All About Indian Food in other cities:
Satisfied my craving for vegetarian Indian food. I like this place. Full disclosure the delivery guy - Najmul Hasan Prince asked me to give a 5 star review. I would have given a 5 star review without him asking but if you are reading I think if you just ask people if they can leave a good review that would be better. anyway - good food. quick delivery.
The food was decent, but the delivery driver not so much. I understand we both have accents and it can be difficult to understand each other, but when I first answer the call all I got was a Hello and I asked if this was this the restaurant calling. He said something I couldnt understand and I assumed it was about my location or an order mix-up. He didnt answer me, so I was confused. I said hello again and he replies with the same thing I just said. I then ask if he was almost here and all I can hear was talking in the background. So I said hello again, and he yells Are you coming?! I thought he was at my door and surely he wasnt. So I asked, Are you at the front lobby? And he continued to give me an attitude saying Im making him late and starting incomprehensible yelling. So I rushed to grab my key from my toddler and just told him to leave at the lobby if he wasnt going to drop it off at my door.Again the food was good, and I cant blame the restaurant. So Ill give it another go one day but only for pick-up/or dine-in.
I love the food from here. But last night I had a seriously creepy encounter happen from one of the delivery drivers. I got my food at 8pm, no issues there. Drop off was friendly and on time. Then, at 5am the next morning, I got a call from a BLOCKED phone number. This man used my name when addressing me, and claimed to be my neighbor and that I GAVE HIM my phone number. This was absolutely not true, and I told them to never call my number again and hung up. Immediately I was called again by the same blocked number. I had to put my phone on airplane mode because there’s no way to block an unknown number. The man on the phone said his name was “MD” and he had a very thick Indian accent. I immediately knew it was the delivery driver and to confirm I called the delivery drivers number off an unknown number myself. The same guy picked up the phone and said he was MD. It was extremely creepy and I’m in the process of getting him fired or the restaurant removed from Grubhub. It’s extremely unfortunate because I’ve ordered multiple times and I actually love their food. But this really freaked me out considering he has my full address, phone number, and name. Not only would I never order from here again, but I advise that no other woman does for their own safety.
I have ordered from All About Indian Food on multiple occasions and I must say, their food is absolutely delicious! Not only is their food amazing but their order turn around speed is jaw dropping- from placing an order to your door in under 25 minutes consistently.. no need to sit hungry for an hour+ waiting for your order to arrive! My driver, Rashadul is extremely nice and always greets you with a smile and a cool leather jacket (obviously needed if you wanna go fast). Five stars for me! For delicious Indian food look no further.
Ordered on Postmates, they took my money and Ive been waiting 40 minutes. The order is missing on Postmates and it says they are closed on the app!! Then why did you charge me?? They are not picking up the phone and voicemail is full. I even tipped for delivery...No respect for the customers. Dont order here
Im so upset and discontented, I usually dont write reviews, but I just wasted almost $50 placing order for tandori chicken and buryani. The tandori chicken was horrible, it tasted nothing like tandori chicken, it was burnt and have a total taste that was awful. The only reason I ordered from here was because it was to close to job. I useually get from Indian kitchen. I think the tandori chicken has been reheated more than 10x. Ill never place order from you again.
We met with friends at this spot for lunch. my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The staff members welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The meal was delicious. We had a great time and we shall absolutely come back again. Recommended.
I told my friends about this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I visit this place often. I get very good feedback from my friends. The dishes they serve are fantastic and the stuff is efficient and cooperative. always when we visit this place we pass a lovely time. I warmly recommend this restaurant.
We met with friends at this spot for dinner. my friend recommended this spot. Well, it was very successful. The crew welcomed us with a smile and we felt excellent. The meal was great. We loved this spot a lot and we shall definitely come back again. We recommend this place to all.
Foysal delivered delicious food very quickly to our door! This is not the first time I have eaten here and the food has always been delicious and prompt. If you like Indian food, the naan is delicious and because it’s delivered so quickly it’s still warm!! I love this place!!
The food is fantastic. I ordered a mixed meat dish from the tandoor and my girlfriend had a vegetarian mixed plate and we shared samosas and the fried banana fritters. Everything was absolutely delicious. The wait staff is very friend and attentive and I will, without a doubt, dine here regularly.
3 times I ordered 3 times I got no food through seamless.First time, they made me wait a whole hour then called them before they told me the food wont be delivered.Second time, they made me wait then call. And today I just ordered and they cancelled after the order when through. Sad part is they still taking orders online. They annoying part is that refund process takes time so each time I get to have money not available to me. If you are no longer taking orders just close but dont pick and choose and play the refund card, its not professional.
