ALDI in other cities:
Great deals on most items, and we love the range of choices, especially the healthy and organic products, and imported items that are constantly replenished to try. Dairy is the best cheapest prices anywhere! Just wish they had extended hours sometimes, otherwise I highly recommend !
I buy most of my groceries here. They usually have everything I need and often have seasonal items that I like to try. The prices are reasonable and the products that I buy are almost always of good quality. I wish that their Oswego store had bigger carts. My biggest concern is the checkout line, it always feel like an over pressured race that can be extremely insensitive to people with disabilities. Because of the checkout situation the cashiers often seem removed empathy and sometimes even reality.
This Oswego Store is a GREAT PLACE TO GET YOUR GROCERIES.The shelves are always filled, the groceries are always fresh the prices are lower than Price Chopper, and WalMart. All the employees are very helpful, and polite and courteous. They will help you with anything and everything. You can be sure I will get my groceries there all the time. Thanks Oswego Aldis.
WOW ALDIs is The Best Retail environment Ive experienced in decades, Left my wallet on bagging counter and the Wonderful associate who saw it placed in in her office till I returned after a sleepless night, Not 1 dollar of the large sum of cash for deposit was touched. I will return to this store at every oppourtunity available for my food, GREAT PEOPLE FOOD AND PRICES! , just bring a bag large enough for your food and wallet !:)
This location is a nice addition to the other grocery stores we already have, especially because Aldis caries a much different product line than any other of the grocery stores in Fulton. Places like Walmart and Price Chopper, although they are two completely different stores, they both carry allot of the same items as far as grocery is concerned. Places like Save-A-Lot and Aldis are a nice addition because they bring different items to the table that neither Walmart or Price Chopper offer. Every time I have been to this Aldis location, it has been a pleasant experience. The store is super clean and appears to always be kept that way. The employees are very friendly, polite, professional and always seem to have a good attitude, which certainly helps when you have those days that you end up spending alot of money on groceries. I have always had a pleasant experience when shopping at this location.
Great prices......clean store.....but that is where the compliments end....I have been there many times; but twice now I have waited in a long line patiently with only a few items (in one case only one item) to have someone walk up to the register with a couple items or ask to buy bags and be waited on ahead of me. It negates the whole concept of a line. In both cases I brought it to the clerks attention. The clerk today just stood there not even responding, not even a I am sorry for the inconvenience. The other time it happened it was the manager and her response was oh well my husband and I do that all the time at stores...then she wanted to argue with me and then the customer behind me in line that was also waiting....I would say that is piss poor customer service; the manager should be disciplined. In both cases if the clerk would have waited on me instead of the customer that butted in line....I would have been out of there; because the time it took them to wait on the person that butted in line was the time it would have taken the clerk to wait on me. If I patiently waited in line why cant they? Why cant the manager or the clerk do their job and tell the person...you will have to get in line?......
Does have a good amount of products but prob the least I have seen out of all the other aldis so its sub part at bast little dirty empty boxes always mixed in or laying around and always always always under staffed I get it that times we may have to wait but 1 cashier for 15 people is not fast or good enough no reason for it in my belive
Of all the Aldis within a 30 mile radius, Oswego is by far the worst. Produce is usually in some degree of rotton and the inventory is below par, typically out of basic necessities. Overall, store is cluttered with empty boxes and is always dirty. Clientele are rude and leave a lot to be desired; letting their kids running free, climbing, fighting, jumping and crying. I sympathize with the employees who have to work under these circumstances.

2022-06-18The staff here are great! Update- June 2022, everything everywhere is so expensive but I can count on Aldis to have the best prices on the important stuff and great selection of vegetarian options.

2022-01-22Neat and tidy store. Easy to get in and out. Always seem to have exactly what I need except on a really rare occasion. Sometimes its just nice not to have to go to a big box store.

2021-06-25Gosh, I love this store. Whenever I am in a funk, I just walk into Aldis and catch all the delicious aromas... First things to catch my eye were the containers of 3 bean salad... at a very reasonable price. I made a complete meal out of just that alone! It was so refreshing after working out in the yard in the hot sun.

2021-10-17The only issue Ive ever had at Aldis and its the same at every store is no matter how many customers there are theres only one check out ever open. There can be five people stocking shelves and two people up front talking while one person is working a register. If youre going to shop here give yourself an extra 15 minutes.

2021-11-08So happy Aldis came to Fulton, NY. They have a great selection plus items that you would not see in other stores. When ever I visit this Aldis store the Aldis Team is always helpful and will answer your questions. They are always on the move to make this a great store and to keep prices reasonable.

2022-02-18Great Prices!!! And selection. You can save a lot of money by shopping at this store, dont overlook it as many people do, have a quarter in your pocket for the shopping cart and bring your own bags and you will save a lot of money and find some very great and interesting products not just groceries, it just takes a little getting used to and learn how to shop the store and youll be very happy you went there. I actually prefer some of their items over some other store brands and save money at the same time. I highly recommend giving it a try. Also the store on Fulton is a really beautiful store very recently built and slightly larger than this one on Oswego. I just shopped at the Oswego store and found a nice selection of things that I needed and it was close by right across the street from Walmart so it was very easy to shop at that particular Aldi.

2020-10-22I shop here on the regular for myself and for my customers. I appreciate how they are usually very well stocked for fresh veggies and fruits, and quality is excellent for the money, especially for those on a limited income/budget. I also love the unique foods that are rotated into inventory, and love the variety of specialty cheese, and chocolates! I find that sometimes the cashiers are a little on the curt side, and tend to just toss foods into the carts without any consideration to what the item is. However, I try to place items onto the conveyor belt with this in mind. heavier stuff first, lighter, crushable items (like chips and berries) last.
