I notified the agent and the remedy was an air freshener. I am very dissatisfied with the product and will think twice before I rent from Alamo again.

2020-07-15Warning. Avoid this place like the plague. We rented a minivan from them in 2019. Although we paid high dollar for the rental, when we picked up the rental it had not been cleaned. It was completely filthy to the point that it was impossible to do a proper inspection. But, they made no apologizes and we needed a vehicle right away....... When we returned the vehicle, they immediately pointed out a small dent on the roof which definitely was prior damage. Then they sent us a ridiculous bill for the repair and were relentless in collecting. In our opinion, this place is a scam operation. They are making money on hidden prior damage, they hide the small damage by not cleaning their cars, then they inflate the cost of repair in order to profit and exploit unknowing victims who need transportation. Avoid avoid avoid.

2021-10-06Car drove well, very economical, and spacey. However, the front seats were horribly stained, and there was a nasty scratch on the right rear quarter panel.Other than that , all went well
