Repaired screen here. Price is very reasonable and the people here are very nice. However the quality of the screen isn’t that good. I guess I get what I paid for

2022-08-05Replaced a screen and it ridiculously didnt work again within one week!!! Came again for warranty but still ridiculously needs to charge me again for repairing. No warranty period and very bad customer service. Never go back to this store to repair anything!

2017-12-27Went in and brought a family members damaged iPhone 6+ unit. The screen was heavily cracked and looked terrible. After getting a good price quote on the phone, I arrived conveniently just off of Main St with MTA buses just a hop skip away. The employee at Hyra Wireless was fast, efficient and professional with his work. Turn around time was about 10-15 minutes and they have a bench for you to sit on while you wait. They are also transparent and repair the phones in front of you. Good experience here, just hope not to repeat again... (That would mean another cracked cell phone screen) lol

2017-08-20There is a saying... You get what you pay for. Sometimes however you find small little stores that are absolute gems where this saying does not apply.Hyra Wireless offers the cheapest prices for LCD replacement on iPhones in the NY area. If you have a damaged iPhone that needs any sort of repair... dont waste your money going to Apple where youll need an appointment and wait hours or sometimes days for the repair to be done. I had the LCD of a damaged iPhone done here. The parts are OEM and the work is quick (20-30 minutes!!!) and professional.The store is so small and hidden that you might miss it! But I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for mobile phone repair services.

2018-11-12Came here to replace broken screen. It lasted 1 week and my phone stopped working. Spend the extra $50 and go straight to Apple store. The quality of craftsmanship here is a joke.

2020-09-02Be aware of the quality of service, service charge is cheap but the screen I got on my phone is poor performance. Overall the quality is not good and owner did not give options for better quality product.
