I called ahead for pricing, lady on the phone said it’s $29 for the locksmith to come, and service starts at $30. I said fine, let’s proceed. When the locksmith arrived, he said service would be $120+++ I thought I was getting ripped off, but really needed to get in my room(he didn’t change the lock, just inserted an inflatable device to open the door) so I thought I’d let him open my room and just call the office for clarification.When I finally called back, the guy on the phone said the price was reasonable, I asked him what the $30 base charge includes, he could not give me an answer, got upset, forwarded me to a “manager” but ended up to be a line that does not work. When you call them for service, rest assured they will open your locks, AND your wallet.

I came home today and saw that someone tried to enter my home by breaking the lock. Unfortunately, he was not successful, but the lock got destroyed, so I had to call a locksmith. The professional team came to my location and unlocked it. Big relief for me.
