I have dealt with Alex over the past 15 years at least and his performance has been nothing less than amazing! He has years of experience and is well qualified in all real estate transactions. We finally close on the house we wanted with Alex waited a long time due to covid-19. Alex Baron has sold 2 properties for me. They were different types, a high end condo and a knockdown 1 family house on great property. I was impressed by his ability to work with me and my wife, not the easiest of clients, as well as buyers and buyer brokers. The knockdown was during the COVID crisis and he didnt miss a beat about being available and smoothing out the bumps for a virtual closing. Hes always available which is much appreciated and has been missing with other brokers Ive used in the past. Ill definitely use Alex again in this area.

2022-03-05I worked with Alex Baron to sell my house in NY. I interviewed at least 6 agents before choosing Alex. He clearly stood out above all the others. From the moment Alex began listing my house until it was sold, he was professional, polite, courteous and went above and beyond on many occasions. I couldnt imagine working with any other agent but Alex. Even after I sold my house and relocated, Alex called me several times to check up on me and make sure I had a smooth transition (I bought another house out of state). Any questions or concerns I had throughout the process of selling my home, Alex always made me feel welcome to call him and discuss. He was very generous with his time and I never felt rushed doing business with him. He is extremely capable and a highly skilled agent and I cant recommend his service enough.

2022-02-12We listed our mom’s home in Bayside with Alex. He quickly assembled a list of interested buyers and brought them to show the home over a two day period. Multiple offers were received and the home sold quickly. Alex also recommended a local real estate attorney and a moving company, both of whom were excellent. We would highly recommend Alex for his knowledge of the local real estate market as well as other services required when moving.

2021-11-23I told Alex I couldnt sell my home. I explained I needed too much help because I didnt have relatives to help me. Alex became that relative. He helped me with minutiae beyond the purview of his job. He met movers when I could not. He even picked up garbage when city garbage haulers didnt. He negotiated issues with others that I could not have because he clearly has experience in handling matters in an unemotional way to get things done. I didnt realize the price I was asking for was unreasonable but Alex got that price for me. Alex is likely the relative we will never have and a real estate agent who fully embodies the word agent to help you achieve your goals.
