Everyone who need help with customs clearance should work with this great people. They did everything so fast and perfect. We have used other brokerage services in the past, and All Cleared Customs Brokerage and Wai Lau have been the most professional, expert, and effective at communication. Most significantly, as compared with other comparable service providers, they did not seek to add in spurious or inexplicable fees and surcharges, or unreasonable rates, to the services they provide. I had the opportunity to work with Tony Chen at ACCB, on the personal importation of 2 fishing kayaks, I purchased from a company in Shanghai, China. Tony was so professional with me, as I am an individual who has never cargo shipped anything to the USA. Tony reassured me from the beginning, he would handle everything for me, and I had nothing to worry about. He communicated throughout the process by email, sent me various forms necessary for me to fill out and return, and in very short order, my boats cleared customs and were on their way via rail car to my home city port. This was my first time ever importing to the states, and had no idea what an IFS was. I spent a few hours researching calling customs and hit some dead ends. Eventually I did a simple search for customs broker and came upon ACC. I gave them a call and got in touch with a gentleman name Wai. After a few emails back and forth, Wai was able to help me throughout the entire process. Very helpful and knowledgeable and kept me update throughout the entire process. I had pleasure dealing with Wai. My father in law decided to purchase this car from Japan. Wai- took care of the rest: ISF filing and custom clearance, dealing with CBP, all paperwork... etc... 2022-06-16May 2020: Wai Lau was my broker and he was highly responsive and very knowledgeable. At some point, I had a concern that he didnt have an answer to, and he informed that hed inquire and then get back to me. That is exactly what he did. All Cleared Customs Brokerage has earned my trust and my business 5/5.Update: March 2022 - I can only update confirm that this company can consistently deliver. 2021-07-23I recently worked with Tony to help clear my Indian dog through customs. Tony was very patient, answered all my inquiries, and was very professional. His fees are also very reasonable for the work he does.When I got to the airport to retrieve my dog, I had no issues. Meanwhile, several other people waiting were having issues with their broker.I HIGHLY recommend Tony and All Cleared Customs Brokerage for all your custom needs.
