I got form them the best garage door repair service. I was looking for a local garage door company in Staten Island, and I found All Staten Island Garage Doors, and I must say they went way above my expectations. They were OK with coming after hours with no extra charge, and they had the parts I needed with them. They replaced all the wheels on the door, and 2 cables, I am happy with the service, and I know I will use them again when we will decide to replace the door.
First I want to tell you that the guys from All Staten Island garage doors are amazing. I give them 4 stars since their pricing is not clear. I got a quote for repair, and then find out the price does not include taxes. If not for that they would be rated top. They are fast, they are local, and they have everything with them. Will not consider anyone else to service my garage door.
They came by and replaced the weatherstripping and the switched out the springs on my garage door. I got an awesome deal with them and I would highly recommend All Staten Island Garage Doors to anyone who need repair work done. They were very professional and got straight to work.

One of the better experiences I ever had with a home improvement company and Im happy to have done business with them. Had an emergency and they had same day service which was awesome. Got the repairs within two hours. So yeah, I highly recommend working with them for all you garage door needs.
Because of the condition of the door that was risky we needed local company who can come to our workshop in the Island ASAP. All Staten Island was the fastest with sending technicians. They carefully lowered the door, secured it and returned to complete the repair after 2 days after obtaining all parts. I recently went through daunting trial of looking for a new garage door and opener. It was exhausting looking for the right one, several companies give me a quote and we made our decision. Great to call a sticker on the garage and have the same company that installed the door for us on 2004 coming to repair the door and change the wheels. With the service and pricing of All Staten Island garage door I am sure they will still be in business even if I will call in 2030.

He came with Gad which was in training, and before Tim touched anything he asked me if that is ok if he will train Gad while repairing my door. I said that I am fine with that, and I highly appreciate that he is asking me.By the way he fixed the door (Left cable snapped), and from the explanation, I could tell how important it is for him that every customer will get the best possible service. He repeated 3 times that Gad should never leave a place without making sure that the customer is satisfied.If you are in the Island, do not think twice, this company is the real deal.

This gentleman was the only technician who could figure what is really the cause for all the garage door issues I have been experiencing. It was all about the way the door was set up. First company I called couldnt do the work. Second company suggested to replace the door. Third company I called - All Staten Island garage doors - Did the job for $140. That is it. Saved us couple thousands. You can trsut their technicians word.
When I tried to open the garage door using the Key-pad, and couldn’t open the door, I thought that iI am going to need a new key pad. I called All Staten Island garage doors, and asked what will be the cost of a new Keypad. Mike asked me why I think that I need a new key pad, and I answered that it is not working.Mike told me to get new battery, and to replace the old battery and the Key pad will work again. I went to home depot in Staten Island, bought new battery, and replaced the old one. The keypad is working again, and it did not cost me anything, just help over the phone from Mike.I wish there were more contractors like them.

From old Genie opener to brand new and smart opener from Lift Master. So very happy with it.

Didnt get a call back from leaving a message so I recommend that you just call again until you reach someone. The moment you do they arrange a window of time for same day service. Extremely professional, they replaced both springs, cables, and worn pulleys inside an hour of time, couldnt be more pleased, highly recommended, top shelf service, great to have these folks available!

Watched few do it yourself videos. Didnt come even close to get the door to open. They sent Marco to work on the door. He replaced 4 broken hinges and tension to springs. All is good. And I was watching DIY videos on safety sensors troubleshooting lol.

Quite a few people mistakenly take the suggestions of a skilled technician (And it occur a lot when the expert will conclude with a bigger money investment) as an attempt to get more money from them. And I personally can also be like that sometime. But the advice I got from Izik relating to my garage opener is something that taught me that when an expert talk to you, sometime it is better to listen. Izik recommended a belt drive opener, which cost 90$ more than the chain drive opener, but that supposed to be quitter. Initially I refused and asked for the chain opener, but Izik insisted, and convinced me to go with the quieter opener. The best decision of 2016!! The belt opener is so silent that I couldn’t believe at first.Thank you Izik, you are the best!

