We were blown away by the knowledge and professionalism that we experienced during our job with AIR, specifically in our dealings with Alexis Auricchio. Every step was carefully explained and it gave us a seamless experience. We have no prior knowledge of restoration and she assisted us every step of the way. We will recommend AIR to anyone that experiences any type of similar losses. Our experience with Alexis would be given 5 stars, hands down.
I was so upset when I first called All Island Restorations; but Amanda, the Assistant was my blessing in disguise. She took time out to explain the procedure and was available to speak to me whenever I called.Tommy and his crew were the best as well. Tommy explained to me what would be done for clean-up; Jessie and the cleaning crew were on time, friendly and professional every day they came.It’s not easy to just have anyone in your home , your private space. I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all! I would recommend All Island Restoration to all!!!
Working with Amanda in the office was wonderful! She was kind, knowledgeable and got the job done for me in a timely manner. She made my yucky situation not so yucky!!!Tom and his crew went above and beyond helping me on the job site. All Island Restoration was efficient and very helpful and understanding when I needed direction and information about my home water damage. Tom Spinelli was very patient and explained the process that needed to be followed for an insurance claim. I would recommend AIR for any type of restoration you might need.
All Island made a difficult problem go much more smoothly. There were many things ruined with my water damage. The crew at All Island Resteration are all professional. Our point of contact was Alexis Auricchio , from the moment we called to the moment she got here things started moving . They did a supper job with the clean up and to tell us what next to happen . They made you feel comfortable having them in your house .
The crew made a very unsettling an stressful situation, so much better! Very professional and capable! If I had a question, they had an answer. That’s definitely what you need in this type of situation. They told me what they were going to do and what the process entailed. When they left they assured me that they would be back to continue and would give me updates along the way. They have certainly done that and I would highly recommend the service.

Life Savers! Flooded waste pipe in our finished basement could have been a nightmare. AIR was on the job within the hour to assess the damage and clean up the mess. Affected the cabinets, bathroom and one bedroom. Alexis took charge and handled all the paperwork with the Insurance company, making this stressful ordeal so much easier. On time, professional, and clean up was better than any construction job ever. Ive since had additional work done on my siding, and door replacemnts with them. My Go-To company for all my repairs. Recommend Highly!
All Island Restoration was there for me from the time I discovered water gushing out of the shower to the basement. Alexis responded to all my calls with questions so very timely. Alexis helped guide me throughout the process of cleanup and even helped with my insurance claim. Alexis and the entire staff including Jay, the owner, and Tommy, the project manager, were prompt, courteous and mindful of my time and property. Amanda was very helpful and responsive. The crew that took down our tree that fell after a windstorm was quick, professional, and cleaned up the debris nicely. Although I cant speak to pricing because this was covered by homeowners insurance, I would use again.

I could not be more satisfied with the service that I received from All Island Restoration. I had water damage to my home, I was referred this company by my insurance company, All Island contacted me within the hour, showed up shortly after and tackled the job. I thought that I would have to contact another company to repair my home, but All Island’s repair division stepped in directly after their mitigation team and put my home back in tip top shape! I highly recommend this company!
We are just near the completion of our construction to put our home back to our before fire state. We could not have had a better experience!!! Barry was our project manager and supplied us with the most amazing, kind team whose attention to detail, professionalism and craftsmanship was beyond our expectation. After my basement flooded we got in contact with All Island Restoration immediately and the next morning they had someone at the house cleaning up the water with a team. Following this process you are referred to a Project Manager for the rebuild. I worked with mainly Alexis and she was the best!. She was empathetic which is so important in a time of the customers disarray of what happened. Her continuous communication and next steps always kept us hopeful that everything was going to workout and get fixed. That it was!! We love our new basement and Alexis took care of every step to get us here including all insurance company dealings. If Alexis was not available Barry helped us and he was awesome as well! Amazing company!!! Use this company if your basement floods. Jay, the owner, is amazing himself and so is his team!!
There are not enough stars to rate AIR-AllIsland Restoration! This company, is lead by an innovative, professional, meticulous, and caring expert/owner JJ DiMucci. JJ was involved with every decision and part of this process to ensure our finished house was absolutely gorgeous. JJ would not settle for anything less than perfection!JJ’s staff, came in seconds post-flood, to restore our damages which resulted in stunning upgrades to our home. Jami DiMucci is the best designer in the business. Jami is an expert on all trends and classics. Jami spent countless hours on colors and decor that has made our home everything we want and more! Alexis Auricchio, was absolutely incredible in every phase of this process, and would not settle for anything less than perfect. Discovering a water leak from my kitchen that led all the way into my basement was upsetting to say the least! When I called my insurance company they advised me that AIR was on the way. The crew included Tom Spinelli and Jessie as well as 3 associates who set up the equipment, cleared out the damaged floor, countertop, cabinets and immediately put me at ease that everything was going to be ok. I cannot say THANK YOU ENOUGH for the professional, courteous and respectful service from ALL ISLAND RESTORATION- when an emergency occurs you need to depend on a professional remediation company- they went above and beyond and I am forever grateful!!

