I am so happy to have found this store, I called and inquired about disinfectant sprays and wipes and the gentleman answered all my questions. This is a wonderful business and you get what you pay for and the customer service could not be better Thank you!!
Literally my favorite hardware store. Everyone at this location is knowledgeable and helpful. Just bring the parts and they will be able help you with what you need. Sometimes with a bigger hardware store, Home Depot or Loews, you can’t get the help you need. These guys are all helpful and awesome.
Much, MUCH higher prices than Home Depot or Lowes. Youd think checkout would be faster? It never is. It always takes a long time to pay. And for a small store? The staff isnt friendly at all. They arent even polite.

This is place to go when you have a question and need someone who knows what they are talking about. They know everything and every product they sell. Truly a one stop shop with expert advice, not like the big box store where you spend hours just trying to find out stuff.

This is your classic True Value and I loved it until they rejected my purchase. Please understand that this True Value is great; they were offering coffee to customers when there was no power as a result of hurricane Sandy but customer service goes a long way... and you guys failed. Unfortunately for me I wanted to use my visa debit card to pay for my purchase which was under their $5 minimum for card transactions. I had to travel to the Commack Home Depot to purchase what i needed.

Its great good parking well stocked helpful staff prices the same or similar to home depot but a lot smaller no appliances and other stuff missing once you learn what they have save time and shop there and the pizza next door great

They dont suck! Google Maps however... if its trying to take you the wrong way down the Service Road dont listen. The entrance is on Motor Parkway. Dont drive into oncoming traffic!

2022-01-30Saved The Day Again In A Blizzard !!! Needed a belt for my snow blower that quit halfway thru me clearing my driveway. They had my replacement belt. They were open when everyone else’s was closed. Always have what I need Thank You !! I Always go here first

2021-07-07A treasure bidding in my neighborhood which . I was looking 4 screws for TV wall mount. Store is little hidden from road. But inside very nice easy access to cashier counter . I showed salesman who came after 3 minutes exact screws. Was surprised salesman made my job easy . Cheaper then most big stores. Wish them Good Luck.

2021-02-18I come here often for supplies for my company. The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable. Even if they dont carry an item I need the will find and order it for me. A much more personal and reliable experience in comparison to those big chain stores. If you are unsure of what you need to complete a job or if you have any questions this is the place to go. I highly recommend this place over a home depot or lowes.

2020-11-08I finally figured out that going to the hardware store is often so much better than going to the large home depot for simple repairs and small jobs. Further, the excellent advice that is given is a value added to the product that I purchase. I hope the local hardware store never disappears.

2018-02-20New to the neighborhood, looking for a good local hardware store. Found one!!! I’m not the handiest of guys and the employees at the store really took the time to help and answer all my questions. I forgot my wallet at home...they let me take the parts I needed to fix my boiler and came back later to pay. That’s exceptional service only found at family owned and operated stores. This is my new favorite store. Thanks guys! You have earned my business for many years to come.
