We were on vacation from Florida. On 06/24/22, I tested positive for covid. We went to the Albany Walk-in Clinic seeking advise. The white lady was compassionate and explained that I needed to complete the forms in my car and give them a call from my car. My issue is with the black woman when she was informed by her coworker my situation, in a rude manner without compassion told me that I could not be in this building and would verify it with the nurse. This black woman needs to be more compassionate and caring to patients as they/me was worried and did not know what to do. This black woman should not be working in this type of field. We ended up going to WellNow Urgent Care where the staff was compassionate and caring.

First, I dont want to criticize the medical staff here. They, like most medical people these past two years, have had to endure immeasurable stress. Weve been coming to this facility for a couple years and the doctors, PAs and nurses have been super.Sadly it looks like the management and administration have been phoning it in and terribly deficient.I arrived today with what I figured was a minor upper respiratory infection. I wore a mask and have my card showing full COVID vaccination yet because of cold symptoms I was told to take their forms back to my car, drive around back and park as close to the garbage cans as possible and call in. I was also told there would probably be an hour and a half wait. I did, and proceeded to fill out the forms (which continue to be repetitive and unprofessional). After 20 minutes I got a call from a name and number i did not recognize. I let it go to voicemail and they left no message. A few minutes later the same name and number called again, and again I let go to vm. Then it occurred to me it was the number for Urgent Care. But the name was a Dr. Paul Markessinis, MD. I called back. The phone was answered, I explained it was me and they hung up. I called again and was forwarded to someone who did not introduce themself and proceeded to ask what I wanted. Turned out to be a nurse.After a far more professional meeting with a PA, i was prescribed a few things and asked for my pharmacy. They said they would call it in. That was around 2 pm. At 4 I stopped by the pharmacy who told me they had no record of the prescriptions being requested. I got home just after 5, called this facility to find it was closed.The medical people there kept me from giving only one star. But frankly I dont think anyone else associated with this place gives a damn what their rating is.

Was sent here on behalf of work as one of my coworkers was injured and I brought them for treatment. Our company is contracted through here for workers comp claims and they refuse to see her for any treatment and will not contact anyone on our behalf while my coworker has been bleeding for the past hour. If you are not required to come here for treatment, stay away

They were nice but the site and their phone prompts listed services they actually don’t have. So it was a little annoying getting there and learning they don’t do any blood tests. No pregnancy tests and no STD testing.Management should update the the site and phone prompt to actually list what they do at this site.

Not open on weekends. Websites states open 365 days a year. As well does Google. When you call they are open Monday-Friday

I went in the middle of the afternoon for an urgent care visit, and when I walked in, a lady asked how she could help me. The lady at the front desk was very nice, but she then informed me that they didn’t have a practitioner in today and couldn’t help me. She said that they went home for the day. How are you open for business, as an urgent care facility, and you don’t have a doctor, PA, or NP on staff?!?

Went there for a Covid PCR test in early December, still waiting for results in mid-January. Got two sequential tests at another facility with results back by 24 hrs & 48 hrs respectively.

Had to go here for a routine check up for job related reasons. The staff here were all very nice and knowledgeable of what needed to he done. There was almost no wait, after finishing paperwork I was called in less then 2 minutes. If I didnt have so many different tests and things done Im sure I would have been out a lot sooner as well. From my experience here the staff are fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I am glad my tests were done here.

Poor customer service. Front desk is fairly rude. They don’t work much like a team there, they don’t seem to communicate. This whole team is either very tired or genuinely don’t want to be there, possibly both. Either way poor service.

Came in at 12 waited there for an hour then over heard them say that they only have a doctor until 2 waited another hour for them to tell me that the doctor went home and that they are not able to help me in that mean time they took a bunch of people that had come in after me and didn’t even give me my money back after I was told that I had to come back at another time when a doctor is in.
