We are repeat customers - Steve and his team are beyond professional and get the job done consistently and efficiently without any hiccups every time. We have also referred them to friends and family who have had the same experience. We moved an entire household of belongings for a family of 5, 3 different times during the past 20 years. All 3 moves were completed on-time and below the estimate. Happy to give a recommendation for the service. Bravo!

My wife and I moved from Long Island to Westchester and we had heard horror stories about companies who broke stuff, lost stuff and otherwise messed up. Not so with All The Right Moves. From the beginning of our planning Steve came to the house and provided us with enough information for us to feel comfortable having his company handle our move. He and his guys showed up on time and did a phenomenal job taking care to carefully pack our extensive artwork and a grandfathers clock. Additionally, our daughter who lives in the town we moved to was taking some of our furniture which meant loading the truck to drop off our stuff first and hers immediately after.I can not praise the work they did to make this an (almost) enjoyable experience. Moving 40 years of stuff from a big house into an apartment should not be a fun day. But somehow they managed to make it fun for us. The guys could not have been more polite, helpful and caring.If I could give them 10 stars I would! If you are contemplating a move, you would be foolish not to use All The Right Moves. Oh, did I mention the total cost was less than the estimate. Whenever does that happen?

We had Sean, Curtis, Carter, and Charles come to the house exactly when we expected. They immediately introduced themselves to my wife and I, asked what was being moved. Once they laid out their plan, they got right to work. They were efficient, quick, delicate and professional . They were each very friendly and even made a stop at our storage facility before bringing everything we needed to our new home. I didn’t think it would all fit, but they careful and precisely managed to get all of my things out of storage, into the truck, and then into my house. They didn’t miss a beat asking me where we wanted everything. We moved some very heavy and expensive furniture that was all wrapped tight and treated with care. No bumps or dings, no dents or bruises to any walls or any items they moved. Moving is something we all dread, but these guys made this long day tolerable and most of the time even enjoyable. We really felt like we made all the right moves when we chose All The Right Moves, Ltd. (sorry, I couldn’t resist), but thank you. We are so genuinely thankful to all the guys that contributed to our move!

Didnt have a lot of stuff, manager Steve promised to load my stuff with early move a day later, then charged me an overnight fee which he didnt mention on the phone or on the quote. Then charged me additional hours they had to wait for me to get there, which is fair, but dispatch times were set by them not me. When I tried to talk about it, he threatened to call the police on me. Overall, rude, unprofessional, exorbitant pricing especially during the pandemic. Unfair. DO NOT USE. Workers, however, were great. Timely and professional. unfortunately the manager is a crook.

Extremely unprofessional and substandard. After engaging this company, we soon realized the owner was extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. He was difficult to deal with throughout. On one occasion he left me waiting… Didn’t show up for an appointment at the storage facility, didn’t even call. Various possessions and furniture that were in perfect condition when placed in storage were found damaged upon final move to my new home. Owner refuses to pay for full repairs of items, expecting me to split the cost. He will not put through an insurance claim, insurance for which I paid, stating that it was one or the other… Claim or repairman.

Excellent service! The men who helped us move were friendly, professional and hard working! They helped us move out of our 3rd floor walk up and did it all with a smile on their face! Reasonably priced too! Highly recommend!
