2021-12-23Mixed reviews about here. I went for a 24 PCR test. The place was very clean and service was pretty quick for being a new patient. That’s where the good review stops. I was told I would get my results by the morning the next day. I waited until about noon and decided to call. I called for 2 hours straight and NO ONE answered. They never emailed me my results or put it on my patient portal. I needed the results to go back to work. The next day I called the minute they opened and still NO ONE answered the phone. I decided to go there and the lady at the front desk was very rude. She asked why I needed my results. Why I need it shouldn’t matter as I went for a test for a reason. They should just give me my results of my test without an explanation. They ended up having my results all along and never decided to share them with me. I missed a day of work for nothing.

2021-12-23After waiting outside for over an hour in the cold, I was the next person to go in and as I waited by the glass door. A bunch of people started pushing their way through because they said they had “questions”. Anyway, the ones waiting behind me started yelling at me not to let them in! I responded with: I am not a security guard nor do I work there. What was I supposed to do?.When I told the lady at the front desk, she was so rude and dismissive. She basically told me I would be waiting a very long time to be seen by a doctor.I will never come back here again...not helpful not friendly at all!

2022-03-19Just left this Urgent care, the front desk rep was super dismissive. Did not even care to understand reason why I was visiting the urgent care. Then the doctor I’m assuming was also dismissive and did not want to “waist my time”.

2022-01-06Me and my husband had to wait more than an hour to have a pcr test, when it was our turn they said that they dont accept health first. Then they said to us wait but nobody help us or told us what happen. Again we ask for information and they said we have to wait but we cant understand anything.2 hours later we where upset because our patience has gone.Awful place.

2022-01-15Tested this morning at All Med, for the 3rd time. Even with about 20 people ahead of me, we were in and out in no time. They are way better than standing in these crazy long queues at other urgent care places

2021-12-24I Got tested Tuesday PCR test and I was told to call the next day for results and it’s now Friday . I’ve been calling every day all through out the day and not once did someone pick up the phone and the results are not uploaded to the portal . I get it’s super busy but I was legitimately told to call for the results . I’ve tried to call the other locations and they all don’t answer so I guess it’s this company .

2022-01-15Very grateful All Med is there to service the Long Island Community. All the national chains have no appointments to be had. With All Med you are in and out in an hour

2022-03-15I was there for physical test it was okay but at the day of report it was soooo so late we waited more than an hour

2022-02-01Have had multiple tests done here. They are responsive and better to work with than big box CVS or Walgreens
