This company is terrible, first they charge $50 for just to come to you, then they give you a ridiculously high estimate to justify their visit, so they can just pocket the $50 for NOTHING. Stay away from them.
Been there when the owner was in vacation, bad experience, one small and chubby guy tried to squeeze extra money from me, even like this I agreed and few days later the personal from the office gave me a different price I agreed also and I asked twice if is correct and they said yes and when I dropped off my chairs they changed their mind, started cursing my wife almost to generate a fight, took back my chairs and found a different company with reasonable price... when owner got my email regarding the situation tried to give some options but to late, stay away from them....

2022-01-24They charged me $50 to take pictures of my coffee table when I previously send the same pictures to them.The gentleman was in my house for two minutes.When I finally received the estimate it was $700 more than the company I am going to use.They are also unprofessional as the woman on the phone hung up on me.I would not use them.

2020-09-29I had them reffered to me through a friend. She had such amazing things to say. So I decided instead of buying a new couch to have it restored. I was so impressed with how fast they called and gave me a great estimate! They came in two days with everything they needed and in 2 hours my couch looks better than when I walked it out of Ashleys. Thanks All Furniture Services for your amazing customer Service and reasonable prices .

2021-02-26I can’t say enough about the service this company provided. They were sent thru Lazyboy for a motorized recliner that was not functioning. It was a complicated job which took a few service calls and various parts to be ordered. No one gave up though in working diligently and professionally to get a chair in perfect working order. The people who schedule, Cynthia is one, are accommodating considerate and do their best to schedule a service call that a suitable to you and in a relatively short period of time. No waiting 3 to 4 weeks as Lazyboy told us we would.Service techs the top notch. Tigrin, Hayk, and Gagik were outstanding. As I said it was a complicated job so it took more than one tech to solve the problem but it got done. this company was brought in under my La-Z-Boy warrantee but I will certainly keep your information and without a doubt would hire them privately.

2020-09-21After an exhausting search for a leather sofa and finally finding one at William Sonoma, which became discontinued before delivery, we were very upset with a defect in the sofa that William Sonoma Furniture Medics could not repair. However we were ecstatic to discover All Furniture Repair in the New York/New Jersey metro area who have exceptional customer service and expert professional techs who did a perfect job restoring the sofa. Very happy and highly recommended!
