I came to just look at sofa I wasn’t in the mood to bothered by a salesman but then I was helped by Jim . This guy is the best. He treated me like family, he wasn’t pushy, and he made things easy. I had a ton of questions and he had the patience to answer all of them and add his recommendations, which where extremely helpful. I ended up purchasing a King Power bed and the sofa I was looking for. The financing process was easy and smooth. I highly suggest you ask for “Jim ” when you go to this furniture place . My furniture was delivered on time, and the delivery guys were fast, efficient and did not leave a single scrap of trash. My furniture is really beautiful and comfortable. This has been my best experience regarding a furniture store! The sales floor is clearly layed out to easily find what you’re looking for. The restrooms are well kept along with the rest of the store.The sales staff are very courteous and professional. I say that based on the demeanor of the associate who helped us. His name is Jimmy . He very knowledgeable about the inventory and patiently helped us make the right selection based upon our budget and style/comfort preferences

Hours agoWow, I don’t remember when was the last time I was treated with much respect in a store! I walked in to Alexandro furniture just to look around for my daughters new apartment! Jeff you rock! He greeted me with such an amazing smile and very friendly! From there i explained i was looking for a set of couches. He asked me a few questions regarding my taste in style & color, I told him and he brought me over to these amazing couches that I ended up purchasing with my brand new furniture credit card! When I applied for credit with the company, I received a call from a lady named Ana she was super helpful and even gave me her cell #, in case I had any questions, one morning I even called her with a question while she wasnt working and she was so cool about it (sorry again Ana)but even then she answered my question and I swear I could hear her smiling through the phone. Alexandro furniture has always been my number pick!! I got a bedroom set and dressers and they are in perfect condition even after moving 3 times.. yesterday I just bought a couch with a tv stand and a coffee table and the sales rep his name was rob he was awesome!! He knew what he was talking about.. and even helped us out when we were deciding if we wanted leather or not!! He was just 100% the best sales rep I have seen!! I even recommended him to a couple of friends when they go in this week to speak to him

We were able to do the whole purchase online with the guidance of Jimmy and Ana Wow! Theu have exceptional customer service and expert advice. I would definitely recommend Alexandro furniture! Great customer service! They really value their customers and good service and the price is incredible went to look for a sofa and from the start Hamza assisted us. We love that he gave us space to browse and not breathe down our necks like many sales people do at other stores. We were a little to early to order so we came back the next month- Hamza still remembered us and gave us more time to look around before making a final decision. He also assisted as last year in buying another piece of furniture. The delivery experience was incredible. Quick turnaround and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. He was very informative and helped us pull the trigger on some mattresses for our family. My daughter loved the selections they have which was at incredible price and the sales lady was very polite and patient and helpful. They were very helpful with figuring out the best financing option. Waiting area was comfortable; We made our purchase and had the furniture delivered next day , the delivery crew very professional and expert was friendly and efficient! I got a bedroom set and dressers and they are in perfect condition even after moving 3 times.. yesterday I just bought a couch with a tv stand and a coffee table and the sales rep his name was rob he was awesome!! He knew what he was talking about.. and even helped us out when we were deciding if we wanted leather or not!! He was just 100% the best sales rep I have seen!! I even recommended him to a couple of friends when they go in this week to speak to him
JJim was a great salesman. Not at all pushy, not hovering making us feel pressure but close enough if we had questions he was there. Helped me find the perfect recliner to meet my needs. It was an easy process with debit card and your social # you are good to go! We were a little to early to order so we came back the next month- Hamza still remembered us and gave us more time to look around before making a final decision. He also assisted as last year in buying another piece of furniture. The delivery experience was incredible. Quick turnaround and made sure I was satisfied with everything before they left. Sales staff was unprofessional and the delivery men were rude and refused to remove the boxes that came with the sofa. Very disappointed because I like to support small local business but the delivery men ruined what would have been a good experience.

2018-09-10I had the pleasure of working with Mr. Jimmy during my recent experience at Alexandro Furniture today. Not only was he incredibly patient but he is knowledgeable and remarkably poised. Throughout my experienced today I never felt pressured to purchase from him or rushed so he could move on to the next potential sale. He was humorous, respectful and honest....like a friend would be and for that I am grateful. I purchased a few pieces with my mom whom he also answered her questions and concerns with ease. Because of his expertise and our rapport, I plan on purchasing more furniture directly with him as well as sending customers his way. A real Professional who welcomed us, let us view the showroom on our own with no pressure and then was there as soon as we needed him. furniture should have Management tape at work and show others the best way to make a sale, is let the people shop. And then you take care of them. Great job .
