Hajj 2018 was a very satisfying spiritual journey me and my wife were more than satisfied, Aleman group as a whole consist of very dedicated persons all of them ensured that our visit to Holy Land was comfortable and memorable, we got more than promised in the package.I will recommend this group to all those who intend going for Hajj in 2019.May Allah SWT reward all the group members for their good deeds.

I dont agree with the negativity reviews. Dr. Waheed and his team did everything they could to make Hajj 2019 a memorable experience exactly like they promised. The tent in Minnah were provided by Saudi Government, Any defects are not Alemans responsibility. When it was flooded, they change the beds and carpets which were affected same night. Hearing from others experience in other groups, I totally believe Aleman did their best. To be truthful in my review, there is one minor observationthat I prefer to discuss directly with Brother Waheed.I recommend them.

Alhamdullillah my experience with Aleman Groups was great and I would use them again if I would get the chance to go for Hajj again.My review will focus on what they could control and not the overall Hajj experience as many situations were controlled by Saudi government and not by Aleman Groups.Starting at the airport, their staff were waiting for us as they promised and facilitated our transportation and settling into our rooms.The hotels they picked were very close to the Al-Haram in Madinah and in Mecca. This made it a lot easier to focus and maximize our efforts on performing Salah and Zikr.In Mina, the camp was 5 – 10 minutes walking distance from Jamarat which is the major difference between any Hajj packages. They also got us golf carts for transportion across tunnels, that Saudi Arabia authorities blocked for any traffic, which was very helpful for elders and handicapped.The scholars (Sheikhs) they hired to give us short talks after every Salah were so great and their talks were very touching. They were also available to answer any question for the most of the day.Once we finished Manasek and were bound to go to Jeddah to stay out final 3 days there until we get out return flight, they made a great efforts to find another 5-star hotel in Mecca to extend our stay closer to Al-Haram.As expected we were faced with many things that went against the plan. For example, the buses that we were supposed to take from Madinah to Mecca were held by Saudi Arabian authorities. They made every possible effort to resolve the issue and were able to make it to Mecca despite 4 hours delay which many said that we were lucky to have only 4-hours delay.In Mina and due to severe thunderstorm, some of the tents got flooded and some beds got soaked. They were able to get dry beds and replace the wet once before sleeping time and their staff carried those beds over their shoulders for 3 kilos as roads were blocked by Saudi authorities and did not allow any truck to transport these beds. I was truly impressed with their actions to make sure that everyone sleeps on dry bed that day.Overall, I was truly very impressed how Aleman staff, especially Hajj Wahid, tried their best to make it as easy as they can to make us focus on performing Manasek and to make our Hajj experience memorable for the rest of our life.My only recommendation to Aleman Groups is to use the WhatsApp that they setup for communications more and not just depend on announcements after each Salah and to provide more updates especially when delays or unexpected events happen.

We went with Aleman for Hajj in 2018. We had a great experience. The organizer made sure we were in Makkah and Madina during times that weren’t congested. The people looked out for us all the time. This is a very difficult job to do well because it is very crowded during Hajj and a lot of people have different demands. With all that in mind, they made sure we were well taken care of. If we are blessed to do Hajj or Umrah again we will definitely try going with Aleman God willing.

Performing Hajj with Aleman Group was a great experience. They were very attentive from day one in giving directions on logistics and on how to perform Hajj. Mufti Farhan guided our Hajj journey so beautifully. May Allah bless the entire team of Aleman for making this Hajj journey memorable one.

Horrible Horrible experience on first day of Hajj. We arrived to our hotel in Madinah at 5 am after 2 days of travel and a long layover in Dubai only to be told in such a nonchalant and dismissive way that rooms are not ready. First they said to go pray Fajr and come back for breakfast at 6 and keys would be ready. It is now 11am and we are still sleeping in the lobby or in a lounge on couches and chairs. At no time did anyone at Aleman ever mention that we wouldnt have rooms ready on arrival. In fact, I personally asked brother Waheed (owner) if the room would be ready when we got to the hotel around 5. I did ask him this question after I realized they had me and my wife travelling for 2 days with a long layover and he personally assured me that I would have a room ready upon arrival. I find this behavior to be untrustworthy, especially when you find out that they had another group leaving the same hotel in Madinah going to Makkah and those are the rooms we are waiting on. After they check out and the rooms get cleaned, then we get the keys. It is shortly after 11am and we are still waiting in the lobby and lounge, young and elders. Deceitful and dishonest behavior!!!Another example of Hajj companies that abuse Hajjis knowing they are bound by Allahs words لا رفث ولا فسوق ولا جدال في الحج حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل, حسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل

