We came for a couch, but left with an swivel accent chair and recliner as well. Maria was very helpful and answered all questions. Additionally, a male store manager also came over and introduced himself to us. Overall, this was an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.

She even moved a piece of furniture around for me so that I could see how one piece would work as a TV stand. I was able to choose my delivery date and the whole purchase process was quick and easy. I called the store to confirm my new delivery time also to make sure they recieve my email with certificate insurance and i got such of attitude from who ever work there that i dont understand how manegers allow that. also they are like cars dealers,after you buy you on your own, they not responsible to confirm your delivery or certificate insurance all they say to wait for a call from wear house the day before

Did not like my experience with these people so unprofessional. Gave me the wrong item (mind you i came from another state to get my stuff) had to return it myself and then when i got what I actually ordered it was cracked and it looks like it had already been open by someone else and the owner acted surprised. they gave me a discount but i only went ahead and did it because i came from so far and did not want to deal with them anymore. Denise was amazing though. Never going back. Recommend to check everything you get to make sure it is what you ordered and checking Ashley furniture before buying here so you know the actual prices so they dont scam you.

I was immediately greeted by one of the employees, deliala and she asked my what I was looking for. She was very kind and was very patient with me as I kept asking to see things. Please go check out Gallery Furniture! Denise and Jacob are the most professional and accommodating people. We got in from Boston 1 hour prior to closure and they did not rush us out. Denise showed us all the furniture displays and Jacob reassured us of our purchase. They will work with you no matter what! Best furniture purchasing experience EVER! DENISE IS GENUINE! I generally don’t write reviews on anything but I had to give my review of this place! I walked into this store looking for furniture for my new apartment. I was feeling unsure of wether or not I should trust these people with my money cause of all the things you hear about now a days. I must say, from the moment I walked in to today, all I have received is the upmost courteous and professional service ever. I literally purchased a few items from this store and literally got all my merchandise two days later. In all the years I have been buying furniture, I have never gotten it this fast. They have beautiful merchandise at reasonable prices and their customer service is amazing! I absolutely recommend this furniture store with my eyes closed to everyone. Thank you guys!

Also he told me to get out of his store and that this isn’t my country bad service I don’t recommend at all . He is a a despot person .

I purchased a dining table on Dec 3rd and on May one of the legs of the table got detached from the glass so when I went to the store to see if they can fix it the manager there told me there’s nothing they can do that I basically lost my money, they are the worst not worth buying from them !

Worst store ever one of my furniture came with a defect they didn’t even want to change it and it has a 1 year store warranty. Will never buy here again prefer to go to a big name brand furniture store.

My daughter loved the selections they had, they were amazingly priced and the saleswoman was very polite, patient, and helpful. They were very helpful in finding the best financing option. The waiting area was comfortable; We made our purchase and the furniture was delivered the next day, the delivery team was very professional and knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Denise showed us all the furniture displays and Jacob reassured us of our purchase. They will work with you no matter what! Best furniture purchasing experience EVER! DENISE IS GENUINE! She doesn’t need to finesse anyone into buying anything! Keep up the good work!!!

2018-09-195 hours agoAfter two visits and many purchases, I can truly say that we are 110% happy with every aspect of shopping at Gallery furniture ! Our sales rep was terrific --- very attentive, patient and nice to work with. There are many furniture selections to choose from and the prices are very reasonable so we purchased everything we needed --- sofa, side chair, lamps, side tables and a bed frame. The delivery men were great --- on time, in close contact before the actual delivery and quickly got to the job of assembling the furniture. Great place and I highly recommend the store to other people!New to the area and was in need of additional furniture for my home. On a whim, I popped into Gallery furniture to peruse and came away with some gems. My Jacob was phenomenally top notch! Perfect sales associate. He didn’t hover/harass but periodically checked in on me and was always promptly available. He was patient and offered great insight. 100% professional and beyond kind. Any questions I had, Jaycob answered with complete transparency. I enjoyed my experience in the store and look forward to receiving my furniture shortly. Amazing place