The best around! Unfortunately for me we had two incidents in the last year that needed a restoration company and AIR did an amazing job on both. We have been working with All Island since the end of December when our family suffered a kitchen fire. We were fortunate to work closely with Barry. He made a tough situation better. He went above and beyond. Always accessible, always there with an answer. Never said NO- was always able to find a way. I would strongly recommend Barry at All Island.
I recently had some water damage to my home. All Island was prompt, helpful and very efficient. A hard working crew of Hector, Gee, Brett, and Tom (I might have missed someone?!) quickly cleaned up and ripped out what needed to be done. Should you be in an unfortunate situation don’t hesitate to use this company’s services.
100% recommend this company. A tree fell on my house less than a month after buying it. They came in quickly. We were put on the schedule within a week. They made me feel safe and comfortable with them. I knew from the beginning that they were trustworthy and they were on my side. They came when they said they would, they called when they said they would. Everyone I spoke to at that company was amazing. One time, came with a large crew that accomplished the task of removing an uprooted tree quickly.
A tree came crashing down on my deck. All Island Restoration responded quickly and was extremely efficient in cleaning up my backyard. Would highly recommend them for any future issues.

Their service was seamless, friendly and professional.Alexis, our project manager, kept all of her promises regarding time lines and expertly handled all of our insurance issues. She kept in touch with us every step of the way, always returned our calls and made regular house calls to check on the progress of the job. She was truly amazing.The crew arrived promptly at 8am, covered every surface in the house before beginning, worked diligently all day and completely cleaned up each day. They were accommodating, polite and a pleasure to have working in our home.Our house turned out beautiful and we highly recommend All Island Restoration.

2022-01-21We needed a tarp placed on our slate roof after a tornado removed a significant amount of tiles and water poured in. As we are trying to get the roof repaired, we needed to secure the other tiles and prevent more water from coming in. All Island Restoration did a great job: fast and proficient. I would highly recommend them.

The team leader/ manager (Alexis), was on site every day and took the time to explain the process to us, resulting in our feeling comfortable and less stressed during a very trying time. All Island Restoration was very good about keeping us well informed of the repairs and cleanup that took place. Their work before and after was very professional. 2022-07-05We had a leak over the course of the winter in our summer house. All Island Restoration was the water mitigation specialist who coordinated with our insurance company to provide an immediate response to the issue. The work was quick, responsive and professional. The key advantage I found working with All Island was the turnkey solution where they provided all the services from initial water mitigation to cleanup and repair. Due to the uniqueness of our house and the proximity to water, we required a creative solution to ensure we would not have future problems. Our project manager Barry was excellent in diagnosing the issue and creating a plan that provided me great confidence and comfort that the issue would not be repeated. Barry and his team did everything they promised and left our house looking better than it looked before the damage. Barry was also excellent working with our insurance company and adjuster so that our repairs were within the amount of our insurance remimbursement. I fully recommend their services.

2022-07-28We had a foundation leak in our basement. Of course this had us beyond stressed, however after getting in contact with All Island restoration they made the whole process quick and easy. They were professional, always communicates thoroughly and promptly, and did an amazing job restoring the damage that was done. Definitely our go to company for our home. 2022-02-03From the beginning of this nightmare which was water damage due to a fire, everyone I dealt with at AIR was very professional and knowledgeable. Tom and Alexis were on the scene in a matter of hours to start the process. The mitigation team came in and started the packing up and drying out. They all realized how traumatic this could be for the homeowners and did their part of the process with great care. Then the rebuild started. The “star of the show” here was Sly. He worked tirelessly and meticulously for 5 weeks to complete my project. When I felt that no other contractor was willing to see the job done in a timely fashion, Sly chased away all those thoughts. To him and everyone else at AIR, I am indebted. I would highly recommend AIR to anyone who is need of services caused by fire, flood or any other disasters.

2022-07-27Alexis, Jay and the crew at All Island are top notch. We had an emergency at our home and they sprung into action right away. Alexis helped give me some peace of mind with her vast knowledge of the industry. She explained the whole process and what to expect. She has commuicated with me every step of the way. Its hard to find a good company you can trust, but I would recommend these guys any day of the week.

2022-02-05We had a pipe freeze and water pouring out of our basement , kitchen and other areas of our home. Tom the manager he called us back right away and showed up with a crew. The manager and Crew Haley, Jesse and Craig were very polite, prompt and informative. They packed all of our memorabilia and bar supplies, furniture and some of our kitchen items with care. Tom was very good at taking pictures and speaking with our insurance adjuster which helped us with the claim. I highly recommend this company for any and all restoration. We are happy with the results of our clean up and storage. Thank you 🙏

2021-12-03All Island Restoration is by far the best contractor I have ever dealt with. Our insurance company had Jay, the owner come out to determine where our water damage was coming from and what steps needed to be taken. I was so impressed with Jay that I contracted him to do the work as well. The damage was so extensive that as the job continued AIR ended up rebuilding the entire back of our house from inside out. The workmanship is exceptional and everyone we dealt with from Jay to his supervisors, crews and Kristy in the office were incredible. Jay did so many extra little things and really cared about what my family and I were going through. I highly recommend Jay and AIR to anyone who needs any type of work done on their home. I will certainly be using them in the future. Jay, I cannot thank you enough for your professionalism and your kindness. THANK YOU!!
