HORRIBLE stay away from this place, they take an order thats not an estimate on an invoice the total was 2200 and 2000 cash is paid, ask the counter guy if he wants you to walk next door get the remaining 200 so its all paid for and squared away so there is no issues, he says no dont worry about it we will honor the prices, advise them that i am ready for the order whenever they want to get it in hand, they tell me dont worry well hold off its no rush well 5 mths later i asked for the order and after 2 weeks no reply, finally i get one and am told nope sorry 300 more for the order, ummm what? no sorry when you pay for something 98% and YOU tell me you dont need it paid in full the remaining 200 on a 2200 order and price goes up, thats YOUR problem they are SCAMMERS and SHADY, try to push off increase prices on PAID customersasked counter guy how many times he speaks to the vendor and he said DAILY, so you didnt think might be smart to call someone that has a PAID order on hand and let them know prices may or are going up... and besides the order was PAID FOR so increases in costs are NO customer problems they are YOURS... as they were told, i can take delivery anytime you want to call me and get the items in hand, but they wait til prices go up to scam and charge people more money... STAY AWAY FROM THEM, foul mouthed nasty shady people and better to pay a few dollars more and go to a diff supply place then deal with this nasty customer service, sadly the only time things get done properly here is when the owner is there but not worth the drive or waste of time.i have also contacted BBB and will be looking in to contacting NYS for a breach of contract and paid invoice