I would give it negative stars if I could! I went there today with my bf. The place was empty so we picked up the seats we wanted as all of them looked the same. The waiter came and told us we couldn’t seat there??? Then he brought the menu. We tried to order but he kept saying something that sounded like “fast line fast line” well we couldn’t understand what “fast line” is. He was looking at us like we were stupid and kept repeating and got upset. And then he asked my bf with the worst attitude ever if he didn’t know how to read????? And then he circled something in the menu. We left because the service is terrible and the place stinks very bad.
It may look intimidating from the outside but the food and service was amazing!!! We ordered chicken biryani, chicken samosa, naan bread, I did order something that I don’t remember but in the English caption it said it couldn’t be described because it was so good and it was!! Lol they even gave us free rice pudding. They were all great. so definitely will be going back.
I placed order, and food didnt arrived. I called them on the status they said thryve been calling. The number i have i put in the order is not what they called. The person who i called in was very rude. And saying, not his fault, but it shows in my order the right number i dont know what number they got it from. He was very rude and said “ if you want your food, get it here.”
I ordered pickup two nights in a row because it was so damn good and crazy fast. Never been in the restaurant but I’m pretty sure they care about delivery much more. I played it safe and got chicken tikka masala and it blew my mind. The chicken was perfect and the sauce was just delicious. The next night I was eating with my girlfriend and we split the tikki masala plus the dal saag and again was impressed. Finally found my go to delivery Indian in Bushwick and couldn’t be happier. Even the delivery dudes were great!
I will never be ordering from this restaurant again. i ordered the chicken korma, and it was basically unrecognizable as that order. very unpleasant, and i unfortunately had to throw away the majority of it. nan was plain and extremely basic. vegetable pakoras were not crispy or enjoyable. this is the first restaurant review i have written, and im sorry it has to be such a negative one, but i would not recommend anyone to this restaurant, ever.
Honestly the best Indian food Ive had in Brooklyn. I always come here. The appetizers are on point especially the vegetarian #2 and the chicken samosas. Entrees and naan are great. Great prices....2 appetizers, 2 entrees, and a side of garlic naan all less than $40. Cant beat it!!!
Terrible service. Asked for samosas to take out and the guy at counter rudely said its 4 dollars something. Then asked to use restroom then he said it’s out of service with attitude. Never coming back to the place. The restaurant is dirty inside and outside.btw it tasted disgusting if u ever had samosas you could tell the difference
One of the worst food in my area. Waiter was very rude and he really dont have any etiquettes to deal with customers. Super rude and looks like he was drunk. Food was worst and he didnt served me well. I will advise to avoid it and there are many better options available in market
The store owner said that my wife and I have to order food separately and we cannot dine there if we order together. He said to leave if we order separately. We were extremely surprised to hear that the restaurant waiters and store owners require customers to buy separate dishes even if we choose to place an order for one. He mentioned no minimum and then asked us to leave. The waiter was very disrespectful and unclean. His hygiene was really bad. Please be cautious when dining here. Thank you
Ordered from here last night and as probably the worst westernized adaption of an excuse for Indian food. I guess if you like watered down mild stew like version of Indian food then this is your place. Save yourself the money and order somewhere else if you are after proper Indian food !
Nasir Uddin is the best delivery guy in the business! I order regularly from All About Indian Food for their speed and service, & Nasir has delivered to my apartment many times. Today I ordered food and then missed the delivery, and he returned hours later to get it to me--that kind of hard work is why I will continue to be a loyal customer for a long time. Thanks Nasir & All About Indian Food!
The worst customer service there could be. Sever accidentally told me biriyani here is made by mixing curry and rice. Asked the owner whether they have hyderabadi biriyani and his answer: ‘the chef doesn’t come from Hyderabad’ and I shouldn’t ask such questions. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Weird experience and felt unsafe.
Ordered at 7:14 food came at 9:00 after they said 30-45 minutes, called a few times they said they just left, 1 hour later they arrived with food cold rice clumped up and the lamb only a few rubbery pieces, what kind of people works there and the bad thing is there still there, there services is the worst than fast food. I give my service an F for I got F**ked.
Sells 2 Gulab Jaman for 3.50, when he probably gets 15-20 for $5 or $6. Chicken is cooked separate from the actual curry, which doesnt make it authentic or good. Just a cheap knock off. Naan look like premade pre packaged Naan instead of freshly cooked ones in a tandoor. There arent many good Indian Food places in North Brooklyn, but this one is definitely one to stay away from .
Very disrespectful, rude and poor customer service. One of the worker treated us very badly and argued us when ask for the food menu. He brought our bill in middle of our food thought we were still waiting for our food . I will never go back to this place again in my life.