I Musawar sheikh go with my wife this year August 13th to August 28th 2018 thanks ALLAHA billions of time, all the arrangements are excellent, in Makka there is some communication gap between Hajjas and management. Overall all arrangements are very good. I strongly recommended to travel with Aleman group USA who wanted wanted to perform UMERA and Hajj , which you pay they return you in the form of hotels and facilities. Over all Alhamdulillah, an excellent life time experience.Al-Eman group made every possibility to make Hajj easier for people. Special thanks to Brother Waheed and his full support and management team. During the overall Hajj, I have seen Brother Waheed working along closely with his staff team to make lives of Hajis easier. Being a President of the company, he could have just sat down and ordered, but he did put in effort and worked hard.Brother Waheed and his team just don’t work at commercial purpose, but also takes it to their heart to make Hajj easier for Hajis. If you have any issues, Brother Waheed will go a step ahead to try to help you.Because Al-Eman made things easier, Hajis could spend most of their time in Ibaadat as opposed to figuring out for food, travel etc.People must first set their mind, you are on Hajj and not on vacation. Things can be little up and down when you are talking about coordinating hundreds of people in the group and millions of people in overall Hajj.You can always find people complaining and never satisfied, for those kinds of people, I asked them to go outside of gated Al-Eman community which we were in Mina to see the life outside. Outside, you can see people don’t have food to eat and water to drink and sleeping on streets in temperatures of over 107F. Looking at them, I would say we had a very luxurious life with Al-Eman tents in Mina.Shaitaan is open and will take every single opportunity to destroy your Hajj. It starts with testing your patience for every single thing. Brothers and sisters, please do not make Shitaan win.Let me briefly talk about my entire journey here:•Al-Eman provided guidance all throughout the Hajj process.•When landed in Saudi Arabia (Madina) Al-Eman staff was right at airport to guide us till the bus.•Provided breakfast in a box, till we reached the hotel which was like 30-45 mins from airport.•When we arrived at the airport, it was breakfast time so we got to eat the breakfast which was excellent. We stayed in Dallah Taiba, which is right across Gate#25 of Haram. Overall, service and food was excellent at the Hotel.•We had scholars who spoke about Hajj process, after breakfast and dinner regarding significance of different things during Hajj.•We left for Makkah via flight, and for the entire trip we have Al-Eman staff guiding and helping.•From Jeddah airport, again they were Al-Eman staff team guiding us to Buses. Bus stopped right few blocks from Haram and people did Tawaf and Sayee and came back to buses and we left for Mina.•Excellent Part: A/C Tents in Mina were right across Jamarat. We could go hit Shaitan and come back in 15-20 mins. Food was provided 3 times a day in Mina. They were hundreds of Al-Eman staff working day and night in hot temperatures to make Hajj journey easy for people. And they always had smiles on their faces and always ready to help you and guide you.•They are people and buses carrying Al-Eman signs.•Mina to Arafat we went via bus. Very nice setup by Al-Eman group.•Arafat to Muzdalifa we went via train and very well coordinated.•Stayed night in Muzdalifa and came back to Mina via train.•Did Jamarat (hitting of shaitaan)•Stayed in Fairmont Hotel in Clock tower which is now considered part of Haram.•Stayed 2 nights in a nice hotel in Jeddah and came back to US.Again, during the entire trip, Al-Eman group worked very hard to make Hajj easier for people.

I have done Hajj twice and Omrah several times with Aleman Groups USA and my dear brother Haj Wahid and his team. They are superb and they always do their best to make sure that their group are comfortable and enjoying the most important journey in their life. I am hoping to go to Hajj again this year with Aleman Group USA in shaa Allah and I am looking forward to meeting all the friends at Aleman Groups. I went to Hajj with my wife in 2015 and the exceptional customer service which we received from each staff member of Aleman was superb. Brother Wahid was available 24/7 and ready to serve. Highly recommend Aleman to everyone.
