Tried to go online to price out a quote and was immediately wrapped into an unsolicited phone call to complete my quote. A zip code would not suffice and they demanded to have my address and when I expressed discomfort in doing so, I was told that “well, you wouldn’t go but a car without sharing a credit score” which I found to be exceptionally off putting as the two situations are not at all the same. The individual I spoke to on the phone was overall rude and dismissive and I would 100% suggest going elsewhere that is at the very least more respectful of a prospective clients boundaries as opposed to seeking out the quickest buck. Again, I understand that it may be necessary, but to be so abrupt and unrelenting from the get tells me that customer service wouldn’t improve once they got your money.

I can’t begin to thank Jason and the movers at All My Sons in Cherry Hill, NJ. I had scheduled a move for a family member in Philly (I live in Maryland) for Monday Memorial day on very short notice. We ended up having an emergency situation 4 days prior to the scheduled move and when I called Jason I was not expecting the level of help and cooperation that I received. Within an hour and a half of my call the movers were at my family member’s home. Because of the situation that was happening with my family member there was a lot of confusion creating a lot of back-and-forth. I just looked at my phone to see that Jason called me 4 times to keep me informed of what was going on. He explained the moving costs in detail and kept updating me on the charges as well as the progress of the move.I spent 20 years in the military moving around the world, and have had 4 moves since retiring. So I know the level of effort it takes, as well as the cost. All My Sons was more than reasonable and worth every penny. I can tell you that the people at this company are the most hard working, attentive, and compassionate that I have ever encountered. I highly recommend them. And Jason should get a bonus for his over the top customer service!!

The only decent thing out of my experience were two (of the three) guys who moved my stuff. Corporate and local office kept cutting me off when explaining my frustration of my $600 move (less than half a mile from my ONE bedroom apartment to storage). Had to change my flights (as I am moving out of state) since the 11am-1pm window frame was not met. No one could get a hold of the local office. Movers finally arrived at 5:15pm. They justified the inconvenience and complete lack of communication by crediting $47. Ive had movers before, moved further away than this time around and was a fraction of the price. Plan ahead and do research to prevent using this company. Moving is stressful and costly enough.

Nothing but a bunch of crooks and liars. This might seem like a harsh way to describe All My Sons Moving, but just read the Yelp reviews and you will see what type of company these people are. Just to give you an idea of the problems I had to deal with: a) One of the movers had no experience moving anything before coming to our place. b) poor customer service and rude when talking to their manager. c) Hidden fees over $100 which were charged to me after the move d) VERY SLOW service, I mean it would have taken me and my friend about 2 hours to move all our stuff, it took them over four.I do wish I had looked up their poor reviews before calling them...biggest mistake I made this year. Please do not make the same mistake I did.
