Their food was good before. Now quality and quantity both reduced of food. Now they give too much oil and spices, not a healthy choice. Now they are giving very less amount of food compare to before, not recommending anymore.
The place is very nice food is authentic and prices are a little on the high side but people are friendly. Dont expect lots of smiles in here everyone is welcoming but very very serious all the time. They are always busy and food is always fresh
Update as of 07/20/2021, called at 11.45AM to order 10 Nan Roti and the women on the phone said it will take till 6.30pm to get the 10 Nan ready.Good quality stuff. Helpfull staff. Clean store with a parking lot. The parking entrance is bit narrow and has a single lane. But the Biriyani is nice so Ill wait a little to park the car. Overall this is a good place.

Restaurant serves Halal food with vegetarian options. There is also on site butcher for chicken and meat along with grocery shopping 🛒Restaurant is closed on Tuesdays and currently offers take away and delivery options on major delivery carriers 🚚Nice management and friendly staff, do recommend 👍
Every time I order something it’s old. I think they store the old food to serve the next two or three days. Chicken legs in display look like they are sitting there for 3 months. I would probably never order food there again. Even on EID day, their food wasn’t fresh. 😞
Very good store and owner is very nice person they have most items what we needed and meat also is very good i take meat few other places but some smell but when i buy from this store no smell and nice piece also make this guy and about working people there if someone complain for workers so just tell me where you found 100% employees? I dont know how they are running their business.I always try to avoid buying food from their restaurant, its either weeks older or cooked improperly.Had to buy naan a few days ago, they were worst than pita bread.They keep storing dishes until they are finished even if it takes weeks.
Convenient place on the island for groceries. The restaurant item prices are kind of high. The receptionist there needs to be educated about food items a bit more. She couldnt even tell me some basic things like what kind of oil they use.Update. The quality of food has gone down the drain, while prices have risen.
Would have given 4 stars but they can do better on training their employees to provide best customer service. A smile goes a long way, brings your customer back, makes you feel welcome. Will give another chance.

Employees on restrauant side gave me burnt nans and badHaleem. Customers trust on their packed stuff At home when we unpack their food. Latterly nans were burnt. We get stomach ache.Moreover, haleem was bad and has too much salt. it taste really bitter. And too much oil that it was dripping from the container. Haleem was like a glue. They perhaps mixed lot of flour. It felt we are eating oil and glue. I bet they themselves can’t eat haleem which they sell. .They need to train their employees and improve quality of their food. If they are having any competent on the island. They are flop. Horrible restaurant .
Great place for Desi food. Delicious vegetarian and mouth watering non vegetarian option. I always order naan with aloo palak and Daal. The rice delicacy is also pretty amazing. Do not miss out on desserts my favorite is Kheer and I believe it is the most delicious of all the dessert options.
Ive heard some weird stuff about this place over the years. I choose to ignore it and move past due to it being the only pakistani resturant in all or staten island. I guess this is why they take advantage of us due to no competition. Only thing worth buying in the resturant is naan. And only reason i am giving 3 star is due to the grocery side and their costomer service.
Good food, cause I love desi food and overall this is about the only place I know of that sells desi foods (frozen parathas amongst them) and spice mixes. Plus they have their own halal butcher shop, so you can count on them to cut up your stew meat and skin your chicken

We ate Chicken Tika Masala, Chicken Birani (needed more chicken in it), and lentils. Everything was really delicious and spicy. The price was a bit high. The restaurant has no decorations or anything interesting, but the food was good and halal!
Worst restaurant in New York City. This restaurant is very unhygienic; cook handel food and cash at same time and he doesn’t even bother to wash his hands. Also they charge you more than their menu price and food is not even fresh.
I ordered 10 naan through grubhub and they send me old, hard and cold naan. Really bad service, won’t be ordering from them again
Serve stale food no customer service there are not many places to eat pakistani food so people have no choice really otherwise this place would be long gone. Just get naan and roti from them thats the only items they have fresh.
Very polite people. Busy. Great food. They do not servre bread or rice with their pricing.That is the only issuse.However if you need good pashton(pink) chai, regular, chai soup and a real hot meal w warm servce your good.
Nice, clean and decent place. The chick shish kebab, somusha, beef halim are good. Most of the time foods are fresh. The grocery is also good. Sometimes waiting time can be better.

2022-03-19Please avoid this place at any cost. I went there on a Monday around 7 PM and called the Restaurant to find out if they had Chicken Tandoori. The reply came in fast yes we do and I asked if the Tandoori Chicken was fresh and I was told it was made around 5:30 PM. So it was made around 1.5 hours prior to my pickup time. I picked up my food and the Tandoori Chicken smelled rotten. I was just lied to by the person at the Restaurant. The Tandoori went into the Garbage and smelled as if it was left over night. Please do yourself a favor and refrain from using this place and their food. The shop inside the Restaurant is the only savings grace as you get some Grocery near by. Avoid the Restaurant and food unless you want to get food poisoning!! Rating this place 1 star due to the Grocery shop inside the only saving grace!!

2022-02-19Be prepared to pay cash. If you pay by card there is a fee. i assume It’s the credit card processing fee they pass on to you. but they call it tax which is misleading, makes it sounds like when you pay cash you aren’t paying tax or maybe they don’t pay taxes on cash transactions which is a different story and maybe the IRS would like to speak to management. Overall, I have only had good experiences with people here. The prices have gone up over the years but they can’t do much about inflation. Would be 5 stars If someone would take orders over the phone like they use to.

2022-01-14Restaurant side of Store needs some Expansion. Taste of Food is Well, but Servers needs to learn Presentation. Rear of the Building has Space to Built a Dining Area for Restaurant to Cater their Food. The Store need to have Cashier available to Check out without Delay.

2021-04-03This Place is Great! I had a chicken Kofta Sandwich and it was so delicious. They Bake the bread fresh in the spot, the price was pretty good. I paid a 4$ for a huge sandwich. Cant beat that . The only thing I have it 4 because the food was but spicy.But overall it is Highly Recommended 👌👌👌