2022-01-25This is our go-to Indian spot. Tasty food, good portions, good prices (check out the daily special), and fast delivery. What’s not to like? Recently, in a hunger-induced fog, I accidentally choose “pickup” instead of “delivery” from a food delivery app and chaos ensued… But then I got Sabuj from All About Indian on the phone. He was super helpful in straightening out the whole mess and making sure our food made it to us—still hot no less. There are a lot of different spots to order from. Go with this one!

2019-10-13I have eaten at this place a few times now. I have to say that the food is absolutely amazing. They also have very speedy turn around. It only takes about 5-10 mins from order time to the table which is fast. They have an amazing dinner deal here 20 for a full dinner. I always get the Fried Bananas, Chicken Curry and they give you rice pudding and also the Nan is Beautiful. They also offer take out on Uber. The staff is friendly. The only thing is there are tons of guys waiting in the front of the restaurant that are waiting to take delivery. If they could please try to keep the conversation to a minimum or wait in the Kitchen. Great place.

2022-02-03Love this place, I’ve been coming here since the beginning of the Rona. I got chicken tikka masala, naan, papadum, & veg samosas for pick-up. There is no seating inside. Quality has stayed consistent, I usually have left overs and it’s like eating another meal! Lasts me all day lol. Came with 3 small chutney’s. It looks like it isn’t enough but it is! they used to also give you a small ramekin of rice pudding, please do that again in the future!

2020-01-23Food and environment are mediocre, but does the job. Good for late night take out, not a fancy date night out.

2021-09-30I asked for brown rice instead of basmati rice in my order as basmati is not vegan. They didn’t call me to tell they didn’t have brown rice. After calling them about the mishap they just came up with excuses that they didn’t have my number. Even though every restaurant I’ve ordered from uber eats, has my number and calls me if they don’t have something. The guy on the phone was unapologetic even after I said I’m not ordering from them again. He just laughed and hung up. If you have dietary restrictions don’t order from these people because they don’t accept responsibility if they screw up your order. On top of that they packed the food in a plastic takeaway bag which is illegal in NYC.

2020-10-31I wanted to place an order on Uber eats, the menu wasn’t giving me options to customize like I wanted. I called them up, and they were extremely helpful! Nothing like getting your food exactly how you want it. I really appreciated that. The food cake so quick and was steaming hot! I had enough for the next day and it tasted even better! This will definitely be my go to for Indian food! Thank you again!

2020-09-26I order from this place every chance I can. Im vegetarian and everything I have tasted has been wonderful. Their lunch boxes are an excellent deal and I cannot recommend the samosa enough. The naan is soft and chewy and always amazing.. The food is always ready quickly and the times I have ordered delivery, it is always fast and fresh. If youre not sure, its really worth your time and money.
