I’ve been coming here for a long time! Professional service, I always feel like they care about me. I had a concern one time and their patient care person called me to discuss the issue that I reported. I’ve never had any business follow up with a phone call to discuss and rectify it. I’m happy to be a patient here.
Truly a amazing facility..1 of the most amazing experiences, when it comes to going to a doctors office, from the moment I walked in their doors. (Honestly/No BS)The Facility, itself, is quite breathtaking, & their staff are warm & kind.The best & most comforting Doctors office, I’ve ever experienced.I’m 49 yrs old & worked hard, all my life, so I appreciate finally feeling like I’ve made it to great health care providers !!
I have only just begun my series of tests to figure out what may be the cause of my health issues. In my first appointment with Dr. Hughes I am very satisfied and now hopeful to find solutions; his questioning was in-depth and has a matter-of-fact manner that gave me confidence in working with him especially for the first time. My only complaint was with administration and being given my scripts to make my own appointments for the tests Dr. Hughes advised me to get, which would require me to figure out what facilities accepted my insurance etc. when I later found out that administration should have done it with me right then and there as they have the quick resources to figure that all out for me.
Dr Perkins is an exceptional surgeon. I had a tooth extracted last year that created a sinus opening that did not heal properly causing it to get infected just a few months ago. She performed my surgery and talked me through everything that she was going to do. Could not say anything better about them. Well worth the 5 stars
I go regularly to ENTs wherever I am so that I can get my cerumencleaned out. Im an overachiever that way. I called Albany ENT & the person who scheduled me was great, got me a great appointment time, told me who Id see (Dr. Perkins), and assured me it would be covered with my insurance. Appointment was easy. Everyone at check-in was nice & quick. Appointment was super-fast and I was on my way. Really appreciate everyone at Albany ENT (Clifton Park).
My entire experience was wonderful, but I have to say I was above impressed with Dr. Kuhar. She was prepared, had read my chart and actually seemed to care about me and my complicated medical history. Even though I was not a candidate for the procedure my doc had referred me. I wish all, or any, of my doctors treated me the way she did. Thank you!
Albany ENT makes my visits convenient, quick & courteous for all my allergy injection visits. They always have smiles to greet you every single time. I have been with them since the beginning and wouldnt change a thing.
The check in is easy and quick. Lovely building, nice staff, complementary healthy snack items and cafe downstairs. ENT doctors are wonderful. I have not had to wait more than a few minutes.
I have been a patient for around 20 years. They have made a huge difference in my health and allergies. Dr. Setzen and PA Donna S. Thank you for always being there for me. I am grateful.
I don’t normally write reviews but my experience was so pleasant. Deidra was so kind and caring, she made me feel like I was at home in a facility I have never been to. I hope she gets a chance to see this!
Dr. Setzen, despite a busy schedule, was always responsive to my messages in the patient portal. In my three follow-up visits with Dr. Westbrook, she was always on time, attentive, knowledgeable and enthusiastic: a great comfort when transitioning to hearing aids
The staff was kind and courteous, I didn’t wait long at all and Dr. Perkins (as always) trulylistens to my concerns and includes me in the treatment plan

I visited twice at the very beautiful new facility in Clifton Park. Doctors and Physician Assistants are all very thorough, professional, and easy to talk to.
Ive had sinus issues for years. Dr. Perkins changed my quality of life with sinus surgery.
Comfortable seating and wait times arent too bad.

2022-07-21Dr. Perkins is wonderful. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and kind. The office and staff are great and Ive always been seen within minutes of my appointment and Ive never felt rushed. I highly recommend Albany ENT!!!

2022-05-20Unlike the Everett Rd Center in Albany, I was just amazed at how poorly I was treated. For years, I had been seen in the Albany Center, but due to a job and work hours had to change my location to Clifton Park.First, I was the only patient. It took over 15 minutes for my vials to be found. This would never happen in the Albany office. They see so many patients and in seconds find our vials.The only reason I did not give this a one star was because the woman, I saw was so kind, apologized and took the time to find the least painful spot on me. She also wore a mask that is in my notes. I felt very safe.My second and thankfully last visit was horrible. I again was the only patient and again had to wait over 15 minutes. The woman was unmasked, despite the sign at the entrance saying it was mandatory in the building to wear a mask and my notes in my chart. I had to remind her which shots go into which arm, which is in my notes. This is not my job, but hers!! For not being busy, she clearly either doesnt take her job seriously or doesnt care about protocol. She quickly injected me in areas of my arm that the Everett Rd Office said were no, nos, when I first got my shots.I was going during my lunch break and needed my normal quick and pleasant experience. As a result of their lack of caring about my time, I had to inhale my lunch driving back to work, just barely making it in time after an hour lunch break. I immediately changed my center and am making the Albany Center work.I would not recommend this site.

2022-07-15They expect us to be 15 minutes early for our appointments but they can be late???Absolutely not!!!!!! I needed a last minute appointment and the only appointment available was in Clifton Park. They were so rude, so snotty. I was the ONLY one in the waiting room. Was brought back to a room at the time my appointment was scheduled for and waited over a half hour to be seen by the doctor. The doctor was so short, wouldn’t let me speak, always cut me off. I enjoy the Albany location but my experience at Clifton Park was a complete 180

2022-02-18Appt was quick, Dr asked a couple questions and then sent us for blood work. I have a very hard time reaching an actual person in the office. I have called and left voicemails with no return call. Not much was actually done by the allergy nurse or doctor. I am still waiting to go over the results of my sons bloodwork. The ladies at the front desk check in downstairs were awesome!

2022-04-21I would give a zero if i could. Took 2 months for an appt for son and now its been 2 weeks and still havent sent over his prescription. Always sent to voice mail or given excuses.
