Anthony was great to work with and very quick to respond to any questions I had regarding the project. Also he was very accurate when it came to the FREE Estimate and took the time to look at all aspects of the areas that did and did not need gutters. Cody and Joe came for the installation. Both did an amazing job and did it quick and efficiently. Wedges were needed for a majority of my gutters and they put them on and installed them perfectly behind the gutter. Highly recommend them for your gutter needs.
Anthony was very nice, respectful and responsive. He came and gave me a reasonable quote for a house I was buying.If youre financing with a bank however, hes not willing to work with them/their contracts. Hence the 3-stars.Since gutters are an important part of a house, and many people take advantage of the FHA and other available rehab loans nowadays, working with banks seems inevitable and essential. 4 other contractors Im hiring for different jobs had no issues with the bank/contracts.Im sure he does great work, just wish I didnt waste either of our time getting a quote for work he wouldnt be willing to do. Hopefully this review will save someone else--whos financing--from making the same mistake.
I hired them to replace my gutters. They drew up a reasonable quote and we moved forward with the job. The installation wasnt done as agreed in our contract, and it also turns out their recommendation for the system led to all water from the house pooling in one spot and damaging my lawn. They came back to resolve the issue and agreed to putting downspouts on the other side of the house to spread the water out. When they came to do the second install they said that wasnt possible without replacing the entire system or voiding my warranty. I definitely dont recommend this company unless you know a lot about how gutter systems should be designed and installed, and even then you need to keep a close eye on what they do. Also dont trust what they say as they will tell outright lies.Update 9/26/21 - The only competent person Ive dealt with so far at the company, the installer who explained why they couldnt do the second install the way they agreed, also turned out to be a liar. He said because of the mixup and my unhappiness he would come change an elbow to redirect the water down my driveway that day. He never came back. The other individual who came for the second install promised he would bring me a check on Monday to refund the money I paid for the work they cant do. Will update again on Monday once I find out if theyre not just liars but thieves as well.Update 9/29/21 - I did receive my refund check, so at least they arent thieves. The owner hasnt responded to my email inquiries, and no one from the company seems to have any interest in delivering on their word. Be careful if you use this company.Update 10/9/21 - Notice how in his response the owner doesnt deny the issues I raised, that he ignored my concerns, or that his staff lied to me multiple times. Instead he chooses to blame and attack his customer. I did argue with the individual who agreed to make fixes and took my check, only to renege later, but he initiated the argument after I reiterated what wed agreed to. The amount of stress and mental capital Ive exhausted on what should have been a simple home improvement project is insane, hopefully this review saves someone else from going through the same. Beware of this company!
I would highly recommend All Things Gutter. Anthony did a great job presenting his product and the two guys, Cody and Joe, who put the new gutters and spouts up, were very friendly and professional. They had to work in and around the rain showers but never complained and got the job done. They answered any questions I had and showed me what had been done when they finished the job. I requested a quote to put gutters on my house and garage from All Things Gutters. The two men that came out for evaluation were professional, knowledgeable and honest. I had two quotes before them. The prices were unreasonably high and the time spent giving me sales pitches and going back multiple times like car salesman to speak with their managers to knock the price down and “do me a favor “ was extremely manipulative and disrespectful. The workers came in the morning for installation. They worked from 9am-1:30pm and asked me if I wanted the ground gutter lengths cut shorter or longer to my liking. They did very good work placing things exactly where I wanted them. They were young but knowledgeable and respectful. I highly recommend!

I hired this company to stop my Bay window from leaking and they were able to do it! We now have a peace of mind that our gutters will not leak and are free of leaves. I was comfortable with the entire process and would use this company again :)

Needed some repair and new gutters put up. Within 24 hours of my initial call the gutters were DONE!! Anthony was so responsive. Quality, professional, efficient. Let me start by saying that I contacted 6 local gutter companies around the Albany area, Anthony responded quickly and arrived within 24 hours to provide a quote. I replaced an existing gutter helmet system that was filled with birds nests and leaves. Anthony showed up on time for the estimate and was very thorough as well as confident about the gutter system his company would install. Quote was provided on the spot and scheduled install for 2 weeks out. Cody was the installer, he showed up on time, professional, and explained the process. They installed over 80 of gutter and leaf blaster on 2 stories as well as our shed, Cody was meticulous about his work making sure everything fit perfect. Very happy with the process from start to finish, gutters look great, they completed the job in under 6 hours, and removed the old gutters leaving my yard clean. Not good service. They quote you less to get the contract but once you hire them , they do not come on time. we had to call them multiple times to schedule an appointment. when they do show up, they do not do a good job.

I hired them to install Leaf Blaster Pro gutter covers on my existing gutters. The arrive on schedule and completed the the job quickly and cleaned up all debris. The price was under most competitors and offered a 10% senior citizen discount.

They are a small shop, so scheduling can be tough, but I highly recommend their service.The price was incredibly reasonable. Every interaction I had with a member of their team was professional and friendly. While on site, they worked fast and diligently. I am very happy with the end result, and would 100% use them again.As mentioned earlier, scheduling can be tough, but their team more than made up for any inconvenience in that area.

2021-07-20I spent a lot of time researching which rain gutter covers were the best. I read a lot of reviews and watched a number of promotions online. My conclusion is that some are better than others, but it also depends on your surrounding environment. Leaves, pine needles, oak tree catkins, no trees at all, they all require a different solution. Sorry to say that you’ll still have to do your own research to determine which would most likely best meet your needs. In my case, I also wanted to replace the old, misaligned gutters.But one thing I can tell you is that the companies that advertise heavily on TV and in the mail fliers, also seem to be the ones that will give you the hardest sell when they come to give you that free estimate.I called All Things Gutter because they sold a product that I thought best met my needs – Leaf Blaster Pro. Anthony was very personable when we met for the estimate, he inquired what my needs were, listened carefully, and gave me what I believed was a reasonable price. How did I know it was reasonable? I also had a sales rep from a different company, with a very similar product, give me an estimate that was in the same ballpark as Anthony, but only after forcing me to suffer through a negotiation process that was akin to dealing with a used car salesman who started with an obviously, outrageously high price and then very slowly lowered his price offering, over about 45 minutes of annoying endurance, through a five or six step reduction. I was so happy just to have THAT salesman leave!After calling Anthony to inform him that I had selected his company, he set me up with an installation date and I provided a 50% down payment. Cash or checks, otherwise there is an additional fee if you want to use a credit card. The installers arrived on the planned date at about 8 AM and worked throughout the day. They were professional and friendly, persevering through the heat of the day and a few showers that occurred. They did an excellent job of cleaning up before they left.It’s raining as I write this, and everything seems to be working fine. I can wholeheartedly recommend All Things Gutter.

Anthony did the initial assessment for me, he was very professional and fair, recommended only necessary services to me to suffice my exact needs. Service expert Justin is the BEST! He was on time, courteous, and keeping me on top of the status via timely communications. He demonstrated very high level of craftsmanship, professionalism and dedication. 2021-08-10Gutter installation, Overall very pleased with this company. Workmanship seemed good and the company was very professional with their website, email communication, contracting and scheduling. Only one negative and this was mostly my fault. I probably should have gotten the larger gutters (8 inch instead of 5 inch). I wish their salesman had discussed with me the pros and cons of each, and not just the cost.
