Hi NYC fans, 🚕🗽🧳The Yellow Caps in NYC are simply awesome. The fact that you dare to drive a car there requires a great art of calm and serenity. Highly recommended and very relaxing.From Kennedy Airport to NYC just great! And the driver was great, found the right hotel straight away and didnt take a detour to buy time.As a tourist I felt very safe in the taxi and the taxi driver was very friendly, helpful and drove his way safely.If you really want to go on another tour, I can only recommend it - people take one of these taxis, it saves you a lot of stress. 2019-08-14I waited about 2 weeks for a 2020 Toyota Seinna which I was given with only a $952.00 deposit.Got lucky because it drives in ECO mode.The weekly expense for the car and lease is only $785.00 which even includes the credit card fee.Any repairs I have to make but plenty of money will be saved for that event at this rate.I now work alone and dont deal with another driver which has made my life 195% easier.I see this model as the future for yellow taxi drivers.After 3 years you can keep the car if you like or keep working it up to 7 years.If you drive yellow I highly recommend and hope these other outdated reviews dont sway someone in the wrong direction.

2018-09-11Terrible customer service and pray you don’t lose an item, they won’t even do the bare minimum to try to recover it as the drivers are independent contractors. What a joke. Trust me, Uber and Lyft are worth it. Cheaper, more efficient, and if you lose/forget something, you actually get it back without any problems. I would rate All Taxi Management 0 stars if I had it my way... take my advice and take your business elsewhere. Best of luck.

2019-01-15You guys still in business? I thought Uber crippled yellow industry. The best thing I did was leave blood suckers. I don’t know why people drive stinky cabs with bald tires. Safety hazard.

2019-02-12On Feb.11th, 2019 we hired a taxi from the Sheraton Hotel to JFK. The driver (A. Taqufir #1F47) gave us a “ride from hell”. He demonstrated road rage, was discourteous to other drivers, such jerky driving skills that my granddaughter was car sick 3 times during the journey. The taxi was filthy inside with papers & magazines strewn inside. There was no service extended whatsoever. Disgusting......there are options out there! This driver should not be driving!
