Very nice people. My dog Stella is a St. Bernard Bernese Mountain Dog mix and most groomers are intimidated when they hear that and jack up the prices for everything. All pet was very reasonably priced and my dog came out looking great, exactly how I wanted. I will definitely be using them again.
I wish I could give this place 20 stars. I have 2 large breed dogs that I left with Catrina at her home Bella Mia Farms. Not only did they have a great time, they came home smelling. Usually I have to get my dogs groomed after boarding, but not today! She sent me videos and photos of my dogs having fun and my dogs looked so happy when I picked them up.
Used All Pet Groomery for 4 years when I lived in Miller Place before then moved up state for two years, now were back and were using them again and our 4 dogs are very happy. They are excellent, our 4 little ones are happy to, they always come out looking so good and happy after a visit at All Pet, very good with our dogs and very fair pricing. I highly recommend this groomer to anyone, they are top notch!
2018- Owner is very nice and accommodating. She is clearly skilled with handling challenging animals. Her schedule is flexible.1/17/21 Pupdate-. Katrina continues to be accommodating, hard working and kind during these challenging times. I have a difficult chihuahua who has physical disabilities and a significant personality disorder. He does not like to be handled. Her strong confidence and gentle touch gives us both comfort when I bring him in. I would not take him anywhere else.
Very poor communication. I made an appointment online and it was not accepted until the day after the requested day and time. Made another appointment, my son went to drop him off and he was sent away because he was not in a carrier. Ive been there before and never needed one, and it says nothing about needing one on the website. Called her twice...no response. Made another appointment (you can only request appointments online) knowing now that I need a carrier, okay great. She declined my appointment. Without ever calling me, maybe say, hey remember a carrier this time. Just declines the appointment. Extremely unprofessional.
What a jewel! This place is great! I wish she had a bigger place because she would do very well. We boarded our shih tzu for a week and we were very skeptical since she is our first dog but Catrina updated us constantly and when we picked her up she was so happy and she looked beautiful! A great groomer too. Thank you for taking care of our Maisy!
This is the best groomer I have ever been to. I have had dogs my whole life and I wish I had Met Catrina earlier. I have a newfy, a very scared standard poodle and a Persian cat. What an amazing job she did on all my guys and she beats everyone’s price! I can’t wait to leave them with her for Boarding in August when we go away. Her farm is beautiful! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND All Pet Groomery to everyone!!!!!
This place is wonderful. I highly recommend all pet and their boarding at bella Mia farms to everyone. I have 2 dogs, a bichon and a coonhound. I didnt have a great experience at the last place we boarded in Medford so we havent gone on vacation in awhile. We were recommended to catrina and all pet and we loved the experience. Our dogs came home with great haircuts and smelling amazing. More importantly, they came home happy!
I used a Groupon and after traveling 20+ minutes to the place they turned me away, because when I scheduled the appointment I didnt state I was using a groupon. I noticed there was dog hair everywhere, and looked unsanitary. She was however willing to wash my dog if I paid the full amount. I just dont get it, it wasnt like the place was packed and she obviously could have fit my Bichon in, she just wouldnt make an exception for me. I wont recommend this place to anyone. I returned home and took her to Poochie couture, which is an actual grooming facility not a shed!
I have 2 bichons that were costing me a fortune to get groomed. I hated everywhere I went because it would either be too expensive or they would keep them all day. I found all pet on facebook and decided to try them. Not only did they do an amazing job they did it for almost half the price it usually cost me. Catrina was very nice and I can see she loves what she does and the animals by how she handled my little guys and all the questions she asked. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!
I have been bringing my pup here for years and heard they were under new ownership. I gave them a try once over the summer and wasnt happy!!!! (owner didnt care about hair style) I was hesitant to bring her back. I gave them another shot and the younger girl I believe her name was Samantha groomed my shih tzu for me. Very sweet and you can tell she has the experience too!! Samantha is the only reason I will bring my little girl back..
I was very upset with the way my little pups haircut came out. I asked for a short hair cut, and she came back to me with a uneven shave that looks redicilous. I see the owner in previous responses uses the excuse that some dogs are hard to groom. Fortunately my puppy is very easy and has been groomed numerous times before with another groomer without issue. I was also not asked if I liked the haircut or even spoken to besides being told the price I owe. I was also concerned if she was even washed because she didnt have that clean smell, and to be frank it has never taken 1 hour to get her groomed which is how long it was by the time I walked in the door to get her. I am very disappointed and dont know why I paid 50$ for the service, if they let you pay credit I would be have disputed the charge already. I would not recommend this groomer.
Previously, my review had been 5 🌟for 15 months, I was thrilled with All Pet Groomery & Katrinas communication.My update is due to the last 3 1/2mos. Of not being able to make an appointment or get a response to my last 6 messages. Very disappointed.
They were fast, clean, and very nice. I could not believe the price as I was being charged almost twice as much as another groomer in Miller Place. I highly recommend! Sophie loved it and looks beautiful!
I have an 85lb German Shepherd who can be very difficult to groom. ALL-PET HAS BEEN AWESOME. I give my girl something to relax her and Kristy the owner has been excellent in taking care of my girl. Kristy even groomers my girl herself because she knows that she can be difficult. Kristy happens to be experienced with German Shepherds. My Girl always comes home looking awesome and very happy even though she hates the process. She loves the girls at ALL-PET. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.
We have been to so many different groomers over the years and Kristy is a keeper! I have a Golden, my daughter has a Maltese and a rescue dog, my son has a Westie and a rescue dog and we all use this establishment. The attitude of the staff goes a long way, something other higher profile groomers need to learn. All this AND they have great prices.
This place is very clean and got us in the same day we called. I saw many happy customers leaving but our golden doodles hair was cut way too short. Not happy with the way he came out at all.
I agree with Nikki ... Im very upset how my poor dog looks . I have never posted a review before but I just felt I needed to after this experience. I asked for my dog to have the teddy bear face- round look - she is now completely shaved and being a shitzhu her bottom jaw looks even more pronounced than ever!!! I will add that they did not charge me .... my jaw dropped to the floor and I flat out told them she looks awful ... but I would have rather paid and got the cut I asked for. Its a bad day for Bella ... I have never seen her worse.
What a gem this place is. Catrina and her staff is great and very caring. She is incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. She did a beautiful job on my sweet Mico and for a GREAT price!

