All Access Builders was amazing to work with. Matt did not waste my time with the quote process as other roofing companies did. He was fair with his pricing and upfront about everything they would need to do to my roof. His team was great and very professional. His on-site foreman explained everything to me when I had questions. They were able to handle my roof which had 4 layers of shingles and the cedar shake! All Access Builders did a great job for us in our time of need, and on a Sunday no less- they just did what they had to do to get the job done right! From start to finish I had a great experience with this company. I had wind damage to my roof and Matt walked me through the whole process, giving me information on how to file a claim, covering the damage and giving me his expertise on how to proceed. The whole process was completed within a month. His team came in and did a complete tear off and installed a new roof within a day, not leaving any sign they were there. If you’re looking for a honest and dependable company I wouldn’t hesitate to give Matt a call!
I hired All Access Builders to install a new roof on my home due to wind damage. Matt Kulhaney helped me through the whole process that I was very stressed about. He was very helpful and patient with me. My insurance company wasn’t very helpful till Matt got involved and he was able to get 3000 dollars more than they originally offered. The whole crew was great. All were VERY hard working and polite. I was told by others neighbors who had roofs put on there houses by other companies that I would be cleaning up nails for weeks. I haven’t found 1 nail they did an amazing job of cleaning. I want to give extra kiddos to Will and Jon They explained every thing step by step when I had a question. I heard horror stories about other contractors so I was nervous and they both including Matt were great and patiently calmed me. I have to mention how beautiful my roof looks and makes a big improvement on the overall appearance of my home . I am so very happy that I choose All Access Builders.
Not only did all access come in at one of the most competitive prices but they preformed a quality job with a top of the line product, are fully insured, and even fixed a few additional minor things while they were replacing my roof. The job was completed within 2 and a half days and everything was meticulously cleaned up. Matt also helped me deal with an insurance claim that prompted the roof replacement. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has an upcoming project and they will be my first call if anything should come up in the future.
We had some wind damage on our 20 year old roof and needed it repaired as soon as possible. We called All Access Builders because of all the 5 star reviews they had. I called on a Sunday and he was there on Monday to give a quote. He said he would get it done on Thursday and was true to his word. They did a professional job at a good price and on time. I will be replacing my whole roof in the next couple years and will for sure and have All Access Builders do it.
I recently had my roof placed by All Access Builders. Matt walked me through the estimate explaining thoroughly what was going to be done. He was both professional and caring and I felt comfortable with him right away. The job was started within a few days. His crew was hard working and friendly. They even fixed the gutters that another contractor had poorly installed without an extra charge! Matt kept me updated throughout the entire job. I highly recommend Matt Kulhanek and All Access Builders. Matt worked with my insurance company and got me almost double my original claim. He went out of his way and spent countless hours “fighting” with theinsurance company until they finally paid us a fair amount for our hail damaged windows and roof. He always answers any questions quickly and is there for the entire process.The roof they replaced looks perfect. Brand new skylights and roof completed on time and without any issues. The crew they had on site was courteous and professional. Matt and his crew did a fantastic job replacing my roof. They were very expeditious. They spent a lot time prepping the house against any damage. They also made sure the neighbors house was also secure against any damage. As they worked I witnessed a great team coming together to tear off and replace the roof and gutters. What a wonderful company! The cost was perfect. The sales guy was very nice and explained everything. There are no surprises unless you have 3 or more layers then it is more money but that is all explained when you sign the contract. I happened to have 3 layers and didnt know until the crew started. The crew cleaned up everyday and my neighbors did not have anything on their property. I would highly recommend this company. Wonderful work!!!

