Place is a mess and all products filled with dust and yellow with age. stuff laying everywhere, I could barely walk through the isles
I dont know how this place is still in business ? west marine is cheaper and there prices are high . place is dusty and way over priced on parts
Not helpful at all.....ask for something and they just point...its over there somewhere......place is a mess...and GOUGING prices....double amazon....NEVER AGAIN

2018-04-06Called to price out a boat trailer. Asked specifically for stainless disc brakes (meaning calipers and rotors). They could not tell me if the those components were stainless or if it was only one of those components as many other trailer companies try to sell. I have been trailering for years and I know what I want. I was surprised that they would not make a call to their supplier to clarify. I will be buying a new trailer. Just not here.

2015-08-16My husband had an issue with our landscaping and twenty-something boat trailer. My husband called quite possibly every trailer and a few auto body shops in Suffolk and Nassau county, event went so far as to call over to Connecticut. Bottom line is this place may not the be the best to look at but they have what no one on the island has in parts. They not only had the parts my husband needed for both of our trailers but they had several in stock. My husband is happy which makes me happy! Bravo, All trailer warehouse!

2019-08-28Trailer Warehouse has lots of parts (mechanical/electrical) and a few RV exterior supplies.I was disappointed that I was not able to find the right items that I needed, but apparently, I must have the oddball popup... LOL!! 😕The folks who work there are very nice. If you have a question, feel free to ask them.

2014-06-05Snotty on the phone. Refused to install a brand new brake controller because I didnt purchase it at his store.Ive used him before and hes completely overpriced.old man works slow and charges by the hour, 100.00 an hour..lol. NO THANKS!besides that works prehistorically outside in a tent

2018-06-28Great place for hard to find parts I could not believe they had the washers I needed. Im in the Marine Salvage business and go through a lot of trailers this is a new found gem for me