2022-04-28I was having a problem with my garage door opener plus I hadnt had my garage door serviced in ages so I called All Staten Island Garage Doors to replace the opener and at the same time do a though inspection on the door. They sent Charles out the same day and he was able to point on the broken torsion spring I missed. He also determined that I didnt need a new door opener just new spring system and the opener should be able to work again. He installed a pair of new torsion springs and lubricated the rollers and hinges on the garage door. The door opener now runs quieter and smoother than before. Charles was very proficient and professional with his work. He explained how the torsion springs worked in conjunction with the balance of the door and gave me some good advice on lubricating garage door and things to watch out for. Overall, I was very pleased with the job he did and with the process of getting my garage door serviced by All Staten Island Garage Doors company. Local & Honest. Give them a call!

2022-07-11At all Staten Island garage doors do not just fix your garage door they also teach you about the garage door and the way it works. I never knew I need to lubricate the door to make sure it will be protected. And I don’t think I wasn’t aware of is that every garage door in the state of New York that works with extension springs must include safety cables as well. After the technician left I went online and searched it. He wasn’t trying to make herself this is a required by the law.The way I see it a true professional need to include both good service and good customer service and I got both things when hired all Staten Island garage doors to fix my garage door.

2022-06-19I normally dont leave reviews but after having a great experience I wanted to show some love to these guys and so more people in Bayonne to know how great they are. I wasn’t sure they service Bayonne, but I have learned they service North Jersey area daily. I had All Staten Island Garage Doors install a whole new garage door with rails and opener. The installer Andy was really friendly and knowledgeable. He took down the old door and installed the new one in no time at all and showed me all the cool features that came with it. Overall, I am very satisfied (maybe because my old one was such a piece of junk) and I would definitely recommend All Staten Island Garage Doors.

I was at work Friday night and my wife calls me and said the door came slamming down and wont open she had to have 3 relatives come out in the evening to help lift the garage door to get the car out. Looked like the tension spring broke. I called All Staten Island Garage Doors and they said they could come out the same day. I was like wow! Raul showed up very nice and polite looked at the spring and went over a lot of details about the garage door and spring and gave me so much information that I didnt know such as the need to lubricate and maintain the garage door. We had him right there replaced the spring and we did a few tweaking to make it better for us. Great service highly recommend All Staten Island Garage Doors to anyone in Bayonne. I would give them 100 stars testimonial if I could. Were going to need our garage door replace in the future we will be using All Staten Island Garage Doors.

2022-07-07All Staten Island garage doors was not the first company I called and asked for service. I preferred not to mention the other company but I can tell you they didn’t even come close to understand the problem not talking about solving it. Sean from All Staten island garage doors Located the problem and fix it right away. There were no empty attempts or errors. He knew exactly what needs to be done I needed it right away. Two cables couple wheels and good and thorough maintenance that’s always needed. My advice to you is not to try and save a couple bucks by choosing the cheapest option or handyman that is not a garage door expert. Call Allstate denial and garage doors and get your garage door served by a real pro.

2019-10-15After break in attempt, we were told by our insurance company that adding some extra protection will be a good idea. All Staten Island Garage Doors reinforced our rolling doors and installed 3 heavy duty metal bars on the doors. Looks very secured and job was done professional. I think that we will not see any more attempts anymore thanks to the work All Staten Island Garage Doors did for us.

2019-03-05The installers were amazing. Thank you Bill, for setting up my appointment over the phone and looking at the photos of the broken part to make sure it was replaced the same day service. James the installer did a great job installing and even oiled up my system for me which was a big plus. I have had very positive experiences over and over with All Staten Island Garage Doors since they installed both garage door systems in the past. Therefore is not a coincidence that’s just the way they work. I’m very satisfied, not only for the installation but also, because my system has life guarantee. Plus, it comes with two free maintenance repairs if anything happens in the future. I’m excited to show my family and friends my new Garage System.