Matthew went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and we are. He thoroughly explain the process and did what he said and more. Had All Access Builders put a new roof, gutters and downspouts on my house in the city of Buffalo as well as some repair and painting of my wood siding. They did an excellent job all around. Matt and all of his crew were very professional and polite thought out the whole experience and were quick to answer any questions or concerns. We did have one issue were our gutter was overflowing after a big storm, but Matt responded to my concern immediately and they were back within a few days to diagnose and correct the issue. I would happily recommend them to anyone.
I had an amazing experience with this company. After other quotes from other companies trying to force a new roof on. These guys understood that we were on a tight budget and gave us a fantastic price for the work that needed to be done instead of trying upsell us. They came out for the quote 2 hours after we called. And within a few days had the work done probably saving us more costs in water damage. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs work. On July 14th and 15th, 2021, Allaccess Builders installed a new roof on my parents home in West Seneca, NY. From the start, dealing with Matt Kulhanck was a pleasure. He was easy to work with and was very knowledgeable. He walked us through the process and helped to pick out just the right type shingle. The crew that did the installation was led by Eric and R.J., and they were outstanding in their workmanship and care for details. The job was done in two days in weather that did not always cooperate, but the end results is fantastic. The roof has never looked better. We highly recommend Matt and the Allaccess Builders team to any one looking to have any work done on their home. They are top rate.
All Access actually did a replacement of a storm damaged roof. Once our job was scheduled, the All Access team arrived on time. This was a well organized, clearly experienced, no loafing group. Each person knew their task, with their on site supervisors closely involved with the work. Mine was an unusual roof, steeper than average, with three layers of black shingles on top of the original cedar shake base that was put on in 1936. All the necessary replacement materials -- which Ive heard could be a problem with some suppliers -- all arrived at the job site as scheduled, as did a sizable dumpster necessary to haul away debris. Clean-up was exceptionally thorough with crew members closely scanning the lawn for nails and other potential problems. I would use them again -- and indeed will recommend them today to a friend who is adding an addition to his home.
Thank you so much to Matt for sending out Justin for same day service to repair shingles missing on our roof that was causing water to come in our house from the heavy rains that we have had. They did an exceptional job and I thank them for being there for us on a rainy Sunday no less. I will definitely use them again as well as refer family n friends to them.
All Access Builders did an emergency roof tarping for us the day after after a recent windstorm left us with many torn and missing shingles. Once I filed the insurance claim Matt worked out a day with the adjustor when he could be here for the inspection, and pushed for a replacement rather than a repair, which was granted. The crew came out right when they said they would, completed the work efficiently and professionally, cleaned everything up right down to moving our potted plants back onto the patio, and were gone by 4:00 PM. They took care of following up with my insurance company to provide proof the replacement was done. Basically all we had to do was pick shingles.All those 5 star reviews are right on. These guys really know their stuff. Kudos to Matt and crew for their excellent service.
I don’t have one bad thing to say about these guys! From cradle to grave, they have been professional, friendly, and do really good work! Matt came a few days after I called for a quote and fit my job in within a few weeks of the quote! Him and his crew spent the entire weekend here (didn’t leave until 9pm and was back by noon the next day) working really hard! I was a little worried there would be a huge mess behind to pickup but they even took care of that! I was thoroughly impressed by their work and would recommend anyone who needs projects done to use them!!
Matt was absolutely fantastic! After a wind storm damaged my mothers roof and needed emergency tarping,, I called several companies including All Access Builders. It was a Sunday around 5pm. Matt not only picked up the phone but he came out same day to tarp it even though the winds were still high and the sun was setting. Matt went above and beyond including helping with all the confusing aspects of the insurance claim. Within a few days the crew arrived at the stated time and including clean up, were done in 6 hours. I was very impressed with quality, service, professionalism and responsiveness of Matt, Pete and the rest of the crew. Job well done!

The team from All Access Builders did a great job on the roof. They were able to complete an entire roof that needed lots of extra sheets of plywood, in by 7am and out by 3:30pm. The team was very efficient and professional. They covered up anything that could get damaged on the ground and moved our table and pots. When they were finished, everything was cleaned up and moved back in place. I highly recommend them if you need any roofing or repairs completed!

Between the gutter and roof repair I couldn’t be happier. I found that my roof had a leak in the middle of a storm and they were so responsive getting both someone out there and getting it repaired as soon as possible. I fully expected it to cost an arm and a leg and was stunned at how affordable it was!

After having a tree fall on my garage I was referred to All Access by another contractor. After meeting with Matt and checking reviews we went ahead with repairs. They moved and stored all the things from the garage during this time and overall everything moved very quick. I had to have a roof replaced. All access builders had done work for the church I attend. They had contacted the churchs insurance company and worked everything out and saved the church thousands! I gave them a chance to bid my house. I also contacted two other roofers and all three bids were in the same ballpark. I went with all access and couldnt be happier! And they cleaned up, worked steadily, and there was absolutely no profanity which I expected to hear! when I need a contractor, I will call All Access builders!

Working with the owner Matt was extremely reassuring. He provided me with all the information I wanted and needed about the work, and materials, so I could make an informed decision within my budget. He also pays his workers a fair and livable wage. He isn’t cutting corners by being cheap with wages and I appreciate that as a union worker myself. His workers seemed happy on the job, and a happy worker usually makes sure to do a good job. His workers were also equipped with safety gear and they were trained to work safe. The weather became unpredictable but that didn’t keep them from finishing the job within a reasonable time frame. I’m very happy with their work, and I look forward to contacting them for future projects.