Horrible place, horrible employees, horrible owner!! Took my dog there they butchered her hair the worst I have ever seen and didnt even wash her fully. Her stomach and ears are still all dirty still. Called the owner who didnt care to listen to my disappointment and was rude and snotty and hung up the phone on me! They changed owners and the new owner clearly doesnt care. Dont waste your money or put your pet through it. STAY AWAY!!!

I had five cats and a dog bathed today. The owner, Katrina, was awesome, as was her staff. All so nice and accommodating and my pets all left happy
Terrible since the new ownership! Unless its a short haired dog that you only need to get washed, this place will mutilate your dog and not even care if you go back to them. My review is the same as the rest!
I bring my dog here all the time Katrina does a great job and quickly so you know your dog is not sitting in a cage for hours!! The price is right too

I’m not bringing my dog there ever again the last time I brought him I told them he was matted at his ears stomach and the tail only did the stomach barely his ears still matted at his ears was disappointed when I came home because I wasn’t the one picking him up and the time before that they cut his hair doesn’t even bother with the tail what was the point

2022-01-22I brought my golden retriever as get get groomed. Carina was aggressive with my dogs. When I picked them up. She had shaved them both down ( when we asked for a cut). My dog had a large gash on his side that she explained that he moved. I would NEVER a recommend this place or ever go back there again!

2021-08-01My dogs are 100+ lbs and DO NOT like having their nails clipped. They were overgrown as well. Both dogs were in and out in minutes and their nails look great. Kudos to Erica and the team!! We will def be back in 2 weeks.

2020-05-22This place is so cute!! I have been going somewhere else for years and spending a crazy amount of money on grooming. This place is hidden but they are always busy which shows me they run a great business. This groomer was so nice and made me feel so comfortable and did a beautiful job on my chi-chi. The best is she was $20 cheaper than my old groomer. I will never go anywhere else.

2018-03-07This is truly the best place in town! I have been to about 5 other groomers and have now found my forever groomer! I have a Newfoundland and a Maltese (my wife’s dog). Not only did they beat everyone’s price, they’re were very patient with my very nervous dogs and did a beautiful job. They listened to my needs and placed my dogs in time slots that would require them to get in out as fast and they could. I use to pay anyway from $150-200 for my newly to get groomed. Catrina only charged me $80 and $45 for my little Maltese. She also performed a full dental scaling for ONLY $40 and my dogs teeth came out beautiful!!!!! I recommend these groomers to everyone! Can’t wait for them to board this spring at the farm!

2018-03-07BEST PLACE EVER! Small and very friendly. They cater to your pet in times slots so that they aren’t stressed all day. My cocker spaniels came out beautifully! I like my girls to have show style grooming with skirts. Not only did she do an amazing job, the were done at HALF the price they usually are. And Catrina is so friendly and helpful! The last 2 groomers were always so grumpy and mean.

2020-05-30My family just brought our Newfoundland to All Pet Groomery and alls I can say is Wow!! actually i can say alot more... our dog is a big old baby and Im sure gave the groomer one hell of a time but he looks and smells wonderful! we took the drive from Flanders just to check this place out and well gladly do it again. We couldnt be happier with the price and the way he was treated. like I said he looks and smells great. I would highly, highly recommend this place!!

2020-02-13Amazing service!!! My dog always looks amazing and they are accommodating, prompt, and affordable! I’ve tried many other places and my dog has caught kennel cough, etc. My dog always looks his best when leaving here and smells so good! You can really tell they love animals and go above and beyond for their client’s pets!!!

2019-06-16Wonderful groomer. My chocolate lab never looked so good. Shiny coat and a very happy dog when I picked her up. Will use no one else. Prices very reasonable.Also used the boarding. She was wonderful.Sent pics while we were on vacation.Only boarding I would use.