2022-05-20In March of this year, a wind storm decimated our roof. Shingles were torn and off from several sections and areas of the roof. We put in an insurance claim and Matt from All Access took over communication with the appraiser. Matt met the appraiser and walked the roof with him, when the appraiser decides to only cover repairs, Matt fought on our behalf to show him the state of the entire roof system, asphalt decay and stripping, nails exposed on various locations and the inability to match and repair shingles of such an old age. The insurance fully covered a replacement based on Matts thoroughness. Matt even instructed us to procure at least two other estimates from other companies. One estimate was higher then All Access and one estimate was exactly the same. So their pricing is competitive in the market, but the effort and service is top notch. They came May 9th and tore off the roof and replaced it in one day (one very long day for them). Roof looks fantastic and they cleaned up great. I waited a few weeks to review to make sure the work held up, it even survived a rogue hail, downpour, 60+ mph three hour thunderstorm last week.Couldnt recommend them more!

2022-05-14Matt and his team did a FANTASTIC job rebuilding the roof on my front porch. They honored the initial estimate less materials even though there was additional framing and tear-off due to the deteriorated condition of the substructure, and the end result looks great. Estimate was incredibly reasonable and Matt and the team were great to work with - thrilled I chose them for this job and certainly will for any jobs which come up in the future!

2022-08-18My house needed siding… BAD! And then I engaged All Access to help beautify my home. From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, they were detail oriented, timely, and professional. During the job they cleaned up around the house every day and we’re very courteous to our neighbors. The result was exactly what was promised. Just a fantastic job and experience from start to finish. They are masters of their trade. While they weren’t the cheapest, they provided unmeasurable service and delivered the best value for the money. Thanks for a great experience and for making it the best looking house on the block! 2022-03-30Windstorm blew part of my fake chimney off. They were prompt in replacing it with a vent pipe. Did an excellent job and took into consideration that I lost my job and charged me less than other quotes I received. Matt, the owner, was very nice and prompt in responding to my calls and texts. They were very professional and I felt confident in choosing All Access Builders to do the work. Highly recommended....100%! I would use them again.

2022-02-23Matt and his entire team are top notch. I had my roof damaged in a windstorm. Matt, the owner, went out of his way to not only come out himself to personally appraise the damage - he fought on my behalf with the insurance company to get the ENTIRE back half of the roof replaced on their dime!On top of that, he found wood structural issues beyond the initial repair and gave me an extremely fair deal to replace the rest of the roof so that I had a brand new, properly installed and safe roof that is covered by the award winning warranty both product and workmanship.All in all - sure, there are bigger roof firms out there... but when it comes to CARE and QUALITY... none of them even come close to All Access Builders! Highly recommend ans cant say enough positive things.

2022-04-13I contacted Matt because I had lost siding in a wind storm and my previous contractor kept putting me off. Matt contacted me right away and was great through the entire process. 2022-06-03Matt the owner came out and gave us an estimate. He was amazing right from the beginning. He made the process a breeze and worked with our insurance company. He sent his guys to do a small temp fix as we lost some shingles in a wind storm. He got his amazing crew here in a couple of weeks to do a full tear-off & replacement roof. These guys worked so hard and were awesome. Kosta was the foreman and immediately saw that a cap on our staircase broke, asked us where we got it, and had it fixed by the end of the day. He helped us navigate flashing colors and kept the project running smoothly. Kervin worked hard and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end. These guys took excellent care of our house and made us feel safe with 3 kids running in and out. They were so polite, so appreciative of lunch and cooler of Gatorade and waters. They could not have done a better job. The crew worked 14 hrs on day one and finished up by 5pm on the second day. I know our roof was tough with lots of valleys and bump outs but they made it look easy! I would 100% recommend All Access Builders for your next project.

2021-12-24If I could give this company a million stars, I would! I will recommend them to anybody and everybody I know forever!!! Matt at All Access Builders was a godsend when that December windstorm tore off a bunch of our roof. Not only did he manage to come out the same day we called him to do an emergency tarping (a Sunday, might I add,) but he was willing to work with us on payment and he had our backs with insurance throughout the entire process. He is like an insurance whisperer and got the entire roof covered! His team worked fast and the clean up was impressive! Constant communication so I always knew what was going on with the roof and insurance. 12 days after the windstorm we have a beautiful brand new roof, just in time for Christmas!!

2022-08-16Great crew, they did work for my mother and I was pleased with their work. I had them side my house and garage. They did a great job, my house is no longer the neighborhood eye sore. There were some extras that I needed done and were very fair on price of extra work. Would/ do recommend.
